Apartment holiday rentals in Fethiye

We thank Mr. Egemen very much, the house was exactly the same as the photographs and it was clean. Our iron was not working when we went home, but Mr. Egemen solved the problem very quickly. It is a great location, within walking distance to the beach, and there are high quality restaurants nearby. It is very convenient in terms of transportation, we can reach everywhere by car in 20 minutes. We had a very enjoyable holiday. Endless thanks 🌸🦋

Good location close to the sea, calm and quite area. There is Migros near appartment and parking for the cars. Clean rooms, new furniture. There are towels, dishes and almost all necessary technic. The host is friendly and ready to help. The furniture on the balcony was closed due to low season, but the host kindly took from other balcony more clean furniture and unpacked it under our request.

My friends were extremely happy with their stay thanks to the wonderful host. Definitely recommended for a stay in Fethiye!

We had the opportunity to stay at Mr. İBRAHİM's house for 1 week. She was easy to communicate with and we quickly checked into the house. 1+1 you have almost all the amenities and it was a clean house. If you have a car, you can be in the bazaar and the dead in a short time. You can stay with peace of mind. Thank you Mr. Ibrahim.

We have been fortunate to stay in many apartments in Turkey over the past 30 years and this is one of the very best, perhaps the best ever. Superb location to walk around the town or get the bus if you prefer. Restaurants and bars are very handy and the views from the living room balcony and the main bedroom window are just spectacular, lively, interesting and ever changing. The apartment flows really well especially between the kitchen and balcony making it a pleasure to cook at home if you wish, with that fabulous view as you eat. We were greeted by the very friendly host and shown around the apartment. All the kitchen appliances were explained and we felt very comfortable from the start. Totally recommend to anyone who loves Fethiye or fancies giving it a try. It’s beautiful and we’d love to stay again next year.

Host was amazing, she helped us check in early and was always available by messages. She gave us local recommendations and answered any questions we had. The apartment was in a great spot and was very safe and secure. Would definitely recommend!

Big rooms and balconies and it’s located perfectly right in the center. But it’s nevertheless quiet. The apartment has everything you need and Mehmet was very friendly and helpful.

Best accommodation I’ve stayed in Turkey! Amazing location to walk everywhere and shop and restaurants. Ayşe is the most amazing host and makes the most amazing coffee in her shop at the bottom of the accommodation. I would recommend this place for younger people looking to party and not worry about sleep as there is a lot of noise coming from the street and alley way, it was a struggle to sleep and the noise continues until 4am. Besides the outside noise, everything is perfect!

We spent 2 weeks here. It suited us perfectly. We walked down to the boardwalk every night to watch the sunset. There were good shops nearby and a fabulous bakery. We caught the Dolmus to Olundeniz, Gocek and Kayakoy. Shopped in the vegetable market. The accomodation is in a residential neighourhood which felt authentic and was peaceful

Daphne Apartments is in great location away form the bustle of the main tourist area, but with easy access to it with a 5 minute walk. Beach is literally on your door step. Lovely pools and sea views from top floor rooms.

Safa's apartment was an amazing choice. Located in a very nice central Fethiye but also in a reaidential private area. Lots of restaurants, shops, banks and a huge shipping mall 10 min walking distance from the house. Safa was an extremely kind and helpful host. I got great recommendations for any local place and also advised a lot with the public transport. Always asked if I needed anything, very thoughtful. He also waited for me until late evening and picked me up I'm person from the Fethiye bus station. The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable and peaceful. I've had a great night sleep. Everything was within a walking distance. I highly recommend to stay at Safa's.

Teksin took very good care of us. She greeted us and told us everything. The location of the house was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere right in the heart of Ferhiye and we did not need a car. The house was clean and tidy and met all our needs. Not to mention that it's pet-friendly.. Thanks again from here gave us a very nice holiday 😍

We had a fantastic month-long stay at this beautiful place. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, featuring a lovely jacuzzi upstairs. All rooms are air-conditioned, which adds to the comfort. The location is excellent: just a 6-7 minute walk to the big park and about 15 minutes to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it very convenient. The only thing we missed was a microwave, as we’re used to having one. However, Furkan was incredibly helpful and always available whenever we needed assistance. Highly recommend!

First of all, I wish everyone a good holiday. Before renting this apartment, please ask the owner Mr. Ömer whether the permanent tenant upstairs has moved out. Because the tenant lives upstairs and is very disrespectful and characterless towards the daily guests. Probably due to a friction between him and Mr. Ömer, he does not want Mr. Ömer to do business. Because until we entered the house, there was no sound or noise in the house until Mr. Ömer came and gave us the key to the house. I was tired after a 10-hour drive and wanted to get some rest, but the characterless person sitting upstairs started cutting tiles with a grinding machine. Although we warned him, he didn't care and said, "You should have asked before you came." We conveyed the situation to Mr. Ömer and he took care of it. The police came and gave a warning, but this time he sprayed the dust from the tiles into the pool. The next day, the characterless person started cleaning the house at 5 in the morning. If Mr. Ömer wants to earn money, he needs to evict the tenant. For your information

The house we stayed in was as in the photos. The neighborhood was in a good location between Ölüdeniz and Fethiye. The house is very clean and the thoughtful treats of the host Mr. Mert were very nice. We recommend it.
