An absolutely stunning villa in a great location. The villa was everything we wanted and more! The location is perfect for not being in a big tourist hotspot but only a short taxi ride away to everything you need, plenty of places to eat, get food delivered and do basic shops within walking distance and a short taxi to the main surrounding towns. Baris could not do any more to be a more attentive host, always a phone call/text away, no problem too big or small and amazing recommendations of places to visit and contact numbers for the local taxi which made everything effortless. He was available from our day of booking many months before with responses to all of our questions in advance of arrival and was absolutely amazing. All the local amenities can be contacted via text making a very stress free holiday and a truly amazing week away!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. We were particularly impressed by the impeccable cleanliness – everything was sparkling clean, well-maintained and lovingly prepared. You feel immediately welcome and comfortable. The villa is not only tastefully furnished, but also ideally located: the beach is only a few minutes away, which is especially convenient for relaxing days by the sea. At the same time, the city is also within easy reach - ideal if you want to take a stroll, go out for a meal or go shopping. Another highlight was the private pool: clean, pleasantly tempered and perfect for cooling off and relaxing – a real plus! The combination of tranquility, comfort, proximity to the beach and proximity to the city makes this accommodation truly special. We can recommend it without restrictions and will be happy to come back!

Our host was amazing so responsive to any messages we sent, helped with taxis and recommendations! The house is beautiful there was 6 of us it’s very modern and comfortable but I would say they stairs could be not suitable for you by children or older people but for us it was perfect! The pool area was cleaned most days and it truly made our holiday very special ! Thanks again emre

The house is extremely new and clean. Having a toilet and bathroom in each bedroom is a very comfortable amenity for a crowded stay. It's nice to have a sauna. In terms of location, you can even walk both quietly and close to grocery stores.

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Host was welcoming and helpful. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was clean--my kids had a great time swimming and playing in the pool during our stay. The air-conditioning worked great! The kitchen was big and made our stay easy. Everything was well maintained and felt safe. Would stay there again.

Start off by saying we're quite likely to return, just because of the amenities in the villa rather than the location or part of Turkey itself. Everything thought of, from clothes drying rack, toddler play pen/cot, swing-sofa to relax on and put the toddler to sleep without rocking. Great pool, including 30cm deep section for the younger kids to learn in safely. Property fully covered for privacy. Villa looked after well and looks exactly like photos. Communication good. Couple of issues resolved/solutions noted. I would note it would be advisable to have a car, for the first three nights we did not and managed to go to everywhere walkable with children but after that, a car was helpful to see other local towns

The house is very nice, spotlessly clean and has everything you might need. The garden was great, but unfortunately we couldn't use it much because it was raining all the time. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, if you enjoy activity, there are no cafes, restaurants, etc. 10 min by car to the nearest beach and cafes. There are plenty of grocery stores within walking distance. Overall, we were very satisfied, would recommend.

Beautiful place. Very well designed, with a lot of attention to detail. Definitely worth the money, especially for more than two people. Taner was responsive to questions and requests. We had hoped to use the inside pool, but it would have cost us an extra $50 a day to heat it. There is a 2-person jacuzzi upstairs, but it was not functional. I did not bother to ask Taner if there was a way to get it working. We would have strongly prefered to have 2 keys, not one. We had to be very careful that we didn't lock ourselves out. The key cannot be detached from the fob that operates the electricity, and so we always needed to remember to pocket the key and fob as we left the house. In any case, this is an excellent choice for the Fethiye area.

We simply loved our stay in this fantastic bungalow in Çalış! The accommodation is a real insider tip: quietly located, but at the same time in the middle of the action. You can walk to the promenade in a few minutes, to great cafés, small boutiques, supermarkets or restaurants right on the water, and yet in the evening you can only hear the gentle rustling of the trees. The highlight for us was the beautifully landscaped garden with absolute privacy. Everything seems lovingly thought out. Like the stylish whirlpool, where we ended the day in the evening. Especially nice: the outdoor projector! We wouldn't need this so often, but nice to have. :) We had a barbecue with the family, for which the garden was also great. The bungalow is modern, clean and cozy, with a well-equipped kitchen. Ahmet was super helpful, gave us great local tips and was immediately available for questions and comments. Great accommodation. Some small things, such as the laundry rack, could possibly be exchanged but overall great. We even got an individual fire brigade cake for our son's birthday, which was simply great. Highly recommended overall

The house was beautiful and as it appeared in the photos. The hosts were helpful. We didn't have any problems. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay. I will definitely recommend it to my acquaintances who want to go to Fethiye.

The apartment was large, with a lovely and peaceful balcony that had a good view. The location was safe, quiet, and fairly close to the sea. Fatih was also a warm, genuine person who made us feel at home. If u return to the city, I would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Fethiye in this house, it fully met our expectations. It was nice to communicate with the host of the house, she gave a lot of valuable information about Fethiye and the surrounding area, always answered our questions. The house is beautiful and cozy, there was also a fireplace, it was nice to spend evenings.

Absolutely everything is amazing. The interest and relevance is excellent. The villa offers a lot of different amenities. The holiday we came as a family left us with great memories. I recommend everyone to experience this. It is a completely sheltered and protected place.

Yılmaz Bey is extremely accommodating and friendly. Solved problems right away. The space is always clean, modern and practical. The surroundings are definitely bad without a vehicle to get to the sea or do other activities. We had a car and got everywhere great. I personally recommend the place. We stayed 4 nights in a stone villa. As someone who has spent many holidays in villas, it is in the first place for us. Although we went early, a lady greeted us, she was Mr. Sinan's sister, she said the house was ready, we were very happy, we had a long way to go and we had a baby, it felt very happy not to have to wait for the house. She asked if we would like to have coffee, if we had any questions, she even told us the things I forgot to ask, she gave us information about the beaches we would go to or for food, she told us everything. As soon as I saw the house, I was fascinated, it was much more beautiful than the photos. You will fall in love with this beautiful house. All the details are so well thought out. Kitchenware is clean and everything is thought out. You can stay for a long time as if you were at home, because believe me, everything is there, as if there is an active life, as if a woman's hand touched it. There are enough towels. The garden, the water, the location, everything is very nice. We will choose it again because we couldn't get enough. They thought of everything for our baby. We thank Mr. Sinan for offering us such a beauty. I wish I could write more :)

One of the best Airbnb I have ever tried! The host, Fahri, has been so helpful!!! And responsive. He makes you feel like home. The hospitality from Fahri and his family makes you feel you are home. I cannot recommend this place enough for you. Clean, tidy, as listed, peaceful environment, close to city center and close to a market. 100/10 definitely!!!!! Definitely gonna get back to this place! Love it!!!

Ayse is a very welcoming, friendly nice lady who welcomed us warmly and also spent an afternoon with us to visit several attractions in Fethiye, it was so nice!The house is big and clean, it is more than enough for us to stay, the pool can be used, the lemons from the trees can be picked, and also recommended a very affordable Turkish restaurant, everything was perfect.I will recommend my friends to stay here.

It was a one-night stay with my family, but I'm glad we chose this place. Everything was thought out for the guest in the house, and we felt at home. The host was quick to respond to messages and had great communication with us. The garden is very spacious and convenient, and there is even a conditioning bike in the garden for those who want to do sports. We loved it. Highly recommend. It was a smooth holiday from start to finish. There was nothing missing except for basic materials (salt and oil) at home. It's a pretty good house for large groups. The cleanliness was sufficient. The location of the house is quite central and beautiful. You can stay with peace of mind.
