Apartment holiday rentals in Ferrara

Our stay at the apartment was great. Our host had everything prepared for us including breakfast, snacks and juice for the kid. They were super polite and reacted right away to everything we asked. Everything was super clean and stuffed with everything you could imagine. The apartment is in great location - super close to the city center and 150m away from a nice area with many restaurants, bara and coffees. Close to the University, the neighborhood is full of young people. I would totally recommend the place and if we come back to Bologna, will surely book it again if free!

Il soggiorno é stato davvero piacevole e confortevole. Ideale per godersi una piccola pausa nella bellissima Ferrara.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Tutto corrispondeva a quanto descritto nell'annuncio. Ottimo il parcheggio interno e la zona estremamente tranquilla. Poiché ritorneremo a Ferrara per visita a famigliari terremo in considerazione questa location per il nostro prossimo soggiorno.

Appartement spectaculaire ! Spacieux et confortable. Literie très soignée. Sebastiano est très réactif et communique de manière amicale. Séjour vraiment très agréable !

Appartamento dotato di ogni comfort a pochissimi passi dal centro di Ferrara, spazi ampi e puliti, posizione fantastica per raggiungere a piedi tutte le attrazioni principali della città e soprattutto comodo parcheggio privato per chi raggiunge Ferrara in macchina.

Tutto bene, appartamento bello, pulito e curato. Zona silenziosissima a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. L’essenziale in cucina c’era (anche se avrei messo un paio di bottigliette d’acqua per accogliere gli ospiti). Doccia super spettacolare enorme, getto d’acqua stile cascata e caldissima!!! Tutto perfetto! Unica “stranezza” non c’erano gli asciugamani da viso/mani. Chiamato l’host e mi ha detto che generalmente non li mettono perché “gli spariscono”. Ho detto che non mi sembrava una politica “sana” non metterli e che era un po’ stravagante come cosa. Si è offerto di farmeli avere ma ho risolto in altro modo. Suggerirei all’ Host, visto il suo timore in merito agli asciugamani, di farli pagare in un secondo momento in caso di “sparizione”. Per il resto consigliatissimo!!

Il soggiorno in questa casa è stata un’esperienza davvero positiva! L’abitazione è molto bella, particolare ed accogliente e si percepisce l’attenzione e la passione dietro a ogni dettaglio. Il proprietario Roberto è stato estremamente disponibile ed accogliente. Consiglio questo alloggio a chiunque voglia visitare Ferrara!

This is a great apartment for a couple, with a lovely view from the balcony! It’s walkable to the very centre of Bologna and I would recommend it.

L’alloggio è spazioso, pulito e confortevole. A pochi passi dal centro e facilmente accessibile anche con l’auto. La zona è molto tranquilla e in una posizione comoda per raggiungere le grandi città dell’area. Paolo inoltre è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Tornerò sicuramente dovessi ricapitare in zona

This place is in a very busy neighborhood with tons of bars and restaurants nearby. But also the apartment was very quiet in spite of the loud street outside. I slept heat and loved having the nightlife nearby. Walking to central Bologna was easy and about 12-15 minutes from the flat.

Appartement très charmant et cosy. Il est très bien situé, en plein centre mais au calme, dans une jolie rue. Arianna est une hôte très accueillante et il est facile d’échanger avec elle. Je recommande donc cet appartement sans hésiter ! :)

Andrea and the apartment were beyond our expectations. Andrea was so helpful and had the best recommendations for food and drink. It was absolutely beautiful in a great part of the city. Everything is walkable. AMAZING bed that was so comfy. Every Amenity we could think of she had in place. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to have a great stay in Bologna.

Ci siamo trovati bene sin da subito! Con me e mia zia c’era anche il mio bambino di un anno e mezzo e gli spazi erano sicuri e puliti, accoglienti. È stato tutto perfetto, il soggiorno, le varie stanze, la posizione, proprio tutto! Sicuramente chiederò disponibilità nel caso dovessimo recarci di nuovo a Bologna. L’host è stata gentile e amichevole, abbiamo comunicato facilmente ed è stata sempre presente quando ho avuto bisogno di aiuto. Nell’appartamento c’era tutto il necessario é stato come essere a casa. C’erano anche di verande, abbiamo potuto stendere da una parte e rilassarci nelle sedie dell’altra veranda. Comodo l’accesso col passeggino sia nella rampa che con l’ascensore. Insomma ci siamo trovati davvero bene in tutto e per tutto! É stata un’esperienza e un soggiorno di 3 notti bellissimo! Torneremo! Sara, Valentina e Leonardo 💙💜🩵

Logement à la hauteur des attentes, très propre avec toutes les commodités, climatisation, confort impeccable, machine à laver, extérieur très agréable. Et des propriétaires au top !!! Très gentil et à l’écoute, toujours prêt à rendre service. En résumé, location et personne au top !!! On ne voulait plus partir. Si nous devons retourner en Italie, ce sera chez Maria Carla et Renzo que nous saluons tendrement. Isabelle et David

This is a very spacious flat, which is beautifully furnished and has a lovely outside seating area. It is walkable distance to the old town and has a number of good cafes close by for breakfast. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were quick to respond. Our group was a couple in their 60s and 2 in their 70s. We could not have walked from the station but Carolina described where it was best to catch a taxi and the whole process was very easy. Carolina then ordered us a taxi for our return to the airport, which worked very well. It was a great stay and I would thoroughly recommend this flat!

We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s place, really beautiful apartment, super sweet balcony. The perfect location, city center in walkable distance and beautiful neighborhood. Communication with Matteo was super nice, we could even check in two hours before the indicated check in time, which was really convenient! Thank you, we had a great time in Bologna!

The location is perfect, the property and the building are classic Bologna architecture, the beds are very comfortable (sheets are super soft), and the apartment is very quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This airbnb is at a great location from which you can reach everywhere in the city by walking. Host is very warm hearted and always responded quickly. Kitchen and bathroom offer all the basic things you need. Apartment is on the ground floor. Air conditioning works well too. I really enjoyed my stay!

FABULOUS, FABULOUS, FABULOUS location! Bars, restaurants and cafes were right outside of the front door. If you want to be in the heart of old town, in the most superior location, you need to stay here. We would definitely come back.

Fantastic spacious apartment in the heart of Bologna! It was our first visit to this part of Italy and we loved it. The apartment is in a great location. There is a local convenience store a few minutes away where you can get all of your essentials. Nicoletta was a great host, very responsive to my messages and made sure check in smooth and we were happy with everything. There is a wonderful restaurant right next door to the apartment which was brilliant and highly recommended, called Sette Tavoli.
