Villa holiday rentals in Félines-Minervois

A fabulous few days spent relaxing with friends in a comfortable well appointed house. It had everything we needed - big table to eat at , plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, chilled courtyard space with options to be out , in or halfway. V close to the shop and bistro. The trains weren’t running but easy driving to Carcassonne and Limoux. Thanks again Olivier.

The place is exactly as described in the pictures and very tastefully decorated. You immediately feel comfortable. Isabell is a great hostess and responded very quickly to all inquiries. The house is highly recommended, always happy to come back.

Great villa, well stocked, and with a heated pool from our arrival at 29 degrees. A friendly welcome and very flexible and quick hosts to answer our questions! A pleasant stay and the feeling of having been at home! :)

This was a great house surrounded by beautiful scenery close to the centre of the village. The host was very friendly and welcomed us warmly. We had a great stay .

We spent a wonderful week here on a family trip (5 adults and 1 toddler). The house had plenty of space for us all and an idyllic garden and pool. A cot, high chair, plates and toys were provided, with kids Netflix also available, which made it a perfect stay for our toddler. We would definitely return and recommend!

Very nice villa, we had a very good time with 11 people in this villa. The pool and jacuzzi were fully appreciated. A super and flexible welcome (departure and arrival) and full of small touches (coffee, pasta, breakfast etc.). Very good bedding, clean sheets and 3 terry towels available per person. A small flushing issue that did not prevent us from enjoying a great sunny weekend!!

We had a lovely week in this well appointed villa Sinan is a kind, attentive and responsive host. We had no issues at all during our stay but every message was responded to quickly We were very impressed with the villa. It is exactly like the photos. It was immaculately presented with beds made and towels laid out. The beds were comfy, we often find them too soft. The villa is beautifully appointed and very modern. Upstairs, there are 2 double rooms each with an ensuite shower room and dressing area. There is loads of storage and hanging space. There is a further double room downstairs accessed via the room with bunk beds in. This has its own shower room. Sinan thoughtfully provided dishwasher tablets, bin liners etc. Shower gel, shampoo and handwash are provided. There is more than enough glassware etc. Appliances were modern and spotless. Everything is new and no expense has been spared. WiFi is excellent. Highly recommended. Thank you Sinan!

We had an unforgettable stay in this little paradise in the middle of nature to celebrate my 30th birthday with a dozen friends. The rooms are spacious, each with their own bathroom. The living spaces are carefully and modernly equipped. And the pool is just amazing, with views of the fields. I will not hesitate to come back for my next birthdays 😊

We had a great time at Marie-Anne's! The house is very well suited to meet friends. Many spaces and activities (billiards, ping pong, darts, swimming pool, pétanque...) that make it possible to occupy young and old, even in rainy weather! On the night side, it's very functional, with a room where all the children were able to sleep together and create memories. Thank you so much for your kind hospitality 🫶🏼

We had an exceptional stay in this cottage perfectly suited to our group of 25 people. Everything was spotless: a beautiful setting, top amenities and impeccable cleanliness. The common room is particularly well thought out and superbly equipped, offering a friendly space ideal for sharing good times. The host, Stéphane, is incredibly friendly and attentive, which made our experience even more enjoyable. An ideal place to meet up with friends or family! We'll be happy to go back.

On the outside it looks like an old house, but the interior is perfectly restored and has all the amenities that are advertised in the description.

When one imagines securing a well appointed, safe, comfortable, accommodating and ideally located place to truly relax or explore the delights of the southern Occitanie region from, Marc & Isabelle’s offering should definitely be on their mind. From very effective host communication, solid directions :) & a flexible approach all the way through to supporting us getting settled in, finding places we need as part of getting comfortable etc, we felt supremely well taken care of. The property itself is very well appointed & looks exactly as depicted in the app; it’s an excellent AirBnB for those who want to relax in comfort & privacy with a superb array of mod-cons. Everyone in our group was very impressed. Thoughtful and clever touches abound across the entire modern property & we would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone (family or a group of friends) - it’s a gem are likely going to return to! We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place! Even with bad weather you can have a nice time as in the living room you are immersed in nature thanks to the big windows. Really remarkable was also the equipment of the kitchen, there is everything (tarte formes, icecubes, coffee,…).
