The flat is very beautiful, well organized, very well represented by the photos. The hosts respond very quickly and very kindly. The location is close to tourist attractions. In short: our experience was wonderful, my children loved it and I definitely recommend it.

Marcos was very attentive. The AP is small, flat type, but perfect for my stay in Brasilia, since I went on business and only stayed for the overnight stays. The Flat is in a hotel, with a gym and, most importantly, a restaurant, where I could dine and have breakfast at a very reasonable price. I recommend it!

Luiza's apartment was simply impeccable! Very well located, with everything organized and equipped with all the necessary items to make us feel at home. The decor is fantastic — super cozy, tasteful and at the same time practical and comfortable for everyday life. Luiza's care for the space is remarkable, visible in the smallest details. The apartment exactly matches the photos and description. The neighborhood is very quiet, organized, safe and accessible. The market on the 1st floor is complete and operates 24 hours a day, so there is no shortage of goods. In addition, there are two bakeries within a 500-meter radius, where we can enjoy a quiet and varied coffee. It is an excellent location in every respect. I can't think of a better place to stay in Brasilia.

Good location, with restaurants and shops nearby. Clean environment, everything is new and organized. The shower is electric, but it has good pressure and temperature. The bathroom is small, but functional and renovated. I recommend the accommodation, great value for money.

Great apartment, absolutely well equipped and good location. Just note that there are 4 flights of stairs, and there is no elevator.

Very cozy, clean and well-equipped apartment with a good location. I stayed 3 days for work and I didn't miss anything, on the contrary, it was a very quiet stay. The host was always very helpful and quick to respond, giving clear information from the time of booking to the time of check-in and check-out. The apartment accommodates 3 people (a couple and one more person/child) very well in two bedrooms. Águas Claras is a little far from Brasilia but it is an excellent alternative to the exorbitant prices of accommodation in the Plano Piloto. I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay and, if I need to return to Brasilia, I would stay here again for sure.
