The chalet has access to the Monjolo and Água Doce da Cafuringa streams, allowing bathing and diving in the natural pools. The chalet/bungalow is 120 m2, with a balcony, hot tub, bathroom, full kitchen, barbecue grill, soccer field, sand field, fishing pond, playground and vegetable garden.
