Great location. Thoughtful host and always available to help. Very safe neighborhood, several establishments nearby, such as a pharmacy, bakeries and restaurants within a few meters' walk.

Jhonatan's apartment is perfect for small business or leisure trips. Offering a double bed, air conditioning, internet, full kitchen and washing machine. The outskirts of the apartment have everything: bakeries, markets, restaurants, bars, etc. The neighborhood of the building is polite and caring, as well as the owner, Jhonatan, who answered me promptly on all my calls. It was a great experience!

The apartment exactly matches the photos and description. The neighborhood is very quiet, organized, safe and accessible. The market on the 1st floor is complete and operates 24 hours a day, so there is no shortage of goods. In addition, there are two bakeries within a 500-meter radius, where we can enjoy a quiet and varied coffee. It is an excellent location in every respect. I can't think of a better place to stay in Brasilia.

Fantastic and pristine place in ASA Sud, really liked the place a lot with a lot of comfortable amenities. It’s very convenient if one chooses to stay in ASA Sud with all its fantastic restaurants, coffee places and grocery stores. I would very happily book this place again…

Property better than the photos and with a structure that you can spend the day without having to leave, both for adults and children. As the place is a little far from the city center, there is a very good silence!!! Augusto (host) there is nothing to say, attentive, available and always present to solve any problem.

The hostess was very friendly and attentive, they gave us several tips that made our stay a lot easier. We found a flawless, comfortable and equipped house with everything we needed to make us feel at home. It was a great choice for our family, I highly recommend!

We spent the Easter holiday and the house is simply an excellent place to enjoy with the family. Air-conditioned rooms, all with a suite, large kitchen and with all accessories and utensils that can be imagined and integrated with the dining and living room. The barbecue separate from the house and next to the pool is also fantastic and complete! Equipped with fridge, electric oven, Cooktop stove and various utensils. We don't miss anything. At the back of the house there is an orchard with various types of fruit and a very green grassy area! The children had a lot of fun and spent almost all the time in the position. We are very grateful for the welcome we had by our host Sergio. It was a spectacular family holiday!

The place is fantastic, I spent Valentine's Day in a hell of quiet, atmosphere and great place and ideal both couple or family. I highly recommend it for sure.

We felt at home! Very clean house, we inaugurated the brand new mattress, there was everything we would need to use inside the apartment. Sheila was always helpful in recommending places nearby for us to eat. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy the condominium's pool, but it's beautiful and you need to register with the admin to use it. For the laundry sheets, you need to get them from the administration as well. I am sure that when we return to Brasilia, we will stay in this property again. I really liked the location, lots of shops. I didn't like that the pools were freezing, you couldn't swim and the TV system was very confusing, it doesn't get the channels very well and there aren't many channel options, it's a little confusing to get in on the day you arrive and do the check-in. The Ofurô is paid but it is very hot and you can share an hour for more people 30 minutes for each, because you can not stay an hour. The sauna is also nice. The apartment is small and simple but well arranged. Rodrigo was very attentive, but it was worth it.

One of the best apartments I've ever stayed in! I usually work from home and look for quiet places with good internet. Sandra's apartment is wonderful for home office, super safe (I felt safe as a woman), and equipped with EVERYTHING you might need. Sandra is super attentive and always responded to my messages in less than 24 hours (a sweetheart!). The apartment is ideal for one person or even two. Very easy to and came with all the cleaning equipment and products. It is in a gated community with a garage, and a washer and dryer. Gym and bakery about 10 minutes walk. It has a smart TV that you can connect your streaming services account to. The kitchen, although small, has everything I needed. The condominium is extremely quiet and always respects the quiet hours. I've stayed in many airbnbs, but this was one of the few that felt like "home." Thank you so much for having me, Sandra! I'll recommend it to everyone!!

Great location and easy to access. The condominium has a very good structure, including leisure and other services such as cafeteria, pizzeria, convenience store, etc. The condominium has a beautiful view of the lake, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The host is very attentive and provided all the necessary information, I recommend it to everyone for sure!!!!
