Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Fayette County

Beautiful place to stay. Location was a bit confusing at first but once found was not a problem. Highly recommend if you’re looking to stay somewhere with privacy that’s not too far from the city.

The host was very responsive. The place is beautiful my favorite color is blue. It was perfect for my birthday. Everything was as it looked in pictures. Parking was good just follow instructions and you’ll be fine. Or find parking on street. i have no complaints.

The instructions were a little confusing in the description but once i contacted the host he was extremely helpful and made everything very clear. Did a great job of making sure the place was clean before my arrival and it’s a nice convenient location

This is my third stay here—very peaceful and more affordable than other Airbnb's in the area. Have had a few plumbing issues in the basement during my stay, but Stuart/ Amy communicate well and are very responsive, and had Chuck fix up all the issues quickly. Bonnie is the current on-site manager, and it’s great that she’s friendly and always down to chat! Overall, a positive experience here 👍

Interior spaces were beautifully done and comfortable. The location gave easy access to highways to get around Atlanta. This is a developing neighborhood, so I am excited to see the progress made on my next visit to Atlanta. I will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful host, great communication, easy check in/out, comfy beds, clean and what I needed for a few days of business in ATL.

The apartment was lovely. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked. Appliances were very good quality. The bathrooms were spotless and hot water was always available. The air conditioner worked well. The apartment was spacious--really nice sized bedrooms. There's a nice private deck out back and a fire pit. The yard is well manicured and planted with all sorts of blooming shrubs and flowers. The neighborhood is a very quiet family oriented one. The host was attentive and friendly. Take my word for it. If I'm in Atlanta again, I will certainly stay here again. Thank you, Alejandro!

This place was awesome! It was the perfect place for us and our two dogs to stay while celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary. Shannon was an excellent host. Her recommendations for local food were on point and she was quick to answer any questions we had. Overall a great experience for our first time using AirB&B!

Would definitely stay here again if I visit Atlanta again. Very clean, cozy, and just enough space. Wherever we drove, it was close by.

What a great place and a great host .The location was just perfect close by convenient store , house was clean and nice . Parking spots were big behind the house. Kitchen utensils got everything we can think of. Michael was great in communicating and addressing our need. Definitely will stay again at this house for our next Atlanta trip.

Oh and I already have your review pre written lol Amazing Oasis! Pool and Pool House was exactly that. I can positively say that the house and grounds were exactly what the description stated. Ty was great with communication and in a timely manner. She and the house were nothing short of extraordinary for what we booked it for. I am hoping to come up with an “excuse” to be able to book again!!!! Thank you for great hospitality and kindness towards my son’s graduation party.

Great stay! Amazing host with great communication. The space was nice. Right next to the Mercedes Benz Stadium. A few minutes away from so many things. Definitely would stay again!

Dion and His CoHost were so nice and helpful 10/10 would chose there place again if ever in ATL. We only stayed one night after a concert at Mercedes bends stadium but if you’re looking for something more casual than a hotel It’s a great place to stay. The walk to the stadium was so easy and finding the place wasn’t hard to find either. The only “downfall” is your so close to downtown ATL that if your not used to “city life” sleeping will be a little hard bc you’re right off the main road so traffic is kinda loud but we honestly had so much fun that that didn’t even matter to us. They had snacks set out for you and were always quick to respond. So nice and sweet! Given the location and walk to the venue would definitely spend my money here again! Thanks guys!

We had only one problem and that was the bed collapsing underneath me with no provaction, but luckily it was resolved quickly and there were no more issues. Had a peaceful stay otherwise.

It was an amazing place to stay! Gaynell is a super responsive host and I had no problems! It was a very clean and nice place overall!
