2nd floor apt is isolated from the other 3 in the building & has its own 122 sf deck overlooking our beautiful valley & pond. The spacious bedroom has a king sized bed. The full bath includes a stack washer/dryer. The living room has a pull-out couch & a dining table for 4 ppl. There is also a large coffee table & 2 end tables. Just off of the living room is the full kitchen. Both the living room & the bedroom have large flat-screen tv's. The wifi gives access to all streaming channels.

The perfect little honey hole. Only 15 minutes from Little Rock, you get the convenience of the city and the peace and tranquility of country living. The home is only 2 miles from the I-40 on ramp but surrounded by Lake Conway and though it is not lake frontage, you need only a 4-minute walk to the nearest fishing hole and three-minute drive to the nearest boat launch. Certainly, the best of every world! a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis.
