Our stay was as described online, check-in was straight forward, and our experiences were similar to others who have provided comments for this property.

I stayed at this location for one night while attending a UCA SOAR orientation with my son. The space is very close to the UCA campus - just a few minutes from Donaghey Hall for SOAR registration and a straight shot down College Ave to get to downtown. It's a quiet street. This is in an apartment complex, so you will have neighbors coming and going, but I wasn't bothered by them. This unit overlooks the parking lot behind the building, and it is well lit, so there is some light that seeps in the room, especially in the living room, but again, I wasn't bothered by it. The blackout shade in the bedroom does a great job of keeping that space dark. There is a pizza restaurant in the building (I didn't get to try it) but that would be handy if you don't want to venture out after a busy day. This would be a great spot for anyone coming to UCA for games, events, to see your student, or to visit Conway and their one million roundabouts. I will be booking again after my son enrolls this fall.

Very quick and responsive, but a lot more remote than I was expecting. That's probably my fault, I'm not familiar with the area. Super clean and very nice interior! Polite and very concise host. Pretty expensive for a two night stay, but I know that's standard for Airbnb, and definitely acceptable for how last minute this trip was.

Super cozy and nice was a perfect place for a couple get away

This place was perfect for our needs! The space is maximized. The bathroom has some amenities and the kitchen is fully ready to use! The walls are very thin, however the neighbors were all very quiet. The neighborhood is peaceful and the pizza place downstairs is amazing! 🤩 Be aware this room is not very accessible. It’s on the second floor and there is no elevator. Also, the parking lot is across the street. So there’s a bit of walking/climbing involved. Nothing too difficult, we managed with our bags. And, for the price, it’s hard to beat!

An absolute 10/10! If you need a place to stay while traveling across country or visiting the area, you will not regret staying here. The space is super quiet and the bed is comfy. You will sleep like a baby. Everything has been carefully thought out; Emily has such attention to detail that every corner of the property will surprise you. My wife and I have traveled all over the world and the US and have used Airbnb in most trips and we are proud to say this makes our top 10 in the US. Thank you Emily!

My son stayed at Darren's place while visiting the University of Central Arkansas. Darren was helpful, flexible and friendly. His place was a great value and in a location that was very convenient for us. We would definitely book again!
