Welcome to our barn conversion which we hope will provide you with the perfect escape, a base for your countryside adventures or a bed after exploring nearby towns and cities. Located on a working dairy farm the barn was converted in 2019 into 2 separate apartments each accommodating max 4 people. At the moment only the ground floor apartment is available to guests. Perfectly located with easy access from the M1 motorway, an hours drive from Dublin and Belfast and only 8 min by car to Dundalk.

Still with its original external features while modernised inside for a relaxing stay. A peaceful retreat away to explore the local countryside, with looping walks located beside Cashel lake and 10 minutes from Camlough lake we’ll know for its local swimming and water sports. It is located 15 minutes from both Newry and Dundalk.

The perfect country retreat at the foot of Slieve Gullion - an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Conservation. Overlooking green fields of cows and sheep. It is ideal for hiking, cycling, golfing or exploring the local towns of Newry and Dundalk. We are less than 10 minutes to Killeavy Castle Hotel and Slieve Gullion Forest Park and 30 minutes to the coastal resorts of Carlingford and Warrenpoint. We are very accessible to Dublin and Belfast both being within one hours drive away.

There is a shower en-suite with w.h.b and WC. A fully-fitted modern kitchen c/w fridge, washing machine, electric hob, oven microwave, kettle and toaster. 46" flat-screen Sky Q television (all channels) along with Free WiFi. We have 3 No. separate accommodations (can hold 9 to 10 people, no hens or stags.)

While still convenient to Dundalk, Blackrock, Carlingford and Carrickmacross. Only an hour drive will take you to both Dublin and Belfast City (M1 Motorway Junction 16) We have lovingly restored and renovated this cottage over the years to provide a cosy and welcoming home.
