We had such a cozy and comfortable stay! The place was spotless and felt really inviting from the moment we walked in. It’s in a great neighborhood—safe, quiet, and close to everything we needed. Traveling with our little guy, we really appreciated the pack and play—it was such a thoughtful touch and made things so much easier for us. You can tell the host puts real care into making the space feel welcoming and family-friendly. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment was right in front of a dog park with a small really cute patio. It was right in front of a Whole Foods with great options to eat and down the street from multiple amazing restaurants 10 out of 10 would stay again and probably will

Small Escapes was perfect for my stay. It was close to historic Frisco and close to the Dallas North Tollway to travel around. The condo itself was clean and had everything supplied for a week long stay. The building was also well kept and quiet.

Joy’s place came just as advertised and it was as comfy as you think it’d be. Everything was clean and Joy was really helpful with any questions that I had, and replied quickly. I would stay here again

The amenities were good, and the room was clean. Parking was convenient. On the downside, the neighbors were a bit noisy and I could often hear strange sounds. The apartment is close to the road, so the soundproofing isn’t great. Overall, it was a decent stay with good value for the price.

I had such a lovely stay here! The apartment itself is super clean, very nicely decorated, and minimalist in a way that I really like. It had everything I needed for several days, including washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, televisions in two rooms, a wonderful bathtub, and a really excellent bed among other things. I loved sitting on the balcony in the morning, looking out at the oak trees. I used the gym and had great walks around nearby White Rock Lake. Shopping in the area was great with grocery stores and banks and restaurants very nearby. It’s just very well located in general. Parking was ultra easy. Overall, just a great place to stay in Dallas and I honestly can’t wait to return to this very spot should I have such good fortune.

My family and I enjoyed our two-night stay. The house had everything we needed, but the pool was the highlight. It made our mini vacation to Dallas extra enjoyable for our kids. The pool was clean and the perfect size, and the backyard was a great place to relax. The house was also close to multiple stores including Target and Kroger if you need groceries. It also didn’t take long to venture to downtown Dallas. Instructions for check-in/check-out were clear and easy. I would highly recommend!

Loved the place. My daughters wanted a place for their birthday party to host a few of their friends. This place was perfect. Exactly as described. Just didn’t have any trash bags. But other than that, it was great. Malcolm was great, easy process, easy check in. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone

The house was very spacious…..And was fit for the occasion…..Nothing to brag about but it worked. The master bed is sunk in and shower knob was broken…..The tub was dusty and i didn’t want to use it. All the extra blankets in the closest WERE NOT FOLDED….I couldn’t tell if there were clean or not. GREAT WASHER AND DRYER SET….and I loved the laundry products. The microwave was way to high…..But overall I enjoyed myself and I made thevBEST OF IT……Thanks Javier🙏🏾🙏🏾

The Sparks are by far the best of hosts. They are genuinely thoughtful and more than accommodating, and the house was absolutely beautiful, meticulously decorated, yet completely homey at the same time. We had plenty of towels, and everyone had a bed of their own. We could not have picked a more perfect place for all of us coming together from across the country to celebrate Christmas together. I recommend the hosts and the home as highly as I can.

We have a wonderful day. I have no complaints a great place for great price. Definitely looking forward to booking with them again. The only thing I has trouble with was the temperature with the water it was too hot at times but if you let it run for a bit it get to perfect temp

Loved staying here apartment was great, lake was wonderful sat by it in the morning and at night! not only was the host responsive but also extremely helpful and friendly would definitely stay here again.

Leslie’s condo was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a week-long working stay in the area. Easy to get on the freeway and where we needed to go. Comfortable bed and furniture, great to have the closets and in-unit laundry. Leslie was helpful and responsive. The neighborhood is just okay though. We felt perfectly safe in the gated community, but it is near the freeway and isn’t really the kind of neighborhood where you’d just go out the door and walk around exploring. So, just take note if that’s what you’re looking for. However, just down the hill a little stretch (maybe 10 minute walk/ 3 minute drive) is an area called Preston Hollow, and that’s much better for shops/ walking around. Put Trader Joe’s in your GPS and you’ll find it.
