We loved staying in this house, perfect for those who have children. The location is excellent, in a quiet neighborhood and surrounded by nature. Private outdoor space and a beach located on a short walk, make it ideal for those who want to also enjoy nature while visiting Stockholm. Access to the city center is simple and effective, by walking to the metro/train that takes us to the center in 15 min. Convenient supermarket near the same subway station. Communication with the excellent host, we strongly advise you to stay in this cozy and family home in Stockholm.

Good accommodation. Helena left us her house for a few days. It was well-equipped and in a quiet area. The plus is the proximity to Stockholm (metro nearby and in 30 minutes you are in the center) which allows you not to use the car. Helena is available if there's anything else you need. We recommend it.

I highly recommend staying at Kalle’s place! My family and I had a great time at their place. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was also very comfortable, with all of the amenities you could think of. Kalle also provided recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store and bakeries. The backyard is so peaceful, surrounded with fruit trees, our kids loved playing there. Overall, Kalle’s place was excellent and we hd a wonderful stay.

we had a fantastic time, three families coming from different places to share the house. The home had lots of character was big enough for us all to sit comfortably in different areas of the home to sit in such as garden, balcony living room. we had a fantastic time. The location was excellent, really picturesque neighbourhood with a great park and a couple restaurants. easily walkable from the tube station. it was a great base for exploring Stockholm.

Cozy home in which we felt right at home. Great backyard next to nature reserve. Lots of equipment in the kitchen, enough glasses and plates for days. Public transport was as described and had good connection to Stockholm. Host was also extremely responsive and helpful, even called the doctor for us since we did not speak Swedish. Host was also proactive with local recommendations and very kind.

Karls place is perfect (not only for families). It is comfortable and quiet there. Tilda and Thisbe are lovely cats. There is everything you and the cats need and if not, Karl will help you via chat. There is a beautiful lake nearby, although the next metro station isn't far away. I recommend this place and would come back! :)

We visited Hannah's with our two teenage kids. This is a great home and she is an amazing host! Our experience in Hannah's home exceeded our expectations. This is not your typical air bnb apartment. This is a real home of a family, sparkling clean, fully practical, fully stocked with anything you might need. The description on the listing was very accurate, the host was always available for q&a’s, and we generally felt we were living in our home, not in a rental place. Even a rich breakfast was there for us when we arrived. We would give them 6 stars if we could! Thank you, Hannah and family for a wonderful vacation and for your generosity, your philoxenia, and for making us feel at home.

We had a wonderful stay at Anders’s house in Lidingö. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was easy to check in and the surroundings were lovely. The neighbours were really welcoming and helped us if we needed recommendations. Anders was really responsive and helpful and we felt right at home. The house was full of toys for children and has lots of parks nearby. Our two children felt at home and didn’t want to leave! Thank you so much for everything - we will definitely stay again 😊

Spacious house with beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed a lot the place with their lovely cat Zexten. (we drove a car ourselves, so it was rather convenient to go to city center too) Overll, a great value 👋

My wife and I stayed a week in Andeas' home, and really hated to leave. Andreas was a super responsive and friendly host, and he met us at the house to give us a complete tour and information on how everything worked. The house is really clean and nicely decorated. It's a real home and very comfortable. We didn't use the sauna, but the shower next to it is really good. Bedrooms are on the top floor along with one bathroom. Ground floor has kitchen, dining and living room spaces. Bottom floor has a den, sauna/bath, and washer/dryer. Very nice layout. There's also a nice deck and backyard area as well. This is a super neighborhood: it's a short commute on public transport to downtown, and it's very green and peaceful. In short, this was a great place to stay and we'd love to return again in the future.

Five stars for Anna and this beautiful house is not enough! The island is a natural haven and the views of the waterfront from the house are spectacular. Perfectly located within easy reach of downtown Stockholm by ferry or buses and at the heart of the natural beauty of the Stockholm Archipelago. The house is very well equipped, comfortable, tastefully decorated and practical for a great family holiday or a peaceful retreat. Anna could not have been more helpful, responding immediately to any request to make everything run smoothly. Thank you Anna and Thomas for a perfect holiday!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Helena’s apartment. It was a nice quiet neighborhood, the local bakery did not disappoint and we were a short walk from the grocery, pharmacy and train station. Apparently we could have also walked to a park with a lake but didn’t have time. All in all it was a lovely, comfortable home base for four people on a very busy trip to Stockholm. We spent a lot of the time there sitting around the kitchen table and also enjoyed the upstairs deck for the sunshine and living room for watching the start of the olympics. The house is full of beautiful plants and had nice cross ventilation on the hotter days when everything was opened up.

We had a great time at Sven's spacious and nice house, located in a quiet neighbourhood. We particularly appreciated the garden for barbecuing and sitting outside in the evening. It's a perfect place for familiy vacations because there's enough space for everyone!

We stayed with our big daughters in the most beautiful house and felt very comfortable right away. The location is great to various swimming spots, to the campsite Eriksöbadet (here you could rent canoes super uncomplicated) there is a beautiful path through the forest along the water. The center is 20 minutes away. Here we went to Café Hembygdsgårds. So beautifully located and delicious food. Camilles Trädgård & Café is also very pretty. Very tasty crumble in an enchanted garden. You also have to be located for the boulangerie directly at the harbor. There are delicious baked goods here. Then we took another ferry ride to Grinda and Sandhamn. These ferries in the most wonderful weather were a dream. The Cinderella ferry to Sandhamn can be booked online. Great restaurant overlooking the water:Bryggan på Tenö. The food is delicious ! We will miss the super equipped kitchen, the tastefully furnished house with 2 terraces and the cat Zoe😊

We booked Maria's house for six nights. The house is located in a quite area with easy access to a beautiful lake. The property is within easy walking distance of public transport. Farsta Centrum is a 12 minute walk with many high end shops and eating places. Maria was very friendly and responsive prior to our visit and during. We would definitely book her house again if it is available during our next visit to Sweden.

Stayed during Ice Hockey World Cup 2025 and enjoyed every minute. A quiet and neat neighborhood located just a few metro stops from the centre. Quite nice Thai food takeaway nearby. Accomodation fully matches description and reviews.

We loved this house, perfectly equipped for 5 people especially the 2 bathrooms/toilets! Quiet area close to train and Stockholm (30min by bus+train). Beach and forest 10min walk in a nice environment. Excellent bedding! The only little bemol: the wifi didn't work during our stay.

A magical place! Leas place hits the spot between the homeliness and convenience. Perfekt for family time. Children can run free in the calm area while you can still have an eye on them. The lake is closeby and invites to spend a sunny afternoon. Bikes are perfect if you want to enjoy the larger area.

The house is exactly as described. Everything was tidy and clean. The house is cozy and feels like home. The bus stop is close by, if you want to walk to the metro station is also not so far away. Martina was friendly and easy to reach. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice house with whirlpool and lake view close to Stockholm. Maria reacted immediately when we had a question. 2 of the 3 beds are rather small for 2 persons. Highly recommend, especially for up to 4 persons.

This is one of the best Airbnb's we've stayed in! The house is so spacious, clean, beautiful, in an excellent location - especially good with children! Emily is very kind and shared so many nice tips with us! We really enjoyed staying at her place and would love to come back in the future for continuing exploring Stockholm and its surroundings. I highly recommend it!
