Du vil elske min bolig på grund af, at det er et sommerhus med fantastisk beliggenhed for enden af skoven og med vandet som nærmeste nabo få meter fra hoveddøren. Huset ligger for sig selv ved stranden, og her er idyl, fred og ro. Sommerhuset er placeret midt i naturen, og man vil vågne op til bølgeskvulp og dyrelivet helt tæt på. Tehuset er en del af herregården Eskjær Hovedgaard, og ligger derfor i forlængelse af smukke og historiske omgivelser. Se www.eskjaer-hovedgaard.com. Huset er i sig selv enkelt indrettet, men tilgodeser alle dagligdags behov. Min bolig er god til par og velegnet til natur og kulturturisten.

The cottage

“The cabin” is a full insulated wooden cabin with underfloor heating in all rooms. Large living room with kitchen living room (sofa bed), a room (sofa bed), toilet with bath and a large loft. “The cabin” is 66 m2 and is newly built in 2017. It is located at the bottom of our garden in private villa area out to open fields and trail systems close to forest and beach. There is a path to the water (10 min walk) and Glyngøre town where you will find shopping and restaurants. The kitchen contains fridge/freezer, oven, hot plates, electric kettle, coffee maker, service.

Child-friendly and well-maintained house with plenty of space

Our cottage is located by the beautiful Limfjord on the outskirts of the summer town of Hvalpsund. Here there is room for indoor coziness in the large kitchen, room for 12 overnight guests, barbecue evenings and relaxation on the large terrace and play and bonfire in the garden. The house is equipped with beds, chairs and toys for smaller children. With only a five-minute walk to the water, both big and small can join in. Hvalpsund offers a cozy harbor area, vintage shops and local roadside stalls. A beautiful house for the whole family.

Our cozy wooden house is located only about 150 meters from the sandy beach on Louns peninsula in beautiful nature, with many opportunities for walking, running and cycling. Nice harbor environment with ferry, fishing and marina. Enjoy lunch or dinner at the town's inn or marina, overlooking the fjord. The house is furnished with three small bedrooms, a functional kitchen, And a newly renovated bathroom. Heating is with a heat pump, wood stove. Free and stable WiFi internet Satellite TV with Danish and various German channels.

Cozy holiday home of 70 sqm on 2 floors for rent in the middle of Himmerland Golf Resort with parking just outside the house. The home can accommodate 6 people and is located in the area called "Slangen" which is within walking distance via the trail system to Himmerland Golf and Spa Resort. The house has been renovated and looks very cozy and well furnished. On each side of the house, there are secluded terraces, where there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the sun all day. Bright, simple and cozy tiny house near the water! With parking just in front. Fully equipped kitchen. Terasse with sun from morning to evening. You can make BBQ on the Weber grill. 5 minute walk to the beach. Very quiet neighbourhood with lots of privacy. Only a 5 minute drive to the habour with fresh fish dishes and another 5 minutes to the grocery store. This is a very nice summerhouse area. Don't hesitate if you have any questions! Cottage by Svanemølleparken

Experience the genuine atmosphere of authenticity and charm in the old cottage. Enjoy the garden or sunset beyond the lake from the bench, or take a walk in the Svanemøll park, which is located at the end of the garden. The cottage is centrally located in Svenstrup town. 5 minutes' walk to Svenstrup train station, from where you can get to Aalborg in 9 minutes. Shopping like SuperBrugsen, Rema or Coop365 is a two-minute walk from the summerhouse.

My place is close to public transportation. You'll love my place because of the light, the surroundings, the outdoor area. It is about 1500 meters to the city center and pedestrian street. Approximately 3000 meters to marina, beach and forest. My place is good for singles, couples and couples with children (max. 3) and business travelers.
