Situates 4 comfortably, 6 with the use of couches, 8 with added use of floor mattresses. Renovated, open concept, our home is wheelchair accessible. We accept Service dogs and will consider family dogs and other pets on a case-by-case; please ask. Owners reside on property in separate building. Gorgeous Gardiner 1 Bedroom

This newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment is a wonderful choice when visiting the Augusta/Gardiner area. This Apartment was completely renovated in 2025 and comes fully furnished with brand new kitchen, furniture, supplies and bedding! The apartment has keyless entry via a keypad with each guests receiving a unique pin. There is free on site parking and free laundry available in unit.

Apartment G - Best view in Hallowell

The unit is located in a 7-room house NOT occupied by the owners just two blocks from downtown. The entrance is not yet private. Entry is through a common door next to the parking spot. There is a well-stocked, full kitchen/TV room four power recliners and balcony overlooking the Kennebec River. The bedroom has a queen bed with second TV and spacious, tiled bathroom.
