Fred’s place was great! Quiet, clean, nice walkable neighborhood. Parking everywhere and on a corner lot which is nice.

Great area , Nice Surroundings, Beautiful apartment with a nice view onto the pool. The place was easy to find & the host was very responsive anything you need just a text away. Will definitely book this place again everytime I’m in Dallas if available.

This cozy, spotless apartment felt like home from the moment we arrived, bursting with charm. The location is unbeatable! A quick 7-minute walk to Main Street, where our boys went crazy for the shops and ice cream. It’s perfectly placed for trips to Southlake or DFW airport, and the neighborhood is great for evening strolls. The apartment is stylish and well-equipped. The beds were super comfy, and the washer/dryer saved us from kid messes. Elizabeth’s thoughtful touches, made us feel so special. She’s a responsive, caring host who made our stay perfect. Great place to stay with my family! The pool, hot tub and games were so fun! The beds were really comfy with lots of options! I love all the clean, fresh towels and linens. The pool does look bigger in pics but still a nice size and the neighborhood wasn’t the best but it was quiet and we felt safe for the most part. Two telemarketers came by asking lots of questions so that felt sketchy but other than that it was a great stay!

Marc's place was awesome! Very clean, clutter free and comfortable, the A/C worked really well to keep the whole place cool and the location was very convenient. Parking is easy in the driveway in front of the house. Marc was an excellent host and helped accommodate some requests we had before checking in. We would 100% stay here again in the future if it's available.

I stayed at Quang’s place long term and it was a wonderful stay. I didn’t need for anything as the house was fully equipped and just as described in the pictures. Everything was clean and I had plenty of space. The desk helped a lot, working from home. The location is perfect. Close to downtown and other fun, local cities. Overall, a better than expected stay. I would absolutely recommend staying at any of Quang’s properties.

Place looked exactly like the pictures. The house was also located in a quiet neighborhood but still very close to local restaurants and grocery stores. Had all amenities mentioned in the post, plus extra items. Parking was easy. Check-in and check-out was easy. Beds were comfortable. Great for our quick trip to Texas for my husband’s MBA graduation. Was staying for a convention in Dallas and loved our stay. Once we figured out where to park, it was an easy place to get in and out of. It was a perfect place to hop on the highway to get to Dallas, Ft. Worth, etc. If you are staying with multiple people, this is the place for you!

We had a great stay, and can't wait to come back and spend more time. This home is absolutely spotless, as if it is brand new! Sweet little touches, like a basket of snacks, filtered water, and nice toiletry products. Highly recommend!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely spot! The place was incredibly cozy and spotless, making me feel right at home. The location was fantastic - just a stone's throw away from great bars and restaurants, public transportation, markets, and even a pharmacy. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to both couples and solo travelers. The atmosphere was super welcoming, making my stay truly unforgettable.

We have a wonderful day. I have no complaints a great place for great price. Definitely looking forward to booking with them again. The only thing I has trouble with was the temperature with the water it was too hot at times but if you let it run for a bit it get to perfect temp

Brooke's place was the perfect place to stay for 10 days while I was visiting North Dallas. It looked just like the pictures and was exactly as described. Brooke provided clear and easy instructions on how to access the home, and she was communicative and easy to reach. Everything was well stocked, and I didn't need to buy anything for the home during my stay. The complex is private and peaceful. It was a great place to stay, and Brooke is an excellent host. I plan to stay again the next time I'm in town.

Christina’s place was so comfortable and welcoming! Everywhere we needed to be was within a short drive. The neighborhood was quiet and clean! Christina was a wonderful host and we plan on staying here again should we need a place to stay in Dallas that is clean and affordable!

This place was just as described and pictured. The hosts provided a generous supply of towels, paper products and even detergent for the full-size washer and dryer! Although it’s an older complex and close to commercial shopping plazas and noise, it was relatively quiet at night, comfortable, and nicely furnished with 2 larger televisions.
