About 1 hour from Jax airport, minutes from many trail heads, the Suwannee River, Big Shoals State Park, Stephen Foster State Park, fishing, Bienville Outdoors and 11 miles to Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park!

KT’s Cottage is located just minutes outside the city limits of Historical Downtown Live Oak and the beautiful Suwannee River. If you are passing through for business or to enjoy the area, I hope you will find our cottage’s accommodations are more than satisfactory. A-frame near Madison Blue Springs

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Our A-frame Hobbit House is cozy and dry and sleeps 2 . The Aframe has electricity and AC in the summer months and heater for the cooler months. There is an outdoor bathhouse that is shared with the other people on the property. Outside, there is a picnic table, chairs, gas grill with burner, and firepit. You are welcome to use the firewood found on our property. Please note we have two very friendly golden retrievers and chickens on property.

The Cabin at The Old Parrott Place is ideal for one or two people to stay overnight or for a week. It's rustic, but clean and comfortable, has a king bed, a claw-foot tub, an outdoor shower, a microwave, toaster, small fridge and complementary coffee and tea. Rocking chairs on the porch allow you to spend a little time outdoors enjoying the country air or listening to the birds. *Please Note * There is NO WIFI.
