Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Fano

U Massimo czuliśmy się jak w domu. Wszystko bylo takie jak powinno a nawet lepiej. Dom był duży, przestronny i bardzo czysty. Idealny dla naszej czteroosobowej rodziny plus psa. Miejsce jest położone zdala od zabudowań, więc można było odpocząć w spokoju. Ogród był duży idealny do spędzania czasu na świeżym powietrzu i do tego duży i czysty basen w którym można było się schłodzić w upalne dni. Kontak z Massimo był bez zastrzeżeń. Zawsze odpisywał w ciągu kilku minut i jak coś potrzebowaliśmy zawsze był do dyspozycji. W kuchni były podstawowe produkty spożywcze aby po długiej drodze zrobić sobie kawę i coś zjeść. Do tego dostaliśmy przepyszne wino, i jak tylko brakło zawsze przywoził nowe. W ostatni dzień na śniadanie dostaliśmy pyszne rogaliki. Bardzo polecam ten dom. Wszystko bylo idealne. I mamy nadzieję że jeszcze tam wrócimy.

Saverio was super friendly and helpful. We stayed here for 1 night as a stop over on our road trip. He was very responsive and happy to answer any questions we had- even ones unrelated to our stay about the road rules in Italy. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. He left us water, milk and snacks for the morning which was a kind gesture. This felt more like a hotel stay than an air b n b. We checked in late and checked out early and saverio was happy to accommodate this. Only wish we had more time here. Thanks for our stay!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 13 Personen – mit und ohne Beeinträchtigung, einer Einrichtung aus der Schweiz– und durften unseren diesjährigen Osterurlaub in Ihrem Haus verbringen. Sowohl das Haus selbst als auch die Umgebung haben uns begeistert, aber ganz besonders möchten wir den herzlichen und offenen Kontakt zu Ihnen hervorheben. Wir unternehmen jedes Jahr um diese Zeit eine gemeinsame Reise und haben schon viele schöne Unterkünfte erlebt – doch selten hat ein Haus so perfekt zu uns als Gruppe gepasst wie Ihres. Wir möchten uns von Herzen für die wunderbare Zeit bedanken, die wir bei Ihnen verbringen durften. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, und wir sind uns einig: Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Wir waren für 3 Nächte mit unseren beiden Kindern bei Stefano und es hat uns überaus gut gefallen! Die Lage war sehr, sehr ruhig und man war sehr schnell zu Fuß bei der U Bahn, wo wir alle Sehenswürdigkeit problemlos erreichen konnten. Der Vatikan war fußläufig erreichbar. Der kleine Balkon war wirklich herrlich zum draußen sitzen, wo wir unseren Prosecco genießen konnten, der schon vom Gastgeber für uns kaltgestellt wurde. Das Appartment war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wir und meine Eltern hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft "Menta" und "Basalico". Der Kontakt mit Adriana war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Eine perfekte Gastgeberin :) Die Bungalows sind super modern und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Ein Highlight war natürlich der Pool. Die Kinder haben ihn geliebt.Darüber hinaus gibt es noch einen etwas größeren Pool in der Anlage, welcher von allen Gästen genutzt werden darf. Außerdem ist die Unterkunft perfekt für Ausflüge an den Strand, beispielsweise in Fano, welcher trotz der Pfingstferien nicht stark besucht war und die umliegenden Städte geeignet.Auf den Hinweis in einer früheren Bewertung hin, haben wir auch das Ristorante "La Greppia" besucht.Super lecker und wunderschön.Ein Hinweis noch zur Anfahrt: Sie ist prinzipiell sehr gut mit jedem Auto zu erreichen. Vorsicht nur bei den letzten Metern der Anfahrt, da bei tieferen Autos die Möglichkeit besteht etwas aufzusetzen.Wir hatten wirklich eine wunderschöne Zeit!

This is an exceptionally beautiful place to stay in a fantastic location. The apartment is located in a picturesque village and impresses with its cleanliness, cosiness, and well-equipped kitchen. It is ideal for anyone who likes to cook for themselves. And it is the perfect base for those who want peace and quiet, as well as for excursions to the impressive Frasassi caves and mountain villages, and for tasting the regional Verdicchio wine. We can recommend the apartment and the surrounding area wholeheartedly!

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen! Sie war super ausgestattet, so etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Wir wurden mit einem üppigen Früchtekorb empfangen, und auch sonst war alles vorhanden, was man sich wünscht. Die Lage ist spitze, der Blick zur Adria, ein Traum die Betten inklusive der Bettdecken haben uns sehr zugesagt. Alles in allem empfehlen wir diese Unterkunft mit biologischer und achtsamer Note, sehr.

Corrado is a great host of a spacious, clean & comfy apartment which is flooded with light. The walk to the beach took fewer minutes than I have fingers on one hand. Despite the many cafés and restaurants just a stone's throw away, the neighborhood is green and quiet (except for meal times in the nearby hotel, but that's a happy buzz). The windows are well insulated, so you can just close them and not hear anything. With the windows open in the mornings, you get the feeling you're in a zoo, as all the different birds get started with their day. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and some spices have been left by other guests and not simply thrown away, which is very nice. The kettle kept my tea addiction alive. The induction plates save time. There's enough counter space. The super market Conad Tuday is just a few minutes' walk. They have everything including a good "deli" counter if you eat meats, sweets, etc. The walk up to the third floor is not difficult, & I felt very safe.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Gabriel . Nous n'avons pas rencontré Gabriel personnellement mais il a toujours été soucieux de notre satisfaction. Ses vélos ont été d'une grande utilité. Le logement est à deux pas de la plage mais un peu loin de la gare et du centre historique de Rimini (25-30 minutes de marche). Seul bémol, la présence de plusieurs chiens (enfermés dans les cours) qui jappent à tout moment. Heureusement la nuit est calme.

Vi havde et helt fantastisk ophold hos Kristy og James. De var meget imødekommende og venlige, havde en masse gode forslag til hvad man kunne se og lave i området samt var yderst hjælpsomme og fleksible. Huset lå flot med udsigt som det ses på billederne, dvs på landet men ganske tæt på den hyggelige lille by Mogliano. Swimmingpoolen var et stort plus for vores børn der brugte den næsten hver dag. Lejligheden var, som billederne viser, hyggeligt og autentisk indrettet og med veludstyret køkken. Et plus for vores familie var også deres dejlige og meget børnevenlige hund, Bandit. Vi håber selv at komme igen en anden gang og kan kun anbefale andre et ophold hos Kristy og James.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! The place was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking mountain view from the swimming pool — absolutely stunning and peaceful. Paolo (Stefanie’s husband) is a fantastic hosts — incredibly friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. He gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which made our trip even more memorable. And all of this with an excellent english. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended — we’d love to come back!

Un havre de paix. Superbe maison divisée en quelques appartements sur un terrain entièrement clos. De nombreux jeux sont prévus sur place pour les enfants (fléchettes, baby-foot, table de ping-pong, multitude d'accessoires pour la piscine) sans oublier les hamacs et autres commodités extérieures. La piscine est très agréable et parée d'un jacuzzi. Le logement est très propre et très fonctionnel pour 2 à 3 personnes. La communication avec Paola est très simple. Un guide des environs et ses nombreuses recommandations facilitent les premiers pas dans la région. Une vraie et belle expérience touristique. Merci mille fois.

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr schöne Lage direkt am Strand, besonders praktisch ist der kostenlose Parkplatz mit auf dem Grundstück. Da wir außerhalb der Saison in Italien waren, war nicht viel los und wir hatten unsere Ruhe. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr einfach und schnell. Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre eine bessere Grundausstattung der Wohnung (mehr Teller, Gläser, Kleiderbügel usw) Wir würden die Wohnung aber sofort weiterempfehlen!

This was my second stay here and I hope to stay here whenever possible during my visits to Italy. Senigallia is a lovely little seaside town that has not had the overwhelming crowds that a lot of seaside towns have. The apartment is immaculately clean and furnished with absolutely everything one could need! It isn't a large apartment, yet there is plentiful storage for luggage and supplies for any length of stay. The large beautiful terrace doubles the space and has wonderful views of the beach and sea. The real reason I love it so much though is because of Maria, Diego, and little Tommy. They are absolutely the best hosts I could ever imagine. You can tell that they want their guests to be comfortable and happy and to have the best stay possible. I'm so thankful for how welcoming they are and look forward to seeing them again as much if not more than I'm looking forward to my next Italian vacation!

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Nous avons passé un très agréable moment chez Bob. Son épouse et lui sont adorables ! Luce et Henri (les 2 chiens) sont également très mignons et ne demandent qu'à être caressés. Le travail de rénovation de Bob est excellent, et l'appartement est absolument comme neuf. L'espace extérieur est magnifique et offre une vue imprenable sur la mer et les collines environnantes. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.

Mi sono sentita come a casa. Raffaella e suo marito sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili! Tornerò sicuramente. Mi ha colpito anche quanto fosse ben fornita la cucina. Ho molte allergie e intolleranze e quando viaggio cerco sempre un alloggio con cucina per non dover mangiare fuori. Nonostante gli host indichino la presenza di utensili e sale/olio/ecc, mi è capitato tante volte che non fosse vero. La cucina di Raffaella invece era fornita di tutto il necessario e oltre!

Ottima posizione, bellissimo appartamento, situato in una bella zona e tranquilla, la vista dal balcone è spettacolare, l’alloggio offre anche due comodi e ampi lettini per prendere il sole anche sul balcone in pace. L’unica nota negativa è la pressione dell’acqua della doccia un po’ troppo bassa. Ma noi siamo stati bene! Lo consiglio

Io e mia moglie Isabelle abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento di Giulia ed è stata un’esperienza impeccabile. Bellissimo, pulitissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli, ben attrezzato con tutto il necessario (e anche di più) – acqua, spezie, caffè, ecc. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo trovato anche una bottiglia di ottimo spumante in omaggio: un’attenzione davvero gradita. Giulia e suo papà Silvio sono stati entrambi gentilissimi, molto educati, disponibili e interessanti. Al momento della partenza, abbiamo avuto un problema con la macchina: la batteria era scarica. Era domenica, ma loro si sono subito attivati, trovando un meccanico che è venuto ad aiutarci e hanno gestito tutto con grande generosità e calma. Un aiuto prezioso, davvero oltre ogni aspettativa. Consigliamo vivamente il loro appartamento a chi cerca un soggiorno di qualità, tranquillo, ben curato e con un’accoglienza umana fuori dal comune. Auguriamo a Giulia e Silvio tutto il meglio, e per noi è stata davvero un bel incontro.

Шикарное жилье. Отдыхали семьей, нам всем понравилось. Хозяин квартиры организовал нам трансфер из аэропорта и обратно, для нас это было необходимым удобством. Чисто, уютно, близкое расположение к пляжу. Рекомендуем 👍

Ein absolut traumhafter Aufenthalt – besser hätte es nicht sein können! Wir sind rundum begeistert von dieser Unterkunft! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit so viel Herzlichkeit empfangen, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment an wie zuhause gefühlt haben. Der Gastgeber ist unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit – man merkt sofort, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Die Unterkunft selbst war ein echter Wohlfühlort: liebevoll eingerichtet, blitzsauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Wir haben uns alle rundum wohlgefühlt und wären am liebsten gar nicht mehr abgereist. Vielen, vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Zeit – wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!
