Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Fano

We felt at home at Massimo's. Everything was as it should be and even better. The house was large, spacious and very clean. Perfect for our family of four plus a dog. The place is located far from the buildings, so you can relax in peace. The garden was large, perfect for spending time outdoors, and there was a large and clean swimming pool where you could cool off on hot days. The contact with Massimo was without reservations. He always wrote back within a few minutes and if we needed anything, he was always available. In the kitchen, there were basic food products to make coffee and eat something after a long journey. In addition, we received delicious wine, and as soon as it was missing, he always brought new ones. On the last day, we had delicious croissants for breakfast. I highly recommend this home. Everything was perfect. And we hope to return there.

This is a beautiful and peaceful place for a relaxing holiday. Urbino is only half an hour away, and there are a couple of very good restaurants in Fossombrone and a good market there on Mondays. The Gola del Furlo is spectacular; it is tranquil and a lovely place to pass a few hours in the fresh air. The apartment had everything we needed ( except perhaps a toaster would have been useful!) and Adriana and Angelo were always on hand to help with any queries. There are 3 cats and a dog at the property, and they were great company! This part of Italy is very attractive and we would love to return one day.

Saverio was super friendly and helpful. We stayed here for 1 night as a stop over on our road trip. He was very responsive and happy to answer any questions we had- even ones unrelated to our stay about the road rules in Italy. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. He left us water, milk and snacks for the morning which was a kind gesture. This felt more like a hotel stay than an air b n b. We checked in late and checked out early and saverio was happy to accommodate this. Only wish we had more time here. Thanks for our stay!

Arianna was an excellent host. She met us on Arrival, then explained certain pertinent point and left. She did give a recommendation for Les Amis a local Cocktail bar, which is very close to the apartment and actually next door to the top Restaurant Al Mare. If you stay here you will have a very relaxing time!

Barbara and I stayed at Villa Mariella from June 19 to 24, 2025. A wonderful villa, immersed in an oasis of peace, green, silent and well cared for. Mariella and Marco are super kind, friendly, generous, nice and cheerful, in short, two wonderful people who made us feel at home! We will definitely be back because we had a really good time!

Fantastic location in the last village before you really go into the mountains! And yet, the inhabited world and the supermarket are less than 10 minutes away. The house was spacious enough for the two of us, quirky and comfortable. Michele is a great host who is around in a pleasant way and communicates quietly. We got fresh eggs and fish stew from him and he gave us some good tips about the area. We didn't use the jacuzzi, but we did use the yoga studio. The villagers - and there are not many - were also very friendly.

We and my parents had a wonderful vacation in the accommodation "Menta" and "Basalico". The contact with Adriana was very straightforward and friendly. A perfect hostess :) The bungalows are super modern and equipped with everything you need. A highlight was of course the pool. The children loved it. In addition, there is a slightly larger pool in the complex, which can be used by all guests. In addition, the accommodation is perfect for trips to the beach, for example in Fano, which despite the Pentecost holidays was not heavily visited and the surrounding cities are suitable. On the note in a previous review, we also visited the Ristorante "La Greppia". Super delicious and beautiful. One more note on the journey: It is basically very good to reach with any car. Be careful only in the last meters of the approach, as there is the possibility of setting something up with lower cars. We really had a wonderful time!

Villa Fiore is just a fantastic place. We had an incredible time there, my son and daughter absolutely loved it and keep asking to go back there. The house was spotless clean and the communications with katia has been seamless. The view over the countryside you can admire from almost every corner of the house is spectacular. Just around the corner from the house there is rustic but very famous restaurant in the area, it's called I'll Pergolato dalla Maria. You need to try their signature dish, Tagliatelle with beans and pork rinds. I would definitely go back to Villa Fiore without any second thought.

Sirolo feels like a movie set, and the Sky apartment is the perfect place to stay and enjoy all that the beautiful town has to offer. We arrived on a very early ferry and easily found a cafe nearby to wait at until Simonetta and Stefano were able to let us in to drop off our bags. We greatly appreciated the flexibility with check in, and Simonetta gave us a very warm welcome, explained everything very clearly, and provided ample local recommendations. We walked to the beach after we dropped off our bags and waited for the apartment to be cleaned, it was so nice to have that option. The apartment itself is a great space. Very clean, nicely decorated, exceptionally well stocked, and the view is stunning. It's a great remote working space if needed. The washer is very nice to have. The bed is comfortable. The care and pride that Simonetta and Stefano have in this space is evident and I highly recommend. I'm so happy we found this gem and I can't wait to visit again.

Davide is a courteous and nice host who even picked me up from the train and drove me back to the train station. The apartment is nice and quiet, a little far from the center, but you know that when you book here. The WiFi is very bad, you can't really use it.

Luciano and his wife were really welcoming and very helpful, always ready to respond to our needs! They also provided us with a cot for our baby to sleep in. The house is really beautiful, new and complete with everything you need. The location is fantastic, a stone's throw from the sea and very close to the historic center. Another positive note is the presence of the elevator that starts from the basement where there are 2 parking spaces. We'll be back!

Our stay was truly magical! Of course, the ambience is wonderful, it is very quiet there and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the restaurants in Montone, but we wanted it exactly like that! The pool, the view - really everything was fantastic! And our great hosts are simply outstanding! They were always there with advice and help, gave us great recommendations for the area and even organized and translated a truffle hike for us! We are incredibly grateful that we were able to stay in this gem and get to know this wonderful and loving family! Thanks for everything 😊

Giuseppe's apartment is furnished with great attention to detail. That's why I felt so comfortable there. The great paintings on the ceiling create a great atmosphere. The kitchen is very cozy and well equipped. I was able to cook very well there. I slept well in the bed. In addition, everything is very clean and Guiseppe is an excellent host! And the location in the center in a quiet side street was also very good!

It's in a fantastic place to stay, in a square full of life, where there's a new surprise program every day. One day is a concert, the next morning a market, the third day a flea market. This can be a downside if someone wants a quiet, calm neighborhood. Unfortunately, there is only 1 lockable bedroom for 5-6 people, but there should be no trouble between good friends. There is also one bathroom that requires a schedule.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I liked how dark we could make the rooms during the night with the electric shutters.

we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

Amazing little town, we made a stop on our way to Bari from Milan to split the distance and we did not regret it! The house is beautiful and very well designed, decorated with high aesthetics. It’s perfectly located in the old town although getting in and out with the car and the luggage was a challenge due to several works on the road where you need to deviate and then you just get stuck in the town’s small roads. The food recommendations were top notch and we would definitely consider revisiting. One thing to keep in mind, there is no air conditioning, Alessandro provided us with a fan but in hot days if you are heat-sensitive as we are you might find it difficult to sleep well! Overall the experience was so good that we actually enjoyed it!

If it was possible to give more than 5 whistles, I would even give 100! Nicla is the best host I've ever had. Helpful, communicative, open, friendly. She allowed us to check in earlier, and after check-out, leave our luggage for storage. Her apartment is in a beautiful location close to all the attractions of Ancona and to restaurants (great pizza is exactly opposite) and shops. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, classy and equipped with everything you need for a long stay, from a hair dryer and cooking accessories in the kitchen to a washing machine, dryer, iron and air conditioning. All instructions needed to use the equipment at home are perfectly described. Super comfortable bed. This stay was perfect!
