Great modern apartment and superbly appointed. Very convenient location with the bus stop a few yards away and the train station about 8 minutes. We were able to easily get about without needing a car. Highly recommended.

Jackie’s accommodation was great for our stay. Near the beaches and the beautiful garden which stays in the sun until late allowing us to sit and enjoy the outdoors after the beach. Lovely hosts in a lovely location.

The studio is beautifully presented and very extremely clean. Toiletries and linens are lovely and Elizabeth goes above and beyond in providing extra ‘incidental’ items that are so useful - spare toothbrushes, spectacle wipes etc. For wet days there is a large selection of reading and games material. We had everything we needed but I also felt that Elizabeth would respond immediately if there were any issues whatsoever.

We had an incredible stay at this apartment right by Fistral Beach. The views were absolutely stunning waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from the window was unforgettable. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet peaceful and quiet in the evenings. We couldn’t have asked for a better base for exploring Newquay. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Modern spacious flat in a great location. The facilities were excellent and we appreciated the private car park. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

We had a lovely stay at Darren’s place. Great location with fab views! Was extremely clean and had everything you would need, and Darren’s was great and replied straight away. Would definitely return as we had a lovely time and kids really enjoyed it as everything was on the doorstep. Can’t fault anything really. Thank you for a memorable trip!

Hosted by Carin and couldn’t fault it. The apartment was absolutely spotless and very tastefully decorated, with boutique furniture and a lovely finish throughout. The kitchen was massive and, quite frankly, fully functional — you could easily cook a proper meal there. Having a dedicated parking space and being able to walk straight into the apartment made things very convenient. Carin was very accommodating, especially given I had to book at the last minute and then change the dates — she made the whole process smooth. A welcome card and small gift were a thoughtful touch. The apartment sits high up in Falmouth with stunning coastal views. My colleagues were very jealous of my separate booking — and rightly so. Highly recommended.

Marita is a very friendly, approachable and considerate host. We stayed with our little boy (18 months) and Marita went out of her way to ensure we had the necessities for him as he was the first baby to stay here! The apartment is lovely, the stairs are a little steep inside, but we managed to get our toddler up and down! The views are brilliant and the beach is only a short walk away. We really enjoyed morning walks to the beach and taking our dogs there. The sunsets are beautiful and sitting on the balcony in the sun each evening was absolute bliss. We loved staying here and have fallen in love with Porthtowan! Thank you for being such a wonderful host, Marita! X

We absolutely loved this spot, the location was brilliant, near everything we needed and a short walk to a lovely beach and beach bar. The apartment was very clean and as described, and everything we needed was either obvious or described in the folder very well. We couldn’t have felt more at home and neither could our puppy!

The flat is compact but super clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal—very central and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, the seafront, and public transport. The bed was incredibly comfy, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend for a short stay in Penzance!

Lovely apartment with fabulous views over Carbis Bay and St Ives. Everything that we needed for a restful and relaxing holiday, very tastefully fitted out, and well appointed place to stay. What a fabulous apartment. It was so light & airy. It was perfect being next to the park with our dog & 4 year old who just loved the children’s play area! Penzance has some lovely restaurants & beautiful beaches nearby. It was an idyllic Father’s Day escape.

We had a great stay here. We are surfers and Julie's flat was the perfect spot. We would stay here again.

A lovely little space situated in the lower floor of the hosts' home though felt very private and has it's own entrance. The bed is comfy and bathroom, kitchen and living rooms are spacious. Our hosts were so kind in offering iced water and sorting out a parasol in the garden when it was hot. A lovely location in easy reach of a lot of Western Cornwall.

We loved our stay here. The apartment was perfect for us - a family of 4 with 2 teens. There is so much to do on the estate - the pool and leisure area were great for rainy days. It was amazing to be able to walk to the beach and enjoy the cafe as well as being able to hire SUPs and wetsuits. Melanie was a great host and was really flexible in letting us change our arrival day (twice!) as well as enabling an early check in. There's loads to do in the area. Highly recommended!

Fantastic apartment with everything you need and amazing views of Newquay and the sea. The location was so central to the town centre, restaurants and the beach. a little gem.

My family of four recently stayed at Pamela’s place in Portreath and we had a blissful week in paradise! Everything about the week was great - Pamela and her family are so lovely and friendly and it truly felt like a home away from home. I booked this place especially for the amenities of the pool and hot tub and my kids (11 and 8) loved it! It was so nice to have an uncrowded swimming pool to relax at! The apartment was clean and cozy and was a great base for our week of adventures. It was nice to be able to walk 5 minutes for a morning pastry and coffee from the local bakery. It is clear from its immaculate and beautiful nature that Bassett Acre is a source of pride for Pamela and her family and they were perhaps the most gracious and friendly hosts of any place my family has stayed. We are already planning another stay next summer!

The flat was spotless clean and very well decorated. Perfect location for a walk into town and also a stroll to Gylly beach. The view from the window was a delight when opening the curtains in the morning. one thing to note is the flat is a top floor and there is no lift. we never used the Falmouth hotel for swimming or gym but we did find that the bar was a perfect place for a drink on the way out\way back. Would love to stay here again. Never had to contact Nicola during the stay due to no issue's, however we did receive regular updates from Nicola. perfect holiday thanks you Nicola.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. It was bright and spacious for our party of 4 adults and 2 young children. The pool was brilliant and really added to our stay. Having 2 rooms which were en suite and a third separate toilet/shower room was very convenient. We were sad to leave and would love to return in the future.

we had a great stay at Kevin's apartment. being close to the town centre with its own parking was a bonus. The apartment was very nice, clean and modern and Kevin was easy to deal with. easy walking distance to both the town and the beach. I would definitely recommend it. Dave
