This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. There is a king bed located upstairs in the loft (winding staircase is steep) and a double bed located downstairs in a bedroom. After a day of adventure, return to relax in the hot tub or cozy up around the fireplace with one of our board games.

Our place is close to skiing at Kirkwood, Sierra, Heavenly (all within 30 minutes or less). A 15 minute drive (depending on traffice) will take you to Lake Tahoe for summer on the water. Trails, sledding, hiking, mountain biking or quiet relaxation in the woods; property backs up to National Forest. You’ll love our place because you'll feel comfortable and right at home! Our home has recently been remodeled. Our place is good for couples and families (with kids).

We are centrally located off of N. Upper Truckee Road and approximately a 15 min drive to Lake Tahoe or Sierra at Tahoe Ski resort. (20-25 min to Heavenly and about 40 mins to Kirkwood) As we are in a quiet residential neighborhood, absolutely NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM - 0800 AM. The studio has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, private bathroom, lounge area with a gas fire place and kitchenette. We are surrounded by lots of great mountain bike/hiking trails, 15 minutes to the lake, and three ski resorts within a thirty minute drive. Perfect location for a fun stay.

Our place is conveniently located between Sierra at Tahoe and Heavenly ski areas with access for hiking and bike paths. 5-10 min. to lakes, restaurants, beaches, casinos and shopping. This detached unit is tastefully decorated and includes microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, Direct TV and WIFI surrounded by peaceful gardens. There are 8 steps down to the unit.

(Coffee is provided) Our Christmas Valley home has access to hiking and biking trails right out the front door. Suite is on second floor and is accessed by outdoor stairs.
