Holiday rentals with a patio in Falkensee

We found a nice, quiet accommodation in a green environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We were able to enjoy a fantastically beautiful concert in the Waldbühne, and to capture a lot of nature and relaxation during hikes in the nearby and distant surroundings. Dear Marianne, it was nice that we were able to relax at your place. We felt very comfortable and would like to recommend your vacation home.

We had a very comfortable stay in the apartment for 3 nights for 3 adults. The neighbourhood has lots of cafes, small shops and bakeries which is great for breakfast. There is also a bus stop M41 which is close to apartment and very frequent which we found convenient. Jan and Julia were very responsive and helpful hosts.

Communication with Katrin before/on arrival was always quick and hassle-free. We were personally received by her very nicely and kindly. She also gave us many nice excursion tips in the following days. The location is super quiet with old trees around it. The apartment is very large (the photos reflect the reality:-) It is in very good condition and tastefully equipped with decorative utensils and pictures, so we felt right at home. We didn't miss anything, the kitchen is very well equipped, the beds were made, towels in the bathroom were ready and even garden furniture and a barbecue were available. There is a lockable garden house for the bikes and a parking lot at the house. For us, the perfect domicile for 11 days cycling vacation in/around Berlin. We enjoyed our stay and can only recommend this apartment. Perfect, hence 5*****

Great place, amazing donut shop downstairs, would stay again.

Although I arrived a little later in the evening (around 9 pm), Geraldine greeted me very warmly and gave me restaurant tips. The accommodation is as in the pictures, very nice and cozy; I was able to spend a very relaxing weekend here. The small kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal on your own. A very small criticism at a high level: the TV's online connection "wobbled" at times and there were always loading times. I would stay with Geraldine again at any time.

We were at Sybil's for the second time. We immediately felt at home. The apartment is lovingly and tastefully furnished. We were particularly pleased to see large terrace from which we had a great view of the park-like garden. We could reach the Schlachtensee directly through the garden door. This lake is a real gem, both for swimming and for walking. The path around the lake is also perfect suitable for a jog. Sybil is the perfect hostess!!! For our day trips to Berlin city center and also to Potsdam, we have the S-Bahn lines within walking distance This made our tours very relaxed. We will definitely come back again.

We really liked the apartment. It has top-notch equipment. The contact with the host was very good. There was fast, very good and helpful communication. The location of the apartment offers a good starting point for excursions. Our conclusion is: highly recommended and we will be happy to come back.

My family and I were in for a few days and Novi’s spot was perfect. Check in was easy because they have some one at the door of the building 24 hours a day. The place was exactly as the pictures portray it and it had everything that you would need, including a kitchen with all the proper chef tools, including high end glassware. Very quiet street but a few minute walk from the TV tower. Good restaurants. Hofbrau House Berlin, 2 minutes. The Beast, great steak. And all the the things you hope for in a nice neighborhood. Highly recommended

We spent a week here as a group of 6 friends and had a fabulous time. The house was generous in size, well laid out and beautifully decorated and furnished. We made full use of the fantastic kitchen which had everything even a demanding cook might desire, and shared great meals in the gorgeous dining room (which can comfortably seat 10 or 12). Having two supermarkets (Aldi and another one) within 5 minutes walk was a real plus.) The three bathrooms were great and the beds very comfortable. (The 'toddler bed' is in fact a full size single bed.) Re location: it mostly took us close to an hour to travel by public transport to destinations in the centre, something to be mindful of. We'd warmly recommend this place for larger groups.

We were in the holiday home by the lake for a good week in May 2025 and enjoyed this time of rest very much. The cottage is located directly on the Rahmersee and the view from the conservatory to the lake is simply fantastic at any time of the day or year. If you are looking for peace and quiet, far away from the hustle and bustle, you are in wonderful hands here. The holiday home with the beautiful natural garden was also a great pleasure for our dog. Myself and 3 friends had the pleasure of staying at Clay Gardens for 4 nights. The house was amazing and had everything and more that you will need. House was immaculate with great facilities. Supermarket was close by with easy access to public transport also. Thomas was a wonderful host who welcomed us warmly. Thank you Thomas!

We immediately felt very comfortable in this special accommodation. The cottage is located in a very quiet street on the edge of a forest area and close to the lake. You first pass through a natural garden, where there are various resting places. The pallet chill-out corner right next to the entrance is particularly beautiful. Upon entering the cottage, you immediately land in the open living area, in the middle of which is the fireplace, for which a lot of wood is available. A steep little staircase leads to the upper sleeping area. Everything was very cozy and tastefully designed. We enjoyed our stay very much, which was also helped by the sauna. We highly recommend the accommodation, but also point out that it would be advantageous to have a mobile support, as it is already a bit off the beaten track.

We booked the house with a fairy group of six people for a week. The location with its own lake access is an absolute highlight. The house is large and spacious and especially if you travel for more than a few days as a group, you can also retreat well. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. One thing we found unfortunate was that in the large living area only three cozy armchairs came to six people, so half of us always had to sit on the dining room chairs. But this is a small downside if it deserves the name at all - we felt very comfortable and have rarely been in such a great cottage!

We spent 6 wonderful days in Cathleen's vacation home. It is wonderfully quiet in a beautiful residential area a few minutes' walk from the beach. The garden is an idyll, and Robby or Schaf, the lawnmower, ensures a very nice lawn. We made daily use of the terrace either at the table or on the comfortable lounge. Everything works perfectly and we can highly recommend the vacation home. Our four-legged friend also liked it here very much.

We had a great weekend at Thomas's place. The house is comfortable and well-equipped, and the garden was a nice bonus with beautiful cherry trees. It is in a quiet town, near a lake. We found everything we needed in the nearby towns, and Thomas was a friendly and helpful host. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this place for a peaceful getaway.

We felt completely comfortable at the place! The apartment was spacious, very clean and equipped with everything you need – especially the kitchen was well furnished. There was nothing missing! The hostess was very friendly and warm. We will be happy to come back!

Well, what can you say about that? Spend the night in a very tastefully renovated villa. Technically up to date - with all comforts (... and back) furnished. Lovingly furnished with great details. Unfortunately, we could not take advantage of all the amenities due to lack of time. The opportunity to start the day on the terrace with a cup of coffee in the morning is particularly nice!! Anja & Markus are super warm, communicative and always approachable. All in all: An extraordinary accommodation with extraordinary hosts.

Super nice contact with the host. Uncomplicated check-in, on request a slightly later checkout was also possible. The accommodation is very well equipped, everything you need for the stay and a super comfortable bed and a nice quiet terrace. I would be happy to stay again on my next visit to Berlin!

I had a great stay at Gérard and Cinderella's place. The studio is facing the backyard, the bed/ pillows were very comfortable, and there were thick curtains, which all made it easy to sleep well. The studio is located right next to an U-Bahn station, which makes it super easy to access various locations in Berlin. Gérard and Cinderella were both great at communicating and answered any questions promptly. They also generously allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely recommend their place!

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. We really felt at home. We loved the location and found it easy to take the U Bahn or S Bahn everywhere. A great neighbourhood and quiet street. Definitely recommend.

My wife and I recently embarked on a two-week adventure around Europe, starting with the beautiful city of Berlin. We were truly captivated by the charm and vibrancy of the city, and we found that many attractions were easily walkable, making our exploration even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Simon, who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. His recommendations for places to visit were spot on, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment of our time in Berlin. We can't wait to return and experience more of what this amazing city has to offer. We got very lucky when we found Sigrid’s place on Airbnb. Compared to the ridiculous Airbnb prices in Berlin, Sigrid’s place was really well priced and totally worth the space and location. With a lovely view over the bay, we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Only a 6min cab ride to Ostkreuz or a 10 min tram ride, it was very well connected if we wanted to go into the city centre. There is an Aldi at walking distance and honestly, everything you need for a short or long stay available at the apartment. Sigrid was very accommodating and allowed us to sleep one extra person on the couch. Check in was great, Clemens showed us around the apartment and explained everything. Highly recommended. Will definitely book again for our next visit to Berlin.

Great place! So close to public transportation. The flat is on the top floor, so there are a lot of stairs (no lift). I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with limited mobility. But otherwise, everything is definitely worth it! Absolutely gorgeous view from the balcony. Hosts are very responsive and helpful!
