På tomten finns pool, studsmatta, fotbollsmål och basketkorg samt leksaker som passar både på stranden och på gräsmattan. I garaget finns pingisbord och ett litet gym. Det finns cyklar till stora och små. 5 min promenad till stranden och en lekplats finns runt hörnet.Det är cykelavstånd till mataffär och restauranger. I huset bor även katten Celso som ingår i hyran :)
