The cottage is quietly located on a cul-de-sac with very little traffic, about 300 meters from the harbor and 650 meters from the beach. The cottage has a tiled bathroom with a shower cubicle and its own washing machine. Kitchen with dining table, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and sofa bed. Bedroom with 140 cm bed and 90 cm bunk bed. Sofa bed 120 cm located in the living room/kitchen. Private parking for car directly outside the entrance. Welcome

Our guest house with private entrance from the street, and private separate patio, offers fresh and comfortable accommodation close to the city center and 1.7 km to Skrea beach. Pizzeria and large food store (Coop) 75 m from the door. Approximately 5 minutes to restaurants and bars in the city center and 10-15 minutes to the beach (on foot). Large free parking right across the street. Wifi included. Now with newly installed air conditioning, 2023. Bed linen or towels are not included, can be rented for 100 SEK/person. There is a duvet and pillow.

Cozy cottage by the sea south of Varberg

Renovated little guest cottage near the sea and a fine sandy beach in southern Träslövsläge (Läjet), 8 km south of Varberg. Läjet is an old fishing village with cute wooden houses, narrow alleys and harbor. In the summer there's a long line to the icecream café Tre Toppar and good food is served at Joel's brygga. Nearby there is a bus stop to Varberg, which is a lovely summer town, known for its fortress, salt bath, spa and surf. Ca 40 min. to Gothenburg by train or car to Ge-Kå's in Ullared.

Our place is close to a nice view of the sea. You'll love our place because of the views, the location and the atmosphere. Toppstugan is about 7 km from Falkenberg's center and about 600 meters from a lovely sandy beach that you will surely like. New for 2023 is that we have fenced in the large terrace so that dogs can avoid being on a leash.
