Great house at a fantastic location. Well-equipped and very well adapted for children. Nice pool. Big plus there is a bathroom in the guest houses. Communication with Andreas was smooth and good. We can really recommend this nice place.

Very quick to respond when I had any questions. Cost us very much with the hottub and the pool. Lovely with three places and shower and go to the bathroom when you are a family of 4. nice hiking area outside the door but at the same time close to the city. Thanks for us 🫶🏼

Amazing stay in a beautiful house with super responsive hosts. Kids were in heaven - they especially loved the trampoline, pool and toys. House is super high end - the photos don't do it justice.

The house was in a peaceful and nice area. We were informed that the pool is getting an update (though we thought it was already great) but they want to provide a better standard. The house felt like home and neat and tidy. So good in order and standard of decor and all kitchen utensils 💯 We felt warmly welcomed with all the information and Prosecco bottles 🥂🍾 Last but not least, so quick responses from the host couple as soon as you needed to ask about something. We were two families with a total of 5 children from 7-15 years as well as grandmother and grandfather who spent an absolutely wonderful week in this amazing house. The kids were especially happy for the pool and trampoline. And it was only 20 minutes to walk down to a nice sand beach. The house has very nice decor and is very well equipped. In addition, Lisa and Rolf are super nice and generous hosts. We felt genuinely welcomed. We can highly recommend a visit here.

Fantastic accommodation with walking distance to the sea and city center. Nice welcome from the host and an incredibly tasteful and beautiful house. Nice socializing spaces both inside and out. The garden was amazingly lush - an oasis of greenery and calm, with lovely pool and many "green rooms". Spacious and nice bedrooms. Fresh and nice throughout. We were missing nothing. Really recommend this home!

Esti is an absolute wonderful host and a very pleasant person. The house was beautiful as was the whole lot. She can call one of the most gorgeous places on earth her home and takes care of everything with great attention to detail and for nature. We had the best time there by the lake with long nights at the fireplace. Esti took a great part in us having the most special vacation we could have possibly had.

The house is in a stunning location - completely peaceful with a very picturesque lake right on the doorstep. The house itself is immaculate with every amenity you could wish for. Spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated and furnished. Emma provided lots of useful information - the perfect holiday home for our group of six.

Large and hefty house. Nice garden, patio and possibility to barbecue in the front of the house. Many beds, sofas and seating and entire three toilets. Toys, books and other curiosities if you're bored. Everything is there! Bring sheets and towels and that's enough!

We spent our Easter break at Steffi’s beautiful home, and it truly felt like a piece of Swedish heaven. The house is a private retreat surrounded by peaceful woods and birdsong, with a serene lake just a short walk away. The home itself is decorated with lots of love and taste — it’s well maintained and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was spotless when we arrived, and Steffi provided a clear and thoughtful manual that made settling in simple and the check-out stress-free. We spent our days listening to birds from the terrace, relaxing in the cozy armchairs by the fireplace, and even braved a (very!) refreshing April-dip in the lake. Thankfully, we could warm up afterward in the spacious sauna, which was a real treat. Steffi was the perfect host: kind, responsive, and incredibly generous in sharing everything the house has to offer. We felt at home immediately. We can HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Sweden. Thank you!!

A super nice, cozy stay in a pleasantly quiet location and still a lot to discover. Perfect for a weekend to relax. Easy arrival by train possible, house very close to the train station. Great amenities, very clean and you felt right at home! Glad to come back!

We had a wonderful week l, a beautiful house with lots of amenities. Quiet area close to the sea for hiking, but also easy base to discover the surroundings in Glimmen or Falkenberg and of course to berth in ullared if you like shopping. The large garden is also lovely! Our dog who was with us had a good time. Spacious house with a large kitchen with lots of appliances. House was well clean and equipped with every comfort! You can check in easily and the host was easily accessible and proactive. Highly recommended to rent!

We had a fantastic stay at this charming home! The house was spacious and well-equipped, with all the comforts you could wish for. The view from the accommodation was also fantastic – a perfect place to relax and enjoy the tranquility. The jacuzzi was a wonderful addition and we loved to relax there, while enjoying the beautiful view. The host Johan was very accommodating and the communication was easy and fast, which made our stay even more enjoyable. An extra plus for the sauna, which was a lovely relaxation after a day full of adventure. We are happy to recommend this accommodation and look forward to returning on another occasion!

We chose to stay here in connection with a visit to Ästad Vingård and were very grateful for the opportunity to go to the peaceful nature and escape all the people who stayed at the hotel. Without a doubt the best Airbnb I've visited in Sweden!

The house had a wonderful friendly feeling and all the amenities were so thoughtful! The toys for the children were an excellent thought and so generous! The space and layout of the house made it so easy to relax and cook as a family. The bicycles were in brilliant condition and made the local area so accessible. The beach is lovely, with a lovely promenade and Falkenberg central town is charming.

Nice beds and plenty of space. Fresh and equipped with everything we could possibly need. A perfect home to start from on your excursions and then have the tranquility of the house.

Incredible location in Falkenberg with a nice view of Tullbron, Ätran and the city. Spacious with plenty of room for many. Older decor and standard to some extent.

Had an incredible long weekend with Sofia and family. She was so helpful and the kids were lyrical about everything there was to do. Highly recommended ☀️

My friends and I stayed at Victoria's place and all of us felt that the place was very peaceful and just perfect for us.The house is well styled and maintained that all of us were really happy with our stay there.We had good parking space, all information we need was available for us in a hand book and the host was very flexible and accomodative to our needs.Highly recommended for stay with family or friends :).
