Milagro's apartment was just lovely and so clean. It was perfect for us to get some rest and close to the airport. Upon arriving I did have trouble getting in, because I was doing the combination wrong, lol. So I called Milagro and she helped me every step of the way and was so friendly. The apartment is private, upstairs and had a beautiful wooden door to entrance. Also McDonald's, Bebos's BBQ and a few other places were in walking distance. Thank you for hosting my family. We had an amazing two day stay at Sylvette’s place. It is a cozy place where we felt extremely safe and comfortable. It was very easy to find and Sylvette was available for an easy check-in. We felt right at home. The home was well cleaned before we arrived and looks exactly like the description and the pictures in the listing. Sylvette had many recommendations for local sites to visit as well as restaurants in the neighborhood. The neighborhood was walkable to the beach and walkable to grocery stores and great restaurants. There were even beach towels provided for us to use. I would definitely stay with Sylvette again when returning to San Juan and would recommend her place to friends or family members who are planning on visiting San Juan.

I was extremely happy with this place. The Host were so good to us and helped us literally get to their place by. being a human GPS for us since my phone was not working properly. They gave us many recommendations and we loved every minute here. I can not wait to come back again! They made me feel at home and like family!

His mom was friendly upon check in. She even left us more towels and soap and toilet paper after we extended our stay. Loved our stay and felt like home away from home.

We are fortunate to say that Romona and her home were worth every penny. Highly recommend to any first timer in Puerto Rico.

Jay was absolutely awesome! We dealt with flight delays, and Jay was extremely accommodating. He allowed us to check in well-past the original time, and even had umbrellas ready for us to use when we arrived. The AirBnB itself was really clean, had really good air conditioning, and was a very short walk/drive to beaches, restaurants, and gas stations/convenience stores. The place was well worth the money spent, and contributed significantly to how pleasant our vacation was.

The instructions were clear and the check in easy. The unit was pretty and looked just like the listing. There were some fun extras like 2 chairs and toys to take down to the beach which the kids loved. Evelyn went above and beyond proactively bringing supplies to the house when the power went out across Puerto Rico. She was quick check in with us and to respond if we had any questions. We would definitely stay there again!

Overall easy check in and out. Place was cozy and clean. Unfortunately there was an island wide power outage that happened while we were away at a beach but the host reached out very quickly to let us know what was going on. They have a backup solar panel as well. Everything as described! The location was conveinant. I'll be booking again when we return to the island. Check the house to see what you need before going out to buy things for your stay because it may be there, like seasonings for cooking LOL! We didn't and bought to much so the next guests will have items we had to leave behind. Overall 10 out of 10.

Thank you Larry for an awesome stay for our first time visiting Puerto Rico- it won’t be the last! Our stay was peaceful, magical, and we are really going to miss your chickens and the local kitties greeting us. The house was well stocked and walkable to many cute restaurants and the beach. My daughters didn’t want to leave! We would love to stay here again. Larry was an awesome host and just a super nice guy

The house was absolutely beautiful and clean! It is in a great location and has everything you need. The rooms were spacious, clean and organized, all the A/C in the house worked perfectly and over all we loved it. Thank you Rosa for everything.

We loved the house, faithful to the photos. Communication with the host was quick and effective. Being able to get to the house and check in quietly and without distractions was a plus. But the best of the best, The Pool. Wow... we didn't want to leave that area. There are already plans to return.

The best place to stay in La isla del encanto! Great location!! The apartment very clean. Carlos, the owner very responsive, the view is great. Everything is close by, restaurants, grocery stores, the beach. No bugs, the Air conditioner works perfect!! I will go again and no doubts that I will stay there again. As someone who works in the travel industry, I can confidently say, look no further than this place. Hotel nights will cost you double for half the experience. If you're looking to travel like a local but still enjoy the comforts and amenities of home, this is it. First off, the location and views are unbeatable. It was the perfect fit for our needs, and the scenery alone was worth every dollar. The property offers easy access to many must-see spots and activities around San Juan. Everything about the listing is clear and accurate: what you get and what you don’t is outlined transparently. The check-in instructions are tailored to answer every possible question: simple, helpful, and clear. Javier’s communication, both before and during our stay, was flawless. Another major plus: safe, secure parking, something you don’t always find. You can tell this place is well cared for. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to anyone visiting the island.

This stay was incredible! Everything you need. Don’t hesitate to book this place. It’s a perfect location, right on the beach and infront of the pool, walkable to many restaurants and Walgreens, and less than 20 min drive into old San Juan. Diana was amazing! Me and my bf will definitely be back to book with her!

Franchesca’s place was a great stay! Everyone in the complex was very friendly and great to talk to. Franchesca was very responsive and answered all of our questions, as extra as they may have been. If you’re looking for a place that’s a hallway and sand away from the private beach, this place is for you.

Our stay in this beach condo was so perfect! Being so close to the beach and having everything we needed, made our trip very special. We spent countless hours at the beach, on the patio, and we could not stopping boogie boarding in the waves! Thank you Eric and Sheila for having the space for such an amazing getaway!

Nice place. The ocean is beautiful but no beach to swim at in front of property. Clean and everything listed. Felt safe in area. Lots to do if you have a car.

The penthouse was beautifully decorated, clean, and very accessible. We did experience a bit of confusion finding the unit since the building doesn’t have visible apartment numbers. It was quite late when we arrived, and I wasn’t able to reach anyone by phone, but fortunately, the security guard on-site was extremely helpful and kind. The only downsides were the early morning noise from workers on the balcony and rooftop, which made it difficult to sleep past 6 AM. Aside from that, everything else was great—the bedrooms and bathrooms were fully stocked, and we appreciated the complimentary beverages in the fridge. Although we didn’t use it, the property also features a lovely pool area that looked very inviting. Overall, a great stay with just a few minor inconveniences.
