Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Fajardo

Great value little place in great location. There was a problem with the water heating which Jessica resolved straight away. Excellent communication throughout our stay. The neighbourhood was quite noisy when we stayed but it was a bank hol weekend so might have something to do with it. Wifi was good, beds comfy, air con worked well. No problems finding the place and getting in. Thank you Jessica for sharing your house with us!

Carmen and the fellow hosts were great! They kept great communication with us. We traveled as a group of 5 and the Airbnb had everything we needed including all the utensils you need to cook and eat (even though we ate out all the days lol) the location is great too, we were super close to the beautiful beaches in Fajardo, 7 Seas Beach, and El Yunke. There is also a Walmart nearby so you can do your groceries close. Everything was incredibly clean and well prepared!

We had a terrific stay in this beautiful home. Everything was so convenient and the pool was very relaxing! We would definitely recommend this home to anyone and would love to come back and visit again sometime!

What an amazing stay! I brought my son for his birthday with a family members and we had a blast. The home is amazing and has everything you need! Pros: Remarkable home (pool and rooftop were amazing) The view is breathtaking So much space and has everything you need and then some Amazing responsiveness and hospitality! Quick drive to beach and bars, restaurants and shops! (Recommend renting a car if leaving the property) The home has a grill and fire pit. Cons: Master room gets really hot The rooftop lights didn’t work but wasn’t a big deal - had I asked her I’m sure she’d have got them on for me. So that’s on me. No delivery available (but a common problem outside of big cities since Covid) Power outages (but that’s been a problem in PR and the power in their house came back fast! Overall this is one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in across over 30 countries! I will 300% stay there again when I’m back! Tip: Rent a car San Juan is 30-50 min depending on traffic or where

Place in a beautiful location. It does not have air conditioning in the common areas, which made the stay a bit warm. But overall, everything was fine.

Our stay in Cubuy at Samuel’s place was truly magical. The space was clean, peaceful, and immersed in the natural beauty of the rainforest. We especially loved falling asleep to the calming sound of the coquí at night—it was like nature’s lullaby. Exploring the surrounding farm and rainforest was a highlight of our trip, and the friendly resident cat added an extra touch of warmth with its sweet snuggles. One of my unexpected favorite parts was the simple pleasure of hang-drying our clothes in the fresh mountain air—the scent was amazing and really brought me into the rhythm of the place. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed for cooking, which made us feel completely at home. Every detail of the stay felt intentional and grounded in nature. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, off-the-beaten-path retreat.

This is a beautiful and safe place to stay. The place was a great size for our family of 5. The back patio is amazing. It is a short walk to Playa Azul beach which offered some fun waves, a 2 minute drive to Luquillo Beach that has everything you would want, a short 15 minute drive to Seven Seas beach, and about 20 minutes to El Yunque national forest. Around a 45 minute drive to Old San Juan. Downtown Luquillo is charming, offering many fun restaurants right on the water and a fun plaza where we caught some local live music. This place is a wonderful location offering easy access to the city and easy access to great beaches and the rainforest. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

I can’t say enough about this property! It’s a little slice of paradise. Even though it’s in a neighborhood it’s extremely private. The porches and pool area make you feel like you are at your own resort. The location is close to anything you might want to do in the east side of the island and Kevin provides a manual with excellent recommendations for restaurants, beaches, activities etc. We took advantage of so many but also used the well equipped kitchen and grills to eat in. The beach gear and towels were appreciated as were the washer/dryer. We had a couple of questions during our stay and Kevin was extremely responsive. Our family of 6 travelers, ages 13-74, had an awesome week!

Rafael fue muy amable y proactivo. El lugar tenía todo lo necesario como toallas de playa, piscina, baño, la cocina muy bien equipada. El espacio estaba bien organizado y limpio. El ambiente en el lugar era hermoso tranquilo y con unas vistas maravillosas. Sin duda una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido. Yo y mis acompañantes salimos muy satisfechos y encantados con las experiencia.

Lovely place. Very close to the beach, about a 15 minute easy walk. Parking available, which was great, and easy to find via Google Maps. Hector was super friendly and knowledgeable, with many great local recommendations. Very attentive and prepared for hosting guests. Super proactive with communicating, and was always checking in with us and made sure that we knew he was available if we needed anything or had any questions. He was in the process of installing solar panels while we were there, and had backup AC in the event of a power loss, so props to him for both of those! (Though we did not lose power, I appreciate the preparedness.) Would definitely recommend.

Euridis was super helpful throughout our stay. The unit was beautiful and my favorite part was the patio. My fiance and I enjoyed the hammock. Highly recommend staying if you are planning on going to the Puerto Rico ferry.

Excelente alojamiento, bien ordenado y limpio. Me he alojado varias veces y el servicio ha sido súper. Si necesitas un lugar cerca del ferry hacia Vieques o Culebra, este es perfecto. Súper recomendado..!!

Muy buen lugar para pasar un fin de semana con tú pareja.

Studio condo was well air conditioned, comfortable and lots of natural light. Location is a long walk to 7 seas beach, especially carrying anything more than a towel to lay on. But, it is walkable to a great neighborhood breakfast cafe, walkable to kayak village for bioluminescent tours and walkable to 2 great restaurants. Plenty of rooster, chickens cats and dogs in the neighborhood make it a lively place. A covered outdoor basketball court is nice for some exercise. Dedicated parallel parking right in front of the condo. Rented a car for easy drives to local cafes, El Yunka rain forest for hikes, Luquillo beaches and a Marina Puerto Del Rey for Culebra snorkeling tour.

Daisy welcomed us into her Airbnb the same night after our prior plans fell through. Was very responsive, communicated well, and seems caring. Overall an excellent stay. Her recommendations for the area were excellent and would not hesitate again to stay with her.

Amazing host! Beautiful place! Overall very happy. It was easy to get into, squeaky clean. Very safe too! Right in front of La Placita, not even a one minute walk!! The balcony is an L shape and it’s huge with different seating options. Definitely booking again when I return to PR! Thank you so much for this amazing stay! En verdad es un lugar muy especial! this is a beautiful oceanfront property. there are beaches where you can layout nearby but this place is oceanfront and walkable in the morning to find seaglass, shells and sand dollars.

Stay was perfect, business trip, but had family with me and they were very comfortable

Recently stayed at Ramon’s and enjoyed ourselves. The infinity pool and hot tub are beautiful with a breathtaking view! Would definitely return!

I couldn’t have picked a better air bnb. She had things around the house that I normally would have had to rush to Walmart to get. The kids toys, pool stuff, beach chairs, drinks etc were a life saver. She had it well stocked there. It was way bigger in person and very spacious. There were so many clever things around like Alexa etc. We had a washer and dryer and a full kitchen. The balcony was amazing. The pools were a hit. Seven seas beach was 6 min away and Luquillo was our favorite. Will definitely stay again. We scored when we found this place!

This is a very charming apartment decorated with very good taste. It has lots of extras so you do not have to go out and buy things you might have forgotten. The view is gorgeous. Elevator is new and very efficient. Guards are very friendly and always happy to help. Waves at the beach could sometimes be challenging but there is a public beach less than a mile away which is very calm and quite clear. Highly recommend this place.
