Adam and Nicole's house is wonderful! Great view, spacious, and so clean. We all felt very comfortable and cozy. Great amenities, and a nice deck that unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy because of the rainy weather! Still, we enjoyed our stay and didn't let the rain dampen our spirits. Hosts were both very responsive, no issues with check in. Highly recommend if you're looking for something off the beaten path and quiet, but close enough to restaurants and sight-seeing. Thumbs up for sure!

Overall we very much enjoyed modern rural space. Kiss the Cow farm about 5min drive was amazing& we got most all main food there w/ additional items from Barnard General Store. Spices/ cookware were very good - we brought nonstick pans& 1 knife to supplement. Plenty bowls, measuring cups/spoons, maybe a set of tom collins glasses would be nice albeit stemless wine and rocks glasses available. Needs garlic/onion powder. Tub was amazing/ upstairs bathroom a true getaway/ relaxing space. It was as pictured albeit note spiral staircase &open grated flooring upstairs. Plenty of windows albeit not much cross breeze so think ahead if bring own fan and/or start A/C before get too warm. I would say you must have an SUV year round for this rental - surrounding roads/ driveway are a good distance on rough dirt/gravel - traversable yet a sportier car with low profile tires/ ground clearance would not work. We enjoyed simply walking driveway& East Barnard Rd. Barnard Inn restaurant worth it.

One of the nicest houses that I’ve ever stayed at! Some friends and I had an incredible night sitting by the fire, and then a perfect morning making some breakfast in the incredible kitchen. Couldn’t recommend staying here enough!

Beautiful old New England farmhouse, remodeled to be comfortable and modern but still retain its character. Nice kitchen - able to bake a birthday cake with one grandchild and lasagne with another. Particularly enjoyed the art throughout the house!

This is my second time staying at one of Jess’s properties - and I’m sure it’s not my last. The property is beautiful inside and out and has everything you need. I was in town for a full week and this place was just what I needed to relax after long work days. I can’t recommend staying at one of Jess’s places enough. You won’t regret it!!

Loved our stay! Everything was cozy and easy; no issues at all. The heated bathroom floor ended up being one of our favorite parts (so nice!), and the whole place just felt super relaxing. Didn’t need to contact the host because everything was smooth from start to finish. Would definitely come back!

Book this place immediately if you’re looking for a relaxing family stay, situated minutes from gorgeous beaches with swimming lakes and want to spend evenings bbqing and looking at the incredible view. My parents flew from India for my graduation and I wanted to ensure that they feel right at home. Chelsea's apartment was cozy and had everyone one would need over a short stay. While trying to reach the apartment, Apple Maps took me to a different location but Chelsea was kind enough to send me detailed directions and get us on track. The house is clean, pretty, and the parking spot is a big plus. Thank you Chelsea!

Beautiful rustic little have in the forest under the White Mountains. Lots of space, beautifully furnished. Definitely want to return and enjoy the surrounding trails.

Camilla is a wonderful host and a gem of a person. She made my almost month of stay at her beautiful and inviting studio, extremely comfortable and delightful. The location is perfect as it is walkable to everything Montpelier has to offer but also private and peaceful. Highly recommend staying here if you visit.

This was our second, month+ long, stay at Dick & Dorothy's place. It was perfect for the two of us. The internet was reliable with fast speeds which worked great for remote work with zero issues for video calls. They are great hosts and respond quickly to any questions. They apartment is only about 100 yards off of VT 100 and has easy parking which was plowed quickly after any snowfall. There are plenty of options for ski/snowboarding/XC in every direction! Thank you!

great getaway for Cannon (11 mins) and Waterville valley (33 mins). Ihave never slept in a more comfortable bed in my life and same for my two companions in the other two beds. just what you need for a nice ski vacation.

Claudia was super responsive and the place was amazing!! Within 5 minutes of a lot of great restaurants and very close to great hiking trails. Would love to come back again!

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The condo was beautiful and relaxing. Having a view of the river was definitely a highlight for my girls. Patricia was very responsive during our stay which was really appreciated. It was definitely a great place to stay for our weekend getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricky's place. It was comfortable and homey, exactly as described. Every detail was crystal clear, which is always something appreciated. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, enjoying some cocktails. We will be back.
