Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Fairhaven

We had a lovely return, Winter stay at Kalm’d. Such a beautiful setting. We loved the visiting Fairy Wrens and Firetails, the open fire and the wonderful view. The house was cosy and we appreciated Louise’s personal touches of pickles, chocolates and coffee.

Amelia’s space was so beautiful and felt very homey. It was spotless and felt very clean and well maintained. Super close to the beach, cafes and hot springs but at the same time felt very quiet, peaceful and private. Amelia and her co host were very responsive and fast to reply to any questions we had before as well as during our stay. Such a gorgeous place to stay for a nice getaway ☺️

We had such a great time on our weekend here! It was a very cold rainy weekend so we made the most of the incredible view, fireplace, comfortable lounge room and cooking in the kitchen. Beds were all comfortable and the place was spotless on check in. The baby gate to block off the staircase was so helpful for our 1 year olds safety. Only tricky part is the super steep driveway, but Jeff and Ann-Maree’s instructions on how to tackle it were helpful. We would 100% stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Salthouse Beachside. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had a really nice, relaxed vibe. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which made it super convenient. The architecture and interior design were beautifulsimple but stylish, with a lot of thoughtful touches. We especially enjoyed the collection of books and the calming atmosphere they helped create. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, well-designed beachside escape!

The Dune beach house was the absolute perfect escape for my partner and I. From booking , to champagne on arrival , the location , the gorgeous thoughtful intricate design of the house and decor , the huge projector and the most comfy couch I have ever lounged on , everything was just perfect. We would 1000000% be booking and staying again. Thank you guys so much for such a wonderful stay.

Simon and Mella’s home was absolutely perfect for our family wedding weekend. The house was ideal for three families and our grandchildren loved the games and trampoline. The house well equipped and had everything (and more) than we could have asked for. The views were magnificent and the surrounds were so very peaceful. Time in the hammock and looking out to the ocean is a must if you stay at 180 Vista! Simon and Mella responded immediately to any questions l had and were extremely accommodating with check in times. We had a truly memorable stay at this beautiful farmhouse. From the moment we arrived, the owner was incredibly responsive and attentive, regularly checking in to ensure that everything was in order and that we were comfortable. This level of hospitality made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. The house itself is stunning—set in a serene farm environment that offers both relaxation and a unique countryside experience. Our children especially enjoyed the opportunity to interact with and feed the farm animals, which added a special and memorable touch to the trip. Inside, the home is tastefully designed with a modern yet warm aesthetic. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and the house is extremely well equipped with everything we could possibly need—from kitchen essentials to comfortable furnishings. It felt like a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. This stay exceeded our expectations in every way. We would highly recommend it to families!

Loved the location. The place was very ‘cool’ in its decor - like a New York loft. Very comfy beds and good amenities. Great views from the outside roof balcony. Would recommend to anyone seeking accommodation handy to the city and Fitzroy.

Nice, clean, quiet condo close to the waterfront. There is only one set of keys, which is something to consider if you are traveling with people that may want to come and go on different schedules.

We had a wonderful 3 night winter getaway at Angela’s place. The apartment was cosy, warm, quiet and a bonus was the bed was comfortable. It is in a perfect location and we could walk to the main shops in Lorne, the local pub and the pier. Angela was a friendly host and responded very quickly to my messages. I highly recommend Angela’s place for a trip to Lorne.

The location was central and convenient, with easy access to public transport, making it a great base for exploring the area. The host was exceptional – clear and consistent with communication, and all instructions were easy to follow. They were also incredibly hospitable and flexible, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

From the moment you walk through the door of Julies Airbnb it was welcoming and cosy. The view from the balcony was great to wake up to and the location was central enough to be within walking distance to all the great cafes and shops. Highly recommended, Julie is a great host.
