House holiday rentals in Fairhaven

We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

Beautiful house to stay at! We all had the best time and felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Heaps of room for the kids to run around and burn their energy. Great place to stay for a family holiday we had 11 of us in the house and we al had our own space and heaps of room to have dinner and watch movies all together.

We had the best stay ever at Kate's place. We'd booked for Mothers Day and my family had flown in from different states, so I was incredibly pleased with how perfect our accommodation was. The photos really don't do it justice and the extra care and special touches made us feel so very welcome. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The house is lovely and very big. Suited us as we all wanted seperate rooms and our own bathrooms so the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was great. We did not use the pool or spa so I can’t comment on that. Lively Properties’s were easy to deal with and gave excellent instructions for the property. Would be happy to to use Lively again if we head back for another stay.

We couldn’t be happier with our time at this home. It was beautifully clean, well appointed and had everything you need. The home was so convenient to the shops, a short stroll away. We stayed in April and the surrounds were very quiet and peaceful.

If you’re looking for a house to relax and unwind, this could be the one for you! The house was warm and homily, and delivered some amazing sunrises / sunset views, all whilst relaxing in the spacious upstairs lounge. The house was clean throughout, and large enough to accommodate our group of friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Peggy is a great host, super responsive and even provided some complimentary wine to welcome us. Cheers to that!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property! Our host went above and beyond by giving us a full tour of the house upon arrival, making us feel right at home. The attention to detail and hospitality truly made it feel like we were staying at a private villa. The space was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, and the ambiance was just as lovely as the photos (if not better!). We highly recommend this host and would love to stay here again in the future. Location was great, we enjoyed long walks along the Great Ocean track and down to the beach every morning. House was really nice, warm during the winter, and kitchen was very functional (including sharp knives — rare for an Airbnb!). Hosts communicated well. All around a great experience.

We loved the setting and the renovations. Comfortable, warm, relaxing. We wanted a place that was close to the sights and shops of the lower Peninsula, on a quite street.

We recently stayed at this lovely beach house at Airey's Inlet. The location was great with an easy walk to the lighthouse and access to the cliff walk.

This was one of the best place we have ever stayed in. We arrived at night, so we didnt get to see the view yet. Getting to the place requires some sharp eye to notice the 'Impiana' sign as it was pitch dark. GPS did not actually bring us to the right place the first time. The next morning, we woke up to the awesome view at the bedroom window. It was mesmerizing. Perched up on a hill, the house is overlooking Apollo Bay. As it is away from traffic or neighbours, the place was so peaceful. I had hot coffee and cookies at the bench outside, while appreciating the natural beauty of the picturesque view, in winter weather. Such an amazing feeling. The place is also well thought of, from the kitchen to the bathroom. We settled in well. No wifi provided, so there is minimal distraction to social media. We enjoyed family time watching DVDs of movies during my childhood days. Truly amazing. We found it hard to leave the place. Will definitely be back when exploring Great Ocean Road again.

Katherine's place in Airey's Gully was beautiful, and such an amazing place to stay for a weekend. Easy to access the rest of the surf coast, and felt like a home (which not a lot of Airbnb's do nowadays). Katherine was a great host, really responsive and easy to deal with.

We loved our stay in Anglesea! Zara is a friendly, quick to reply and proactive host. Situated in a beautiful quiet, leafy street, short drive to main shops/beach. The house is cosy and the fire a good addition for a cold weekend. Beautiful clean bed linen and towels. If bringing babies in winter would suggest BYO oil heater/portable heaters for bedrooms, this was perfect and pre discussed with Zara. Would recommend and return! Thanks Zara :)

Our second stay and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Safe to say we will most likely book again soon. This place speaks to our soul. The view is unbeatable and makes it very difficult to even want to leave this beautiful house. Best sleep ever with the sound of the waves and comfy beds. Well appointed kitchen and very clean property. Do yourselves a favor and stay here if you can. Thanks again Mary :-)

Tenille's home in Anglesea was beautiful - ocean views. Bush setting also very nice. We appreciated the smart TV and all the comforts of home. Would definitely recommend this place for a family get together. Tenille was agreat host - very flexible and responsive.

We had a lovely time at Andrea’s place. We felt warmly welcomed with plenty of homely touches. We loved to wood fire and the heating was excellent, even on a chilly weekend. Walking distance to the shops. Thanks Andrea 😀

Autumn special in Anglesea. Our extended family was easily accommodated in this spacious home. Heating was very efficient which was very much appreciated as the weather had turned a bit cooler (and wet) beds were cosy and comfy. Location was great, easy walking distance to the beach and cafe, close drive to a vast selection of ‘spoilt for choice’ dining options. David provided valuable recommendations and a thoughtful selection of food staples. Communication with David was timely and efficient, a later check out was very much appreciated to enjoy the area and amenity just that little bit longer.

Probably one of the best places we have ever stayed in. perfect to chill and unwind. Amazing secure area for the 2 small dogs and heaps for them to explore. inside was fantastic and had everything we needed. Couches and beds are comfy. Bathroom clean. Highly recommend for couples or just a couple. Thanks Howard. So good!

Fantastic beach getaway. Nicole’s house was lovely. Very comfortable and welcoming!

We were at Airies Inlet to celebrate a birthday with the family. The house was much more than we hoped for. Full windows with beautiful views, the open fire and cozy lounge was perfect for games nights and dinners in. We loved watching the people at the very top of the lighthouse with the telescope! The beds all clean and comfortable , no one felt like they got the “ spare” bedroom as all were so lovely. We walked no more than 5 mins for our coffee each morning and then along the gorgeous cliff walk to the Lighthouse and cafe for scones. Location is perfect. We couldn’t fault our stay. Even the dog was loving sitting by the fire and on the back verandah in the sun! A red king parrot came to visit at the front balcony along with three huge white cockies. Kerry was so flexible and welcoming and accommodated our every request. Another wonderful family memory made! Thank you!

Our family go straight from the airport to the house and we are very impressed with the house. Lisa is very thoughtful and detailed about things that prepare for guests to ensure comfortable stay. My son love the toy in playroom so much. The house is really special!!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The view from inside or on the deck was precisely what we were looking for. Somewhere to relax and see nature at its best. The views exceeded our expectations and we loved the visit from the wildlife also. Very relaxing stay for us oldies. We love visiting Lorne as it brings back family memories with our children.
