My stay was excellent! The place was lovely. There were plenty of hangers and plenty of linens. Having a washer/dryer accessible was very handy! As of my stay, there wasn’t a hair dryer, so keep that in mind when packing! (It wasn’t noted that there is one, just an extra heads up because I forgot to check!)

We loved our stay here! Not only is the place comfortable and a great location but the hosts were super helpful and friendly too. They recommended places to eat, things to do, and the best spot to see the northern lights. If we come back to Fairbanks, we would stay here again!

Jon’s place was in great condition and had everything we needed for our stay. The house is 5 min from a small grocery store if you need anything quick and 15 min from North Pole town. We felt safe while we stayed there and were happy with how peaceful the neighborhood was. You can see the northern lights by just stepping outside. Jon even texted us at night to let us know we could see them which was super helpful. He was accommodating and always very responsive. Checkin and checkout were also very easy and we had no problems. I would recommend staying here

Very pleasant and well-kept apartment close to grocery stores and other shops. Great location if you want to be close to the university or the airport. Not ideal if you look for a quiet retreat in the forest. Wonderful and responsive host.

This is one of the best air bnb I've ever stayed at. It was clean, spacious, and in a perfect location to chase the Northern Lights in Fairbanks. That was the main purpose of my goal, and even in the two nights where I didn't go out, I saw the Aurora from the cabin! the area is dark enough for some incredible Aurora viewing and the views with the Alaskan range in the distance. are superb. Lavinia was one of the friendliest host I've met, she made sure we were comfortable at all times and shared with us Aurora locations and even a list of her favorite local restaurants in Fairbanks, which were delicious! We'll definitely stay at Lavinia in our future trips to Fairbanks! Thank you!

Great place to stay if you are visiting Fairbanks. Felt very safe in the neighborhood. The studio rooms are beautifully decorated and well kept. Heather was always very responsive and would give us heads up on local events, aurora sightings, etc. Would highly recommend these studios for your air bnb stay!

Linda was a wonderful host! She was very responsive and accommodating throughout the entire stay. Situated in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, this was the perfect place for a staycation!

Lisa was a lovely host! We didn’t spend a lot of time there but enjoyed the time we had there! Would recommend this cute little place again! Very clean and accommodating. Loved her choices of coffee!! And thank you for the little snacks! Those were nice and unexpected!

We loved staying at Nick’s place. It was comfy and cozy. The bed was perfect. I slept very well every night. It was the perfect location for us. I highly recommend this lovely place.

Great spot, super cozy, the host is very communicative and it’s clear she put a lot of thought into the studio. I was grateful to have a place to shower and rest and catch up on work in between backpacking trips. If you’re in Fairbanks this would be a good place to rest and recharge.

This was a perfect place for our family to stay on our weekend trip to Fairbanks. We came to see the ice sculptures, this apartment was very centrally located and close to everything that we needed (restaurants, stores, activities, etc.) The host provided very clear instructions on how to get to the Airbnb (don’t rely on Maps app, just follow her instructions and it’s easy to find). It was very clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Fairbanks!

This was the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed at. I was walking around barefoot because it was so cozy and comfortable. I absolutely loved this Airbnb! The host was incredibly responsive, even when I got stuck outside at 6 AM, freezing, looking for the Northern Lights. He came quickly and showed me how the door worked — definitely a fun experience to tell. The place had everything, including green tea, which I personally love. The laundry was conveniently close and private for me to use. I honestly can't say anything bad about this place because it was perfect. It's also very close to downtown, so you can easily walk there in the summer. However, I wouldn't recommend walking in the winter — it gets very cold, especially for someone like me who isn't used to it!

When we come to Fairbanks we always stay here. Location is ideal. The home is squeaky clean and comfortable. Great communication with hosts.

This had been one of the best places in which we had stayed, the place was great, wonderful Holidays decoration, perfect location close to everything, the mattress were great as well as the pillows, we were able to sleep as if we were at home. Really, this place has everything for a great stay. we greatly recommend this unit.

We had the loveliest stay at Leila and Nate's place this March! The apartment was extremely clean, cozy, and private, and had everything we needed and then some--the shower particularly was very nice and big. It is obvious Leila and Nate take great pride in their property, and more broadly in their home of Fairbanks and the surrounding area, with their extensive local tips. A lovely handwritten card from Leila welcoming us was a lovely touch, and we're very grateful to both of them for welcoming us into their home. We will definitely be choosing their place again the next time we are in the area!

Stayed here March 2025 with my parents and Anna’s place was the perfect location for our needs! It was easy to get to, close to town but also far away enough to see the northern lights right from the driveway! Saw them almost every night of our stay with one strong show that was truly magnificent. Anna’s hospitality was also on point. After a long day of travel, arrived to find snacks waiting and other super nice amenities that added just that extra touch. And her response time to messages was superb. I do want to mention though, the faucet water smelled and tasted a bit like metal. It wasn’t discolored or anything so felt safe enough and I also read somewhere that that is a common issue in that area. We just bought some jugs of water from the store around the corner for drinking which was no big deal. Would definitely stay at this location again-especially when trying to comfortably chase the auroras! :)

Really appreciated the hospitality!! Took advantage of the shared kitchen every morning. Went to The Pump House for dinner and had the salmon and seafood chowder, caught the northern lights, and took a trip to Chena hot springs. Will definitely be back someday!

this was a very comfy and clean very nicely decorated and all we needed was available. I did refer few co workers n shared the experience as well. if possible I would and will stay again. ty

We had a great time and loved the space. We saw a moose nearly every day just a few hundred yards west of the property.

Work trip for 3 weeks and really appreciated the nostalgia of being back home! The rental was very welcoming and comfortable. We were busy and didn't stay around the house much but it was a nice place to return to for sleep and showers. Accommodated all 7 of us quite nicely. There are a few cosmetic issues but they are far outnumbered by all the good qualities the home and location have to offer. 100% hope to rent here again next summer!
