Great place for a family!

Incredibly charming space, close to everything but quiet. Michael is a superb host as well, extremely responsive and helpful.

Lovely apartment, much bigger than we expected. All spotlessly clean and in a great location for all the sites of Horta. Will definitely recommend.

Amazing place! Wish I could have stayed longer!

Great location with easy parking. The place was spacious and had the amenities listed. We really appreciated the extra towels provided, the flexibility and easy check-in and check-out process. It was also convenient and easy to walk to nearby cafes. A surprise and highlight was the super friendly horse next door.

A group of us friends stayed in a 2-bedroom unit and had a great time. The location is beautiful - right on the water - and very peaceful. There is an outdoor pool, though it was too cold to use for us. The location is great - we could walk to downtown Madalena in 5 mins and Cella Bar in 5-10 mins.

One word sums up this listing "PERFECT" . Eunice was a lovely lady, who took time throughout our stay to ensure we were comfortable. She was not intusive, but corresponsed using text to check we were ok. Eunice provided more than she needed to and appeared to 'Go the extra mile' for us. She was a perfrct host. In fact this was the best Air B & B experience I have had. Eunice provided a clean, well furnished and equipped house. She provided extras I was not expecting. She had a lovely son, who stepped in when host was busy, just as a point of contact in case of a problem (there weren't any) It was reassuring to know. Location was quiet, felt safe and welcome. Well done Eunice. Thankyou.

Great host! Even left some local wine/cheese for us to try & offered to help us with taxi arrangements to the airport. Lovely place to stay in Magdalena!

Home Sweet Home! This house has everything you need and more. There are 2 bedrooms, but we only used one, and the bed was very comfortable for us. The house is updated but also very cozy and homey. There are plenty of windows and a fan. We visited in September and were very comfortable with the temperature in the house. The kitchen is stocked with spices and more. The bathroom was roomy with plenty of hot water. The outdoor space is wonderful with distant views of the ocean In one direction and Mt. Pico in the other. The washer and dryer were another plus for us. The living room had a large tv which was also viewable from the eating area. Parking is on the street. The location was great for accessibility to town and getting out of town to visit the beautiful island of Pico. It is situated in a neighborhood. Don’t hesitate when booking.p as this is a very nice place.

Lovely modern house. Showers were great and beds really comfortable. Excellent quality of fixtures and fittings (particularly the hairdryer). Nice view from the balcony in the ground floor bedroom. Location good, car essential, only a short drive from either the port or airport. Easy access to some great walks, views and rock/lava formations. Warm welcome and thoughtful hamper of traditional local produce on arrival.

The ninth of us felt very comfortable and enjoyed the great view of the sea and the opposite mountain Pico. The location is quiet, a supermarket is a few minutes' walk. Thank you for the warm welcome and the beautiful time!

Breathtaking views from the terrace and living room. Top equipped kitchen with numerous ingredients for cooking. Very large and cozy living room. Compared to the rest of the apartment, the bathroom is a bit outdated. Marianna was a very nice hostess.

We had a fantastic time at George's. It's in a wonderful location, steps from beautiful Porto Pim on one side, and central Horta on the other. We loved sitting on the rooftop patio as the sun set spectacularly, with a view of both the beach and the city. Highly recommended! George was very responsive and his manager Filipa was super friendly when we asked if we could drop off our luggage early as we had arrived a few hours before check-in time. We ended up being let in early, which made such a huge difference to our overall experience. The only regret is that we didn't stay longer than we did, obrigado George & Filipa!

Michal is very responsive and gentle. The place is beautiful and SUPER clean and modern. We LOVED the place and the view WOW!

Lovely family stay in a spacious and clean azorean house. The house is located in a nice residential area, with a local supermarket located 2 minutes away by foot, the walk is 20 minutes into downtown/harbour. The house has 3 large bedrooms (1 queen, 2 singles and 1 single), a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, a seperate toilet, a fully equiped kitchen, dining and lounge area, and outside patio behind the house with a view on mount Pico. Although Dayanna was not present, her indications were very clear and easy to follow, she was a wonderful host from a distance.

we have 2 days on the island of Faial at Marla's and it was a treat. The house is very well located, perfectly equipped and Marla very available. The airport is a 2mn drive and the city of Horta is 10mn away. The area is very quiet although the airport is close, planes do not run at night. thanks for everything
