Our stay at the apartment was great. Our host had everything prepared for us including breakfast, snacks and juice for the kid. They were super polite and reacted right away to everything we asked. Everything was super clean and stuffed with everything you could imagine. The apartment is in great location - super close to the city center and 150m away from a nice area with many restaurants, bara and coffees. Close to the University, the neighborhood is full of young people. I would totally recommend the place and if we come back to Bologna, will surely book it again if free!

We stayed at Peter’s place to visit Imola and Forli, and it turned out to be the perfect base for our trip. It’s just a 30 minute drive to Imola and 15 minutes to Forlì both beautiful, well worth exploring. The apartment was thoughtfully equipped, with a lovely balcony where we could enjoy both mornings and evenings. The shower stayed nice and hot, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials for preparing meals. Having both a washing machine and a dryer was a huge bonus. Peter was also kind enough to provide an extra drying rack in addition to the one near the fridge, which was great for items I preferred not to tumble dry. The location was ideal, though a car is definitely recommended, as walking in the area isn’t particularly safe. There is a nearby bus stop with service into Forlì twice a day tickets can be purchased at the village tobacconist. Peter also provides helpful maps, and I especially recommend using the one marked with numbered points for exploring.

Marzia is an impeccable host. We were welcomed and pampered as if we were family. The apartment was tailor-made for our family and equipped with all the necessary comforts. All just a few minutes from the center of Forlì and a short distance from the chaotic Riviera. For us, the right balance between relaxation and fun. Thanks again Marzia (our Aunt from Forlì)😅😅

Claudio was incredibly kind and helpful, immediately available to put us at ease and to help us find things prepared especially for us despite the short notice. The house was very tidy and clean, with plenty of space available but very clear instructions (even a video) on where to find the things necessary for survival and comfort. (incredible the washing machine with detergent, a unique thing). Fantastic person who offers great accommodation in a great location, with a lot of attention and care.

Very quiet and comfortable flat right in the centre of Forlì. Very helpful of the host to organise the ZTL pass so we could park nearby. Happy to recommend.

Accommodation faithful to the photos: very clean, well-equipped, 50 m from a private beach. The only thing missing is a table and two chairs on the terrace. We would recommend this listing.

Loved our stay at Francesca’s place. The flat was a lovely place to relax, with a great view of the valley and the bell tower. Right in the centre of town and very easy to access. We were worried about it being too hot in summer being on the top floor but it was fine, and we slept very well. Francesca was very responsive, and really helped us with getting to Dozza by bus. Thank you!

The flat is small but adequate for a couple. We found it exactly as it is described. The single air conditioning unit kept the flat cool in the warm evenings. The quiet and secure location is perfect from which to explore the wonderful historical sites of Ravenna. There are numerous coffee shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the flat. Valentina always responded speedily to any questions that we had and made many great suggestions about food shops, restaurants and local sites. We enjoyed our 4 night stay very much.

We had a fantastic stay in Alfredo's beautiful apartment and would book it again immediately and at any time when visiting Bologna. The apartment was in top condition, everything looked new and was also furnished with attention to detail, so that we felt right at home. There was even water and snacks in the fridge, which was really a totally friendly touch. We were also thrilled with the location, as we got to the core of Bologna on foot and there were really great restaurants, cafés and ice cream parlors within a 15-30 minute walk. Communication also worked out perfectly. We hope to come back to Bologna one day and stay here again :)

Angela's apartment was in the perfect location for exploring around Ravenna, just a short walk away from the historical centre. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay and the parking spot was an added bonus. Angela was very friendly and responsive to anything needed during the stay. This location is ideal because it is just steps away from shopping and restaurants, but once you enter the building it all falls away and you have privacy and air conditioned peace. It’s is just over a mile walk to the train station where we took day trips to Venice and Florence.

The location is ideal for exploring Bologna. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The aircon was very efficient. The outside terraces were pleasant to sit in.

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s place, really beautiful apartment, super sweet balcony. The perfect location, city center in walkable distance and beautiful neighborhood. Communication with Matteo was super nice, we could even check in two hours before the indicated check in time, which was really convenient! Thank you, we had a great time in Bologna!

We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

This airbnb is at a great location from which you can reach everywhere in the city by walking. Host is very warm hearted and always responded quickly. Kitchen and bathroom offer all the basic things you need. Apartment is on the ground floor. Air conditioning works well too. I really enjoyed my stay!

Beautiful farmhouse in the countryside, which is about 40 minutes away from Florence. The inside and outside look just like the photos but this unit is accessible via a flight of stairs and there is no elevator. The breakfast was terrific. The kitchenware could use some refreshing but overall our stay was peaceful and great !

Fantastic spacious apartment in the heart of Bologna! It was our first visit to this part of Italy and we loved it. The apartment is in a great location. There is a local convenience store a few minutes away where you can get all of your essentials. Nicoletta was a great host, very responsive to my messages and made sure check in smooth and we were happy with everything. There is a wonderful restaurant right next door to the apartment which was brilliant and highly recommended, called Sette Tavoli.
