Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen und eingerichtet! Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt und die ruhige Lage sehr genossen. Man kann zu Fuß super schnell in den Ort gelangen und dort etwas essen und trinken wenn man möchte. Marco ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Weine sind ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Our stay at the apartment was great. Our host had everything prepared for us including breakfast, snacks and juice for the kid. They were super polite and reacted right away to everything we asked. Everything was super clean and stuffed with everything you could imagine. The apartment is in great location - super close to the city center and 150m away from a nice area with many restaurants, bara and coffees. Close to the University, the neighborhood is full of young people. I would totally recommend the place and if we come back to Bologna, will surely book it again if free!

We stayed at Peter’s place to visit Imola and Forli, and it turned out to be the perfect base for our trip. It’s just a 30 minute drive to Imola and 15 minutes to Forlì both beautiful, well worth exploring. The apartment was thoughtfully equipped, with a lovely balcony where we could enjoy both mornings and evenings. The shower stayed nice and hot, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials for preparing meals. Having both a washing machine and a dryer was a huge bonus. Peter was also kind enough to provide an extra drying rack in addition to the one near the fridge, which was great for items I preferred not to tumble dry. The location was ideal, though a car is definitely recommended, as walking in the area isn’t particularly safe. There is a nearby bus stop with service into Forlì twice a day tickets can be purchased at the village tobacconist. Peter also provides helpful maps, and I especially recommend using the one marked with numbered points for exploring.

Marzia é un host impeccabile . Siamo stati accolti e coccolati come si farebbe con uno di famiglia. L' appartamento era su misura per la nostra famiglia e dotata di tutti i confort necessari. Tutto a pochi minuti dal centro di Forlì e a poca distanza dalla caotica riviera. Per noi il giusto compromesso tra relax e divertimento. Ancora grazie Marzia (la nostra Zia di Forlì)😅😅

Claudio è stato incredibilmente gentile e di aiuto, da subito disponibile nel metterci a nostro agio e nel farci trovare le cose preparate apposta nonostante il poco preavviso. La casa era ordinatissima e pulita, con ampi spazi a disposizione ma istruzioni chiarissime (anche un video) su dove trovare le cose necessarie alla sopravvivenza e alla comodità. (incredibile la lavatrice col detersivo, cosa piu unica che rara.). Persona fantastica che offre un ottimo alloggio in una ottima posizione, con un sacco di attenzioni e cura.

Federica é stata una host impeccabile, struttura splendida e conforme alla descrizione. É stata molto disponibile per ogni richiesta fatta. Consigliatissima

Logement fidèle aux photos : très propre, bien équipé, à 50m d’une plage privée. La seule chose qui manque est une table et deux chaises sur la terrasse. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Loved our stay at Francesca’s place. The flat was a lovely place to relax, with a great view of the valley and the bell tower. Right in the centre of town and very easy to access. We were worried about it being too hot in summer being on the top floor but it was fine, and we slept very well. Francesca was very responsive, and really helped us with getting to Dozza by bus. Thank you!

The flat is small but adequate for a couple. We found it exactly as it is described. The single air conditioning unit kept the flat cool in the warm evenings. The quiet and secure location is perfect from which to explore the wonderful historical sites of Ravenna. There are numerous coffee shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the flat. Valentina always responded speedily to any questions that we had and made many great suggestions about food shops, restaurants and local sites. We enjoyed our 4 night stay very much.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in dem wunderschönen Apartment von Alfredo und würden dieses bei einem Besuch in Bologna sofort und jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Wohnung war in einem Top Zustand, alles wirkte neu und war auch mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, so dass wir uns direkt zu Hause gefühlt haben. Es gab sogar Wasser und Snacks im Kühlschrank, was wirklich eine total freundliche Aufmerksamkeit war. Wir waren auch von der Lage begeistert, da wir zu Fuß super in den Kern von Bologna gekommen sind und im Radius von 15-30 Gehminuten richtig tolle Restaurans, Cafés und Eisdielen lagen. Die Kommunikation hat ebenfalls perfekt geklappt. Wir hoffen, eines Tages nach Bologna zurückzukommen und dann hier wieder zu übernachten :)

Herzlichen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! Unser erster Urlaub mit unserer Tochter (10 Monate). Die Wohnung war perfekt dafür - mit Babybett und Hochstuhl, nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Meer und Restaurants entfernt. Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Anreise und konnten ganz unkompliziert eine Nacht umbuchen, vielen Dank nochmal dafür! Wir kommen gerne wieder, bis bald! 😊

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Alloggio comodo, pulito e con tutto il necessario. Zona centralissima, di facile accesso e parcheggio vicino. Andrea e Matteo sono stati molto pazienti e disponibili. Grazie!

This was my second time staying here - both times for two weeks. It was just as lovely as I remembered! So comfortable and roomy and has everything I needed! Bed is wonderful and the patio is truly special. Thank you Paola for another amazing visit!

Angela's apartment was in the perfect location for exploring around Ravenna, just a short walk away from the historical centre. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay and the parking spot was an added bonus. Angela was very friendly and responsive to anything needed during the stay. I'd definitely stay again the next time I'm in Ravenna

This location is ideal because it is just steps away from shopping and restaurants, but once you enter the building it all falls away and you have privacy and air conditioned peace. It’s is just over a mile walk to the train station where we took day trips to Venice and Florence.

The location is ideal for exploring Bologna. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The aircon was very efficient. The outside terraces were pleasant to sit in.

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s place, really beautiful apartment, super sweet balcony. The perfect location, city center in walkable distance and beautiful neighborhood. Communication with Matteo was super nice, we could even check in two hours before the indicated check in time, which was really convenient! Thank you, we had a great time in Bologna!

We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

This airbnb is at a great location from which you can reach everywhere in the city by walking. Host is very warm hearted and always responded quickly. Kitchen and bathroom offer all the basic things you need. Apartment is on the ground floor. Air conditioning works well too. I really enjoyed my stay!

Beautiful farmhouse in the countryside, which is about 40 minutes away from Florence. The inside and outside look just like the photos but this unit is accessible via a flight of stairs and there is no elevator. The breakfast was terrific. The kitchenware could use some refreshing but overall our stay was peaceful and great !

Fantastic spacious apartment in the heart of Bologna! It was our first visit to this part of Italy and we loved it. The apartment is in a great location. There is a local convenience store a few minutes away where you can get all of your essentials. Nicoletta was a great host, very responsive to my messages and made sure check in smooth and we were happy with everything. There is a wonderful restaurant right next door to the apartment which was brilliant and highly recommended, called Sette Tavoli.
