Search for the coziness and tranquility of about 50 m2 of light and nice apartment under the loft in old abandoned broom. 1 of a total of 2 apartment. Newly renovated in the spring of 2021. 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, full kitchen, and private bathroom. Access to communal swimming pool. Ren Morten Koch idyllic in the countryside, but only 2.5 km to good shopping, and about 10 min drive to fantastic child-friendly sandy beach. Dogs, cats, and horses. Owner lives on the grounds, but in the second long. Fiber network and full TV package.

Lovely and cozy villa in Vindeby, Svendborg

The house is perfect and spacious for families and couples. There are two rooms with a double bed, and two living rooms. Possibility of bedding. Outdoor areas offer two inviting areas. In the yard there is a large outdoor dining table for the whole family. In the garden there are football goals and many other activities. In addition, there are different baby equipment. The house is located in Vindeby on Denmark's most beautiful island, Tåsinge, with lots of scenic places to explore, and bike distance to Svendborg.

Spacious bright villa, cosy terraces, near Odense

A spacious villa , 200 square meters. All rooms have beautifull natural light and are quite spacious. Our kitchen is the assembly point and we have a large bright living room with a cozy Atmosphere. Outside we have two large terraces, fully furnished and with parasol. Here you can relaxe and enjoy sunlight the hole day. We live in a quiet residential neighborhood with a small lake just across the street. 6 km from lovely Odense, home town of HC Andersen, cozy atmosphere, markets and cafes.

Amazing idyllic modern farmhouse. Newly renovated, charming and hugely spacious with 289 sqm spread over 2 levels. With large nice 100 sqm Wooden terrace. Large Beautiful lush garden with football field and trampoline.( A small pool may be available if required? 15 Min from Odense City, 25 min from Strand, 5 min from forest and only 100m from grocery store. The house can accommodate many guests, if desired. 4 sleeping rooms. A nice family house-not hotel:)

The path Langelinje leads directly into the city center and the harbor - walk about 15 min The apartment is on the ground floor, with exit to terrace and lawn. There is access to outdoor and indoor pool, sauna, mini golf course, billiards, playing machines, table tennis, outdoor playground and indoor playroom. Kom ned i gear på Sydfyn på en lille familieejet campingplads, der ikke er helt som de andre. Her er fokus på natur, nærvær og hygge. Bo i 40kvm lodgehytte kun 200meter fra havet i den hyggelige havnelandsby Faldsled tæt på lokale oplevelser som fx Falsled Kro og Faaborg. På pladsen er der strand med badebro, café (udvalgte åbningstider) og adgang til legeplads, udlejning af vandsportsudstyr og cykler, bålpladser/grille og pool (juni-september).

Dette nye moderne store hus giver plads til ferie til familier og mindre grupper. Placeret i udkanten af Odense. Danmarks 3 største by. 8 km til centrum. Ca 2 timer i tog til Kbh. Vi bor med udsigt ud over marker i en lille landsby med søde naboer og nabobørn. En stor have legeplads, træhytte, trampolin, træ gynge, terrasser udsigt ud over marker. Dejlig lukket have. Legeplads 300 meter fra huset.

Bl.a trampolin, volleyball, fodbold, kanjam, dart. Tæt på Odense med bla. Zoo, skov og H.C. Andersen museum, de smukke å stier, samt masse lækkert strande i nærheden.
