It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood-burning stove. Lovely terrace, there is a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

Covered terrace for rainy days and a large wooden terrace where the sunset can be enjoyed in summer. It is a short distance to a good beach and natural area. Possibility of coastal fishing and kayaking. Firewood for the wood-burning stove is NOT included.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. Sanctuary of 96 m2, with cattle, heron colony and foxes as neighbors. In the garden there is a small, cozy campfire and shelter with 3-4 beds. We are located close to the forest and beach meadow, 300 m from the lovely beach, 1 km from Falsled Harbour, and from the unique restaurant Falsled Kro. We are located right on the edge of Svanninge Bakker, and the area is very suitable for outdoor activities such as hiking, running and cycling. The island trail starts at Falsled Harbour.

Old idyllic half-timbered house with sea views, own beach plot, quiet undisturbed garden, a cozy pavilion as well as two wood-burning stoves for the cool periods. Please bring bed linen and towels. Including cleaning, but coarse cleaning needs to be done. Close to forest and good hiking trails or mountain bike trails in Svanninge Bakker. Enjoy - enjoy Dyreborg forest, beach and water - there is no better place on South Funen. Parties or other major events are not allowed.

The house has a nice, light and open kitchen / living room area, bathroom with a shower, 2 rooms with beds for 2 and 3 people.
