Celebrate Easter in Jämtland, large house for the family with children.

Villa on Frösön located in green areas. Walking distance to Lövsta IP (about 200 meters). Takes about 5 minutes to get into Östersund city center, bus stop is outside the house. Beautiful walking paths, why not take a lovely walk around the end lake and visit the bird tower? Or walk into Östersund city center along Storsjön. A large and spacious house with room for many, whether you are a family with children or a group of friends - there is something for everyone! Playground around 30 meters from the house.

Relax with the family in this charming cottage, situated in a quiet and secluded area with stunning views and private grounds. 100 meters to the lake with dock and barbecue area .is a perfect place to relax.year about. There is a small rowing boat with motor available on request. Two kayaks available. Åre is located 1.5 hours away and Vemdalen as well as Bydalsfjällen . one hour, which gives access to fantastic excursions all year round. Pets are welcome! Dog farm available. Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The small house is quietly situated in the forests of Jämtland. There is a paved path on the property for a walk. You can also find a jetty to the lake with a scenic beach for taking a bath in the summer or for cross country skiing, ice skating and ice fishing in the winter. In winter you have snowmobile tracks right by the corner and 1h to Vemdalen,Klövsjö,Storhogna&Björnrike. Also about 1h to Åre. 5 minutes by car to the center where there are ICA,Systembolaget,Apotek, Restaurant,Health center etc. On the grounds, there is also a playground for children.

Fräsch och mysig stuga med närhet till natur och sjö. 10 km till Östersund, 3 .3 km till Birka Folkhögskola, 3,5 km till Eldrimner, 4 km till Torsta gymnasium, 90 km till Åre. Fridfullt naturområde där du kan ta en promenad. Uteplats med markis, grill och solstolar. Bil är bra att ha eftersom det är 3 km till närmaste buss. A small perfect getaway in rural environment close to the city. The room shows an amazing view over Östersund city, Frösön and the lake. The appartment is newly built and fresh. During summer and autumn there are nice hiking trails and the opportunity to find berries and mushrooms.
