There were only two issues that would not be a problem with the house. It can be said that there is 1 toilet and the pool cannot be heated enough. But other than that, the house was perfect and very clean. A place I would choose again, and I would definitely come

I would like to thank Mr. Barış very much. He was very helpful with check-in times and dates. I would also like to thank him for his kindness. I would like to thank the friend who helped us at the entrance. Everything you need is abundantly available in the villa. The interior and garden were very clean. The site where the villa is located is a well-known and decent site, the garden and pool of the villa are very suitable for conservative families. I really recommend it to friends who are considering staying.

The house was a very nice house in a very nice area. Families with small children need to be careful because there are so many accessories in the house and the kids are very curious. Also, if you have a phobia about insects, you may have a little trouble. The beds were very comfortable, with extra towels provided.

The cleanliness of the house was especially great in the kitchen and bathroom. The car sheets and bedspreads were spotless. The location of the house was very ideal, the communication language and speed of the vng properties team was also very good. A home where you can stay with peace of mind!

Ali is a great and friendly host. We enjoyed our stay at this accommodation, special mention to the breathtaking views from rooftop, absolutely gorgeous. Bust stop is just downstairs, metro is 100-200 metres away, ferry stop was nearby, everything was absolutely in line. Thanks Ali, see you next time! Recommended!!!

First of all, it was a pleasure to meet Murat because he was super friendly and easy to talk to. He the kind of landlord that you want to deal with. He will help with whatever you need and makes feel welcome. The location of the place was good it was 8 minutes drive to Taksim. There a a super market, bakery, a decent restaurant near by the apartments. I would recommend this building for a large group and big families. If you rent the 4 apartments, you have the whole building for yourself. Which we did, and it was a fantastic experience. Thank you so much Murat! I hope we meet again

Cihan’s place is lovely with a boho vibe; I liked that the flat was spacious and airy (althought the bathroom is very small). It is central and everywhere it is an easy walk. Cihan was flexible and friendly for check-in and check-out and an almost last minute booking. The stay was great!

It is a very comfortable and beautiful place. It was clean and pleasant. There was a heater in every room, we did not have any cold problems. It is close to the beach and I recommend it.

When we made the reservation, we thought it was a standard reservation, but when we arrived at the house, we felt as if we had booked our own house. All the amenities, the comfortable use of the house, the beauty of the neighborhood and the host's approach were legendary. It is surprising that there is a place like this in Istanbul, as we mentioned above. I hope it always works.

We had a great stay at Mr. Ferhat's place in Beyoğlu. The location is good, and the unit was clean and comfortable. It was even better than expected. Beautiful room, nicely decorated; you feel like you're home. The apartment is equipped with all needed appliances. Washing machine, iron & ironing table, floor cleaners, and other tools, which made it easy to relax. It is perfect for two people; we stayed 7 nights, and there is everything you need, even a little balcony and a beautiful living room. It is close to a small market and a lovely kebab place in a lively area, but it is located on a very quiet small street, which makes it really comfortable and makes us feel safe. The caretaker was super helpful and always quick to respond to any questions. Please note that it is on the 4th floor, and there is no elevator, something to consider for guests who would have difficulty with stairs/heavy & big suitcases. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We had a great stay! The location in Balat is very nice — full of charm and character. All major sightseeing spots in Istanbul are easily reachable within about 20 minutes by tram. The apartment is beautifully renovated and feels very safe, especially with a police station nearby. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and taking in the lovely Istanbul weather. Highly recommend!

Although we never met Sercan, he was a very nice host. The place is rather small but it has anything you need. Everything was in very good condition. The bed, mattress & linen all seemed pretty new and were clean. The small bathroom, too. It’s right in the city center, one street off Galatatower so it’s only 3 mins to busy streets. We only stayed for 4 days and could reach a lot of places just by walking, so the apartment is perfect for a short city trip. We would definitely stay there again!

Cihangir was a great host, really kind, helpful and would respond within an hour of messaging him. the place was reasonably priced and the location was great and worth every pound.
