Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Eyüpsultan

We have used 2 apartments in this property. The owner (Isil) is probably the best host we had over the years. After our arrival, she had almost 2 hours with us, walking around the neighborhood, tell us about its history and suggest us many restaurants and shops. When we had any issue or question, she was there to reply. The one to have in mind is that the building is old and traditional (wooden) which means there is limited soundproof. On the other hand, the neighborhood is quite, beautiful and traditional with all the necessary shops nearby. Distance from the center is 15' using buses & trams which are very frequent & cheap (using Istanbulkart).

the apartment was as clean as seen in the pictures. it was warm enough for me in the winter weather, The Host Isil was warm, receptive and kind towards me. (such a sweet and pleasant lady) I felt at home in the apartment and I would definitely stay here again.

The home matches the description perfectly, the home was close to the bus station and Istiklal st, the host was very responsive. Thank you Verda for a beautiful stay.

We had a very nice stay with everything. The mini breakfast was ok, the location was nice, it was fixed right away when we needed something. It was definitely a place I was thinking about hosting again. In terms of location, it was like the neighborhood entrance without going into the neighborhood, I liked it very much, if you go, I would say eat a toast from Tostçu Abdullah.

Güner’s place was clean and the location was good. I will stay there next time I am in Istanbul

The accommodation is clean, the bed is very comfortable, the kitchen has all the necessities, the place is very quiet, the location is perfect, close to bus stop Ömer Hayyam 5 min away, and Taksim metro station 15 min away. When we arrived, we got lost but Mrs. Verda sent her son to pick us up and take us to the apartment even though the time was late. When we left, our flight was postponed, and Mrs. Verda left us at the apartment 6 hours more because I have a 2 month old baby and it is due for her to stay 12 hours at the airport. In conclusion, Mrs. Verda is very kind and full of humanity. I highly recommend her place, and if I come back to Istanbul I'll come back to her place for sure.

We had a very comfortable stay at this Airbnb. The room was cozy, quiet, and in a great location — close to a main street but still peaceful. Just like in our previous stay, the quietness was a big plus for us. One of the highlights was how helpful the host was. They kindly let us store our luggage while we traveled to Greece for a few days, which made everything much easier for us. Communication was always fast and friendly. Our overall experience was very good, and we really appreciated the hospitality and the thoughtful help during our trip.

We had a fantastic stay at Nevzat’s place. It was in a great location close to Galata tower and walking distance to Taksim square with multiple lovely restaurants nearby. The place was fitted with great amenities. Would love to come again!

We had a very pleasant , complete place stay. The place is central transportation easy and the residence we stayed in was quite sufficient. We would also like to thank Mr. Şahin for his quick response and necessary information. A place to stay again.

Good location. It’s important to mention that even it has windows faced to the backyard it is still apt in a building on the busiest street of Istanbul. You still will get a bit of noise. The room is clean, fresh furnitured and has simple checkin. Great experience.

Great apartment conveniently located in a walking distance to the Galata Tower. The hosts are great at communication and provide prompt responses.

Great place - very spacious, with a nice private backyard seating area. Hosts were responsive and friendly hosts. The location is ideal, just around the corner from Galata Tower and from the many shops, restaurants, and activities in the area. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful time at the apartment. There was a small Problem with WiFi and ac but was quickly fixed. It’s a nice cozy small Apartment in the middle of Istiklal street - which is a great location and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. I enjoyed my stay there. All was good.

Enes's place was great.❤❤❤ The place is in a great location, within walking distance to all historical and touristic places. There are many restaurants, markets and shopping centers nearby. Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque are a 5-minute walk away. The house was very good. The balcony was extra beautiful. The air conditioning was very good. The bed was very comfortable Enes was doing his best. He's always there. He wanted to make sure he had a good stay.❤ In addition, Enes helps with transfers, good and cheap restaurants, and cheap markets. This will definitely not be the last. Thank you very much for everything. Book your place without hesitation. 🙂🥰🥰

A very cool spot. It is old meets new. The building is totally renovated. There is a great mall about 2 minutes walking, amazing restaurants, coffee shops and anything you could possibly desire within a 2-5 minute walk. If you have kids or like parks, fantastic park behind the mall. Engin is responsive and is quick to help if any issues arise. I didn’t realize the price when I first booked it, value for money without question amazing.

Engin’s place was such a great stay. Engin was 100% great in communication from booking to end-of-stay. The check in procedure was smooth and the kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances! Overall, place was amazingly inviting, clean, and had all amenities needed during my one month stay. Would definitely recommend you Engin’s place!

Awesome stay here! Yes, Taksim is noisy but I knew this when booking. It’s in a great location and perfect for the solo traveller or a couple. Would love to stay here again!

If you come to Istanbul and need a place to rest, prepare a quick breakfast or dinner and take a good shower, this is the ideal place. A quiet and safe place, close to all the Taksim atmosphere, a 10-minute walk from the ferry and subway exit. Complete kitchen, bathroom with a good shower, clean sheets and towels. We had a small problem and Belhül came immediately to help solve it and even gave us a gift. Great host and great person. Thank you Belhül. Don't hesitate to stay here. Small place but big heart.
