We had a wonderful stay at Ketill’s place! It pretty much had everything we needed and was perfectly situated in town. Hoping to stay here again in the future.

Our stay was lovely! The host was very responsive, the kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything we might need, and the location was walkable to downtown!

Was a very nice and clean space. Had a guitar there for use which was great for me to pluck around on. A nice dart board also. Very clean. Spacious spot for the 3 people we had. Could easily be enough room for about 5. Tight for 6 but doable. Would 100 percent return to this place if I make it back to Akureyri one day!

We had a great time in Akureyri at Ásta's house. We appreciated having the wood burning stove even in June as the "night" was pretty chilly. The kitchen was very well equipped even with some seasonings and we were able to make a lovely dinner one night. Everything was as described or better!

Very nice apartment, spacious and clean. We had the top floor, two flights of stairs to climb which wasn’t an issue for us but something to keep in mind. We stay again if we visit Húsavik another time

We spent 11 days in this cosy apartment and really recommend staying here. It is located in a quiet and beautiful area close to Akureyri. The beds were comfortable and we had everthing we needed. Anna and her team were always very friendly and helpful. Our daughters enjoyed the horse back riding very, very much. We would like to come back again.

Clear and easy instructions to get to the apartment, and what to do when leaving the apartment. Proactive communication and responsive. The apartment is spacious and centrally located. I appreciated that it also had access to a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen was fully equipped.

Lovely little place in a perfect location to walk into town. Perfectly clean and comfortable. The host even found a clothes drying rack for me when I asked about one.

This place was clean and accommodated our group perfectly. This location was a short drive from the Forest Lagoon, which we enjoyed after a cold day in Husavik. We also loved walking around the town the next morning and so many great sights, like the Church and the rainbow road were a short distance. I also drove the super short drive to the botanical gardens and enjoyed the few minutes I had there. We loved Akureyri. Our host was great about notifying us about paying for parking, but because we got there in the evening and on the weekend, we didn't have to pay to park. The parking lot was also super close to this location. The only downside is that there were several loud bars nearby and because we stayed there on a Saturday night, we heard lots of loud street noise.

Great location and just as described

We stayed 3 nights in the apartment. The location is very nice, great view from the hot tub. The children enjoyed the time with the great, very child-friendly dog. 20 minutes from Akureyri. We spent one day in the beautiful Diamond Circle and at Myvatn, the other day at whale watching in Husavik. The apartment is highly recommended.

Great spot, everything you need especially for a long stay. I wish we could have stay longer! Definitely recommend

We had a very pleasant stay in the appartement, is was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is convenient with some close stores. Jónas was very responsive.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. We loved the house and it eas wonderful having the hot tub each evening. The Hestasport team was fabulous at answerig questions on the rettir and helping arrange activities. In 4 days we went horseback riding, helped with a aheeo sirting, went whitewater rafting, explored the area, and ate at seceral fantadtic local restaurants. The hotel steos away from our house serves amazing food. Every part of this stay was wonderful. We highly recommend!

We felt very welcome. The apartment has everything you need and more than that. There is even a Sodastream, which is worth gold in Iceland. The location is perfect, you can walk to the city center in less than 10 minutes. We would come back anytime. Felix was a great host 😊

Super convenient place within walking distance to most places in Akureyri. Beds were comfortable. Free local coffee beans a nice touch.

This was such a fun and cute place to stay. Loved all the animals that we got to interact with and the host, Sandra was very welcoming and accommodating!
