Apartment holiday rentals in Exmouth

This pleasant compact accommodation is exactly as it is described. Clean comfortable and proved very adequate for us and our Labrador, Scout. It is ideally placed for the Marina and promenade walks together with close proximity to shops, restaurants and town centre. Parking for one car is a real bonus in Exmouth.

Enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s place! Lovely flat. It’s well-located and well-equipped with beautiful period features. Host was very responsive.

Amazing stay at Williams place. Exactly as described, but with absolutely everything you need, including things you may have forgotten. William was so responsive helping us with finding parking for our camper van. Looking forward to trying one of Williams other places, would recommend to anyone, who wants to be near beach and town. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean upon arrival, bright and comfortable. Quiet at night. Nice views from the living area over the harbor and looking over the town from the large bedroom. As Suzanne had noted in the listing, there is no assigned parking space which could be an issue. We had to pay to park the day of arrival. It’s free after 6pm until 8am. One item we’d suggest adding would be a clothes hanger for drying as the machine didn’t seem to actually dry anything. We’d highly recommend Seagulls restaurant (book in advance). Unassuming place but food was excellent. We also liked Platform for a Sunday roast and Rise for breakfast. The George was decent. If we’re back in West Bay, we’d definitely stay again.

What a lovely place this was. Light, airy and so comfortable and homely. Close to the center of Exmouth but in a nice residential area. Bed was so comfy and the place had all the facilities we needed. Allison was a great host and full of local info. Great little holiday....thanks.

As advertised and simple charm. Centrally located minutes walk to main high street, gardens, attractions. The small bathroom and shower were notable but shower worked well. Top tip would be to visit St. Sidwell’s Point Leisure Center Spa. There is a full sauna, steam, hot tub, outdoor rooftop lounge that can be booked at 3 hour increments for reasonable rate. The Gaia Spa massage with Katsha (sp?) was worth every penny and saved me after long haul flight (woke up at 4:30 am unable to walk comfortably, by 10 am I was back in action and walked over 14 miles). ‘Rowsley’ really is delightful accommodation - beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and tucked away in a peaceful location yet only a short distance from the iconic Lyme Regis seafront. What more could guests want?!! Many thanks Sheena, hopefully we’ll be back one day.

The garden flat is a very pleasent place to stay. Everything in the kitchen works well, the bathroom is lovely and the bed very comfortable. The outside space is a great space to sit and watch what's happening in the estuary. Claire is a good host, friendly and amenable. The village of Shaldon is easy to walk to, with a couple of nice pubs , and friendly people. All in all, a very nice place to spend some time.

Clive’s place was just what we expected and needed - just perfect for our stay. We felt right at home with the extra thoughtful touches of things you always need like breakfast, milk, butter, sugar and more. The flat was spacious and the living room was an extra relaxing bonus. Although on a road, it is set back and it is amazingly quiet for sleeping and being able to sleep with the windows open was a bonus. The bed was comfy and cosy. Often the showers are disappointing when you are away from home but Clive has a full power shower which washed out even my thick hair and was lovely and hot. We did need to use the washing machine and this worked perfectly, was easy to use and of decent size and the drying rack was big enough. Clive’s was a lovely host, he was friendly and welcoming. His instructions were clear and he was responsive. Although he lived upstairs he remained very private. The location of the flat is ideal to explore Exeter and the surrounding coastal towns without a car

Lovely pied-à-terre! Super stylish and super clean. Perfect for two but for just a couple of nights worked well for 3 of us. Excellent parking. Very near to the city centre and the Quay, and a stone’s throw from the Morrisons and coffee shops on Fore Street. Would book again 🤩

Great place to stay. Quiet area but walkable distance to town and beach and well situated for exploring the surrounding area. Apartment modern, well equipped and comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Great smart TV - Disney plus a bonus! Information provided about local area was really useful. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Pauline’s stunning apartment in Salcombe was unforgettable. The interior design is beautiful, with top-of-the-line appliances and every comfort thoughtfully provided. We arrived to find homemade cakes, breakfast essentials, and fresh drinks in the fridge—a lovely welcome. The balcony offers incredible views, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Pauline was a fantastic host, giving us great recommendations for food and paddle boarding. We highly recommend this place and are already planning our return this summer!

Spent 6 weeks here for my university placement and felt it was very peaceful and Noni was an excellent host, ensuring I had everything I needed but also giving me my privacy. Would recommend for anyone wanting a peaceful getaway (as long as you don’t mind a hill! - but the view at the top is worth it :) )

Jackie is a wonderful host, very helpful and responsive. Her apartment was just as described. A wonderful location in an elavated position overlooking Exmouth bay, View of sea and sunsets was beautiful. A large apartment furnished in a style that suited it. It was very comfortable. Sitting at the window watching sea was sublime! Big bath, great shower plenty of hot water. Plenty of utensils available in the kitchen and even buckets and spades provided. Cds books toys all there to use. I loved it and had a lovely 3 nights. Neighbours very friendly.. everything was lovely and I would recommend it and definitely would stay again. Thank you Jackie

We had a fantastic time at Sunnymead. Super clean, bright and airy. Really comfy sofa and bed. So close to seafront and town centre. Definitely recommend

Lovely stay in this well equipped apartment in beautiful Monmouth House. It's very well located, making everything in Lyme Regis walkable only minutes from the seafront, shops and restaurants. Leesa gave very clear and helpful instructions and information before our stay and was quick to respond to any messages.

Great stay at the recording studios, the place was clean and in stunning surrounds, with amazing views! Hot tub was great, kitchen was great for a week of family meals. Not far to walk into Salcombe town centre where there are some lovely pubs and restaurants! All round a great stay thank you!

We had a wonderful long weekend at Katy and Dale's place. It was easy to find, with clear instructions and plenty of free parking nearby. It was well located to the babbacombe downs, local restaurants and pubs. The walk to torquay is quite nice too and not too far. The hot tub was lovely and hot for when we arrived, and the robes were a nice touch. The annex is on the smaller side but well designed so didn't feel cramped. Everything was clean and tidy. There was some nice additions - a few games, loads of dvds, tea, milk, and a couple of snacks. We didn't have any problems with the stay but all interactions with Katy and Dale were polite, timely and clear. Thanks for being excellent hosts.

Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

Sara’s place is the perfect place to escape with the kids. Sara was super responsive. Easy check in and gaining access to the caravan. The welcoming hamper and card was lovely and gave it a personal touch. The caravan was pristine. We would recommend staying here to everyone, we will definitely be back.

This was a perfect spot for a beach holiday with extended family. The house is so close to the beach, brilliant for morning and evening walks with the dog, and not too far to walk to the lifeguarded area for swimming. Close to great fish and chips too! The house was exactly what we needed, with plenty of space for cooking, eating together and watching the Olympics on the sofa when the afternoon sun got too hot to be outdoors. The decking area (with excellent sunshades) and hot tub were a bonus. While in Exmouth we tried the barge yoga organised by Exewake - would highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic break at The Annex in Frogmore. It was equipped with everything we needed for our 3 night stay and the home was beautifully clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the estuary and walking across to the pub opposite in the evenings.
