Lovely apartment, in a perfect location in the heart of Salcombe. Given the weather was pretty terrible, we had a great long weekend in Salcombe - the apartment was both cosy and comfortable, but had plenty of space for us. Great facilities, comfortable beds and sofa, and beautiful views through the buildings across the estuary. Great comms from the hosts - would definitely stay again. Recommend the Winking Prawn for lunch and the Kings Arms for dinner. The Fortesque became our local for beers, decent wine and a pool table.

Fantastic townhouse right in the heart of Dartmouth. Very homely feel and perfect for our family of four. Helen was very helpful, answering questions quickly and had great recommendations for walks in the area. Beautiful views of Dartmouth and very handy to have a private car parking space in centre of town. We hope to stay there again in the future.

What a super place Teal House is, great location & value for money. Mark is an excellent host. Would strongly recommend this property as a fab place to stay!

We loved the house! The location was excellent being half way up the high street with a clear view of the sea and the secret stairway out the back of the kitchen up to the roof garden and fire pit was a real treat. The living room fire place was a delight and the wood fuel was very well stocked. The kitchen was a good size and very well lit with natural light thanks to the sky light. The beds were comfortable with good quality bed linen. Thank you Freya for a fantastic stay!

I can throughly recommend Jan's airbnb. It is the best airbnb we have ever stayed at. The house is so well equipped and so comfortable. I went with my grown up children back to the town where we lived for 25 years and where they grew up to celebrate my 70th birthday and to see old friends and places we used to go. This house was perfect. All the bed/bedrooms were very comfortable, the house itself has a relaxed atmosphere. The situation is perfect for beaches and other activities. The holiday was everything I hoped it would be and more. Jan was a good communicator with information about the house. Thank you for a lovely few days

Well equipped, comfortable, spotless and super convenient. We stayed with two young children and there was plenty of space. As well as a cot and highchair, toys and games were provided which the kids loved. We had a great time, thank you

Great place, kitchen with good facilities and dishwasher. Beds comfortable and the place was in good condition. Very close to everything with an almost flat walk to the shops. Would recommend or book again!

A great cottage that absolutely exceeded our expectations. Super location, ever so spacious and well equipped. I hope it is available next time we are down in Devon for yoga.

Another great stay at Stones Throw Cottage with my 2 young boys. Very nicely done, uncluttered and homely, clean, and comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen. Lovely hot shower! Excellent location in a quiet road with the beach just a 5 mini walk away! Manor gardens is a lovely space 5 mins the other way and connects to a walkway to the other end of the beach which is away from the road too - comes out at the sensory garden next to the Pavillion theatre & cafe. Excellent communication with Deborah before and during stay. Highly recommend. Will return!

THANK YOU! The most amazing break we have had in the UK in months. We loved the location and the house was a totally calming paradise. We have busy lives in London, and we had the most restful weekend here. Weather was a mixture of storms and sunny days, therefore we had a taste of everything. We have a place in Branscombe so usually stay there, but it was so nice to stay somewhere that we loved just as much. Just perfect and cannot wait to return. The place is stunning, so clean and just as the photos shown. Access also super easy and the tesco within walking distance is so handy. Thank you again! xxx

My daughter had a nearby wedding and we used Dana’s lovely Airbnb for family accommodation. They loved the location and views from the windows. The accommodation feels like a victorian family house with modern fittings and decent showers. We had 2 young children and they enjoyed the books and bucket and spade.

The property was just as described and Jennie was a very good host who responded quickly to any message sent. The house had everything anyone would need for everyday living and the decor was delightful. The most wonderful views, fantastic restaurant practically next door and the water taxi over to The Barbican every half hour! Hardly felt like leaving the premises! Would definitely recommend for a relaxing chilled out stay.

Church View Cottage is in a lovely spot. It’s in the centre of town but very peaceful. I stayed for a month and it felt like home. Everything was spotless, the kitchen is well equipped, the shower is powerful and the bed is very comfortable. Neil and Marilyn are friendly and thoughtful hosts.

Fiona was a lovely host giving informative ideas and letting us know exactly about the place and what can be done around the area. She was very amenable as we had two dogs of which one was a puppy. The house is a gorgeous place that is central to Ilfracombe. We found two amazing take aways whilst there and loved sitting in the lounge looking at the sea eating them - as the weather wasn’t great. We’d highly recommend a stay at Fiona’s place.

Quiet and peaceful sanctuary in the heart of Glastonbury. We had the most beautiful stay at Keith’s place and felt so at home. There were so many beautiful touches and the garden is a true peace garden.

Really enjoyable stay. Our family loved the house and the location. The house is beautiful and really made the difference for our holiday. The downstairs kitchen area is a great space and made meal times fun and enjoyable. Cinema room was then a great place to just relax in the evenings. The house just felt luxurious and it's clear that a lot of time and thought was put into it! Plenty to do in the local area as well, which was nice as we didn't have to drive much once we arrived. Great location, easy to walk into Totnes. Sorting out parking to start was a bit tricky but soon cracked a system that worked well. I assume local authority will not give a residents parking to holiday lets, we have experienced the same in Dorset We were very lucky with weather and had some great days out. A couple of suggestions, I am of a non social media era and prefer hard copy so a guest suggestion book in paper would suit me better but as I say that is the dinosaur in me. A bit silly this but the cereal bowls are a nightmare for the dishwasher due to size and shape, the size also leads to one over indulging somewhat. Everything else was fine

Delia's place is very beautifully designed and kept, it's spotless clean and has everything we needed. The beds are very comfortbale and it's great that it has 2 bathrooms, or rather toilets. The place is in a great location with a quiet neighborhood, has free parking on streets and is within just a few minutes walking distance to Glastonbury's highstreet. Delia is a very kind, caring and responsive host. Definitely recommend it!
