Very well located accommodation at the foot of the Piste de l'Ours. About 5 minutes' walk to the ski lifts. Return to ski to the accommodation. Very functional accommodation and very quiet building.

We spent 2 nights in this beautiful apartment, which is extremely well-equipped and maintained. The terrace is simply extraordinary, with sun from late morning until evening. The surroundings are very peaceful, with a very beautiful view of the mountains and the surrounding fields and cows grazing right next to the house. The owners who live upstairs are lovely and very welcoming, you feel at home. Thank you so much for this warm welcome!

We really enjoyed Colette's cottage with its view from the master bedroom and living room to the mountain. Colette has delicate touches with chocolate eggs for Easter, toys for kids (all ages) and even books for adults (great snow fiance on local legends). It has all the comforts. There is a nice hike from the cottage with waterfalls, forest and panoramic views. The accommodation is 30 minutes from the start of the hike to the blue lake of Arolla where you can find shops or otherwise very close to Saint Martin for simple amenities. Good to know: to access the chalet by car, it is a very small alley.

Authentic chalet in a fantastic location in a hamlet at the end of the road. Atmospherically furnished and with fantastic views from the south-facing balcony. The wood stove completes the picture. Bed is larger than expected based on the photo and is also wonderfully comfortable. Perfect if you are looking for peace and a good base to discover the Val d'Herens.

We had a lovely stay at the Chalet des Haudères with a group of friends. The old apartment is very functional, clean, there is nothing missing. Jean-Christophe is very responsive. The area is very beautiful, at the foot of the mountains.

Such a beautiful place with a stunning view. We ended up spending more time at the apartment enjoying the view than hiking to see a view! It was a wow! Hosts were especially amazing! Tons of great cookware. My kids’ favorite memories from our stay are fondue at sunset and playing football in front of the balcony with the Matterhorn right over head. Definitely take advantage of the taxi up & the Coop grocery store at the train station before you go up. There’s tons of space for your luggage in the taxi (more like a large enclosed golf cart with big trunk). Comfy beds. Great layout.

I came to Switzerland for my honeymoon with Airbnb, and the condition was better than a 5-star hotel, and the host managed the house so well that there was no water mark. I told my husband that I would stay here next time. The location is so good that it's easy to get around. The view from the terrace is really impressive.

We had a great stay at Raphael's place. Check-in was very simple, and the apartment had everything we needed for a two-night stay. The location was perfectly nestled in the center of town with easy access to restaurants and the grocery store. And of course, the mountain surroundings were beautiful as well!

Cozy apartment, fantastic views, and a super kind host

I would 100% recommend!! We spent a night at Renée and Nico's and loved their studio. The setting is even more beautiful than in the photos, breathtaking view of the mountains in a quiet and peaceful village. We were greeted with a little note and we really didn't miss anything in the studio which is very well arranged, you can go there with your eyes closed!

It went very well in this property. Alessandra's welcome was very warm. The apartment and its location was very beautiful. We went on a bike ride from there and had a wonderful time in the mountains. Breakfast was included and very good. We enjoyed our stay

This may have been the coolest place I have ever stayed! You should absolutely book this place if you have the opportunity. The hot tub alone has a perfect view of Staubbachfall while you are in it, and a really cool light setup - the waterfall is also lit up at night! This place was truly magical! Inside was amazingly cozy, and had all you could need for a stay like this. The deck had a perfect view of the valley with an amazing place to wake up every morning and drink coffee. The hosts were absolutely wonderful! I ran into some issues with Airbnb (no fault of theirs) and they went out of their way to help us and solve the issue! Truly some of the best hosts I’ve ever experienced! Very responsive through messaging, and were wonderful showing us the place. I would definitely book here again and hope to.

Everything is cozy and nice to stay

Five stars is not enough! We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Airbnb. The house was perfect – very clean, stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you could need. A real feel-good home! We would like to highlight the host: He was in person at the check-in and check-out, incredibly friendly and accommodating. As a highlight, he even brought us fresh peaks in the morning – just great service and incredibly warm! We would come back anytime and can highly recommend this place. We had a wonderful time at Patrick's place. There's a lot of heart in this place. It just leaves nothing to be desired. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures. A true paradise! Patrick and his father are people of heart who give a wonderful welcome. In the accommodation, you immediately feel comfortable and the highlight is the well-kept green area with breathtaking views of the mountains and whirlpool. We will definitely be back! Excellent place, excellent host. Although this is the bottom portion of the house where the host lives, it felt like we were in our own home, it was perfect. Would book again if visiting!

Pleasant stay, residence with diversified and luxury infrastructures, in a peaceful setting. The view is really nice. Very nice apartment, the bedding is of quality. The proximity to the center of Chamonix is perfect. Feel free to take the bikes to make it easier to get back and forth. Only negative point: poor sound insulation with the neighbors and the landing, maybe it was the neighbors above and below that we had during our stay...
