The private cottage is all yours. You have direct private 24/7 access to the cottage through the driveway gate. The back yard garden, patio, fire pit and jacuzzi are shared. I enjoy meeting and talking to my guests, providing advice and recommendations (if requested) about local highlights and places to explore in the nearby nature (parks, hiking trails, great beach locations).
