Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Evergreen, San Jose

We spend 5 days in Il Hwa’s place to visit old friends in the area and I can only says that the place was great. It’s clean, spacious and well located for us. We were worried about the house being next to the airport. However, the house is well isolated, so in the house the noise isn’t too bad. Outside in the garden, though it is very loud. Altogether, we had a great stay and would come again. Thanks Il!

Recently lost my father and needed a last minute place to be with family and pray mourn and celebrate my father's life. Happy was happy to accommodate my request and was very hospitable. We love there space and it was big for my family. Would highly recommend to all my family and friends. Thank you so much Happy! We had a wonderful time staying in Sean’s home. The place is perfect for 2 adults & a child. It is located in a nice neighborhood close to a wide variety of convenient places to eat & shop—less than 20 minutes to the airport. There was some traffic noise with the windows open but once they are closed the house became peacefully quiet. I immediately noticed how tidy the house was when we arrived. The kitchen & bath were fully stocked with everything we needed. There were even some extra personal care items available in the closet. The water got nice and hot with great water pressure. The backyard was inviting. The fire pit & string lights set the perfect ambience for a quiet evening outside. It was easy to see that a lot of effort went in to it. Sean is a terrific communicator. He made sure we knew he was available for anything we needed and he always responded promptly after being messaged. His house felt like a home and we would most definitely love to stay there again.

Beautiful property with stunning pool and nearby hikes. Comfortable bed and amenities in peaceful and quiet surroundings. Very friendly and responsive hosts. Thanks for such a wonderful stay! Would love to return again for future trips in the area!

Our stay here was amazing, the space was clean, bright with lots of natural light, amazing private backyard. We came with 2 little kids and all had a great time, they provided us a crib which was ready to go when we arrived. They had so much fun playing outside! The hosts really thought about their guests and had so many household essentials available. Thank you!

A group of us stayed for a wedding in town, and had a great time at Elia’s lounging by the pool and making breakfast together in the mornings. The hosts were super responsive and even Amazoned us a reusable keurig cup during our stay for us to enjoy our own coffee beans

Rick and Tonya are the gold standard of Airbnb hosts! From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming, friendly, and accommodating without ever being overbearing—a perfect balance that made our 2.5-month stay feel like home. Traveling with two dogs can sometimes feel daunting, but Rick and Tonya were incredibly dog-friendly and went out of their way to make my pups feel just as welcome as I did. Their home had everything we needed to cook full meals, and the kitchen setup made it easy to settle in for an extended stay. Other thoughtful touches included great water pressure in the shower (a must for me!) and a full-size washer and dryer on-site. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of thought into what guests need for a comfortable experience. By the time we left, we didn’t just feel like we had a great place to stay—we felt like we’d made new friends. If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll absolutely be staying with Rick and Tonya. Highly recommend!

Mike’s place is really comfortable and home like. The neighborhood is quiet and private, room is easy to self check-in and spacious enough for 2 persons to stay, there’s also a beautiful little yard which is private and gives out a great feeling to start the day. My family of 4 visited San Jose for a hockey tournament. This apartment/condo was 5 minutes from arena. Very convenient. Space was clean and perfect for our 3 night stay. We did cook and do laundry quite a bit; wished there was more pods for dishwasher and laundry, and a few extra trash’s bags. Other than that, stay was perfect and would stay again.

During my stay at Joann’s place, I felt safe and very comfortable. The whole home is bright and spotlessly clean, with greenery visible outside the windows. Parking was very convenient, and communication with her was smooth throughout. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing me to cook and enjoy a good glass of red wine. The sofa was cozy and the bed was spacious. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a wonderful place—thank you!

Great apartment that is close to the airport and easy to find. Was given great step by step instructions on how to access the apartment. It was actually bigger than I anticipated and quite quiet.

The place was exactly as described. Clean, spacious and well equipped with amenities needed. The neighbourhood was very peaceful with many restaurants and grocery stores at walking distance. We had a peaceful and pleasant stay at this property. Would definitely come back and recommend 👍🏻

Allen was very good with communication and flexible to ensure support and best service. The unit was very comfortable and spacious. The location is unbeatable near lots of eating joints at Santana Row. A dedicated parking spot in the garage was a big advantage. Recommend for long-term stays too.
