Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Everett

Great location. Easy instructions and flexible host. The views of the valley were very nice and the location was peaceful and quiet.

Gabe and Raluca are excellent hosts, and their home is gorgeous. We booked it for a small elopement ceremony and it was absolutely perfect. The backyard is immaculate and the furnishings throughout the home are beautiful. The space is very thoughtfully laid out, and they have wonderful amenities available. Small touches we really appreciated included the huge selection of bagged and loose-leaf teas, as well as the mini-bar in the kitchenette, which was pre-stocked with soft-drinks and chilled bottles of water. They have bluetooth speakers for guest use throughout the home, vintage handheld video-game systems, and even complimentary perfume and cologne, which we had a lot of fun with. This was our favorite airbnb we have ever stayed in, and we would absolutely recommend it for anyone who is looking for somewhere to host small gatherings or just escape the city for the weekend.

We enjoyed this spacious home. We had several extended family members and the three full bathrooms and queen sized beds in the bedrooms were a huge plus! The dish soap was almost out when we arrived but a large bottle was delivered to the door! We loved sitting around the dining room table for a meal and visiting. We also appreciated the electric kettle and coffee maker. We would stay here again.

Close to seattle by ferry, it is a wonderful property where you can hangout with friends. The hot tub was awesome with an amazing view. There are few eateries around but I would cook if I visit again as the kitchen is lovely - nice appliances and a great view while you cook. The architecture is modern with marine influence. The house has a very open layout. And not to miss, I found a great book - “How to read the water” in the book collection!

Rachel was responsive, very friendly and proactive. The house was very nice and spacious like described. The whole process from start to finish was seamless. The house had everything we needed. Extra bath towels, blankets, etc... Bathrooms and kitchen were well cleaned. Everyone loved this place. We highly recommend this place and would book again if we are ever back in this area.

We had such a fantastic time staying at the Q house! Plenty of space for our big group to eat, play games, and sleep comfortably. Beautiful sunsets, and a nice quiet cul-de-sac that the kids could play in whenever they wanted to. We hope to come back again next year! Thank you for hosting us!

My family had a wonderful stay in Sara’s beautiful home. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the home was stocked with everything we needed. We loved sitting on the deck overlooking the nature preserve, and enjoyed strolls in the park directly behind the home. We were in town for a wedding, and this was the perfect home away from home for us!

This is the first time I’ve stayed in an AirBnB that felt more like someone’s home than like an empty vessel. Bita made such a huge effort to help us feel welcomed and cared for, from sweet messages to endless snacks to an in-person welcome. This is a fabulous place to stay if you want that personal touch.

This stay was excellent! We loved the interior decor and amenities - a very cozy place to come home to after rainy Seattle days. The hosts added nice touches like snacks, coffee, and sleeping earplugs. The neighborhood is walkable and on the same corner as the D Line to downtown, which made it very easy to explore the city with public transit. (In fact, during a week's stay, we didn't take an Uber a single time.) Awesome place, and I would stay again!

We had a great stay at Sue's house! All instructions were clear, the place was clean, and it's a 10 minute walk from all the shops and restaurants. Highly recommend Sue's place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a nice town that's close to both Seattle and the ferry to the Olympic Peninsula.

Julie's place was absolutely perfect! It had every amenity you could need, was super cute, wonderful neighborhood with a great park. Julie was also great with communication. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The one thing i would note is that if you're like me and have sensory issues the noise from the tv upstairs might bother you. (I did not say anything about this to Julie because i know it's a me issue) if i ever come back that way which hopefully i will i would love to stay again. Everything was wonderful and you created the perfect home away from home. Every night we actually felt like we were going "home" thanks again for your hospitality!!

Hotels in Seattle are expensive, charge for parking, and don't really give you the flavor of the city. In contrast, this lower level apartment is right in the middle of charming Phinney Ridge. Grocery store across the street, Friday Farmers Market around the corner, shops and restaurants all along the avenue. The apartment is beautifully decorated with art, books and antiques, but not pretentious. We slept well and look forward to an opportunity to stay again. Thank you Terry and Roger!

This house is incredible. The location is perfect, walking distance to many food and drink spots. There is an amazing coffee shop right on the corner. Sauna and soaking tub are relaxing. The house is clean and organized and has clear instructions. Hosts are helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend!

Judy always makes us feel so welcome. We stay several times a year because her place is always exactly as the description - clean, comfortable & convenient. I get a little nervous when I try to book future stays, hoping the dates aren't already taken. Although we only stay one night before our flight out of Seatac, Judy's full kitchen and bath would make longer stays feasible.

Beautiful location! Splendid views! Gorgeous home with all the amenities! Roomy and comfortable and totally dreamy. Our host was super responsive, friendly, and kind. The home is super clean and nicely decorated. The swim spa was relaxing, clean, and well cared for. We made treasured memories here. Would 1000% stay here again!

I highly recommend this house and I would not hesitate to stay here again. It’s a beautiful home in an absolutely stunning location. My wife and I wanted to get out and explore the area, but the view was so beautiful it was hard to leave the house. Every day we took long walks on the shore and also just enjoyed relaxing inside and staring at the water through the windows. The management company was highly responsive to one minor issue we raised (which turned out to be a misunderstanding on our part). There is a caretaker on site who was purposely being unobtrusive but came to the door to help us after our management request and she was very friendly and helpful. Our entire experience at this AirBnb was great and I hope we get the chance to return some day.

This is a beautiful property in a residential neighborhood. It is decieving, because when you arrive at the property, you will be surrounded by trees, however the home is light and bright. Privacy is my biggest concern, so when I was driving into the neighborhood, I was uncertain about what privacy would look like. When you arrive inside, you feel like you have been teleported into a home in a beautiful forested area in the middle of a rural landscape; a getaway that will not disappoint. All amenities are provided, amd the host is friendly, professional, and available. Various ethnic restaurants are a short drive, as are Target, Safeway, and almost anything else you need!

Rachel was extremely generous and responsive. We had a great time and made great family memories here!

This property was perfect for our group stay. The hosts were exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The home comfortably accommodated everyone, and the outdoor area—with its spacious patio and beautiful view—was a highlight. The kids especially enjoyed the basketball court and various games available. Overall, a great experience—we would gladly return.

Stay in 5 star luxury accommodations while enjoying the most iconic view in Seattle! Ken’s lux townhome is the perfect base for discovering Seattle. Within minutes you’re enjoying DT Seattle, Pike Place market, the Seattle Space needle, or any of the DT sports venues. Several outstanding markets, including Whole Foods and Metropolitan Market, as well as fish right off the boat at near by Salmon Bay are close if you decide to cook in the chef’s kitchen with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. Ken is an outstanding host offering local insights to the Seattle culture. Joe was extremely helpful and communicative with the check in and check out process.

This is our 2nd time staying at Dewen's place and we enjoyed it just as much as we did the first time. If we had known we'd need an Airbnb for as long as we do, we would have planned to stay here the entire time. It is easily walkable to Starbucks, Fred Myers and several restaurants (5 minutes). A slightly longer walk will take you to Gilman Village where there are restaurants, shops and Issaquah Coffee Company. The location is private, peaceful (there is noise from the freeway and larger roads nearby, but it was not at all a problem for us) and beautiful. We often saw deer in the yard and saw tons of different kinds of birds. I enjoyed just sitting on the deck relaxing in the beautiful surroundings and our dogs loved running around sniffing at the mole hills. The living/dining areas are very spacious, as is the master bedroom. There is an additional bedroom and a loft if you have a larger party. I would gladly stay here any time we need an Airbnb in the area.

Fantastic getaway location that offered tremendous privacy. Extremely spacious house that was even bigger than the pictures made it look. House had everything we needed from plenty of towels to soap/spices/basic amenities. For those coming in the winter months, be aware that the drive up is extremely steep and I would highly recommend 4 wheel drive if there is snow or ice. Rita was extremely proactive and responsive with her communication! Definitely worth the stay for a small group looking for a peaceful place to escape.
