Holiday rentals with a patio in Eustis

The UCF Parents Retreat was absolutely perfect. It is just 10 minutes from campus! It’s a charming, cozy apartment that made us feel right at home. My daughter and I loved our stay, and even Lucy, our 12-year-old Cocker Spaniel, settled in immediately. The bed was especially comfortable, which was a huge plus. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting UCF!

Have booked several times and stayed in multiple units. Have always found Garry’s rentals to be impeccably clean & well stocked. The beds are so comfortable as well!!

Beautiful place! The location was lovely as well, right next to the lake and park with restaurants nearby.

Overall a very cute, well decorated little one bedroom duplex. My only complaint would be that the bedroom must be near a water softener or other large appliance because every night at least once a night I was woken up by some loud mechanical noises. Wasn't an issue for my husband who is a heavier sleeper but being a light sleeper it did bother my sleep somewhat. Otherwise everything else about the place was great with a well stocked kitchen.

Great place to stay with a unique setup! The location had a beautiful drive getting there, and the place had everything I needed for a short stay!

This Airbnb was perfect for myself, my adult daughter and her boyfriend. Bedrooms were at opposite ends of the apartment each with a private bathroom. Kitchen was clean and roomy. Location was close to the parks and any store or restaurant you could need. The area was quiet and felt safe. The only negative I have is that the showerhead in the master bathroom is clogged with calcium deposits. Having said that, I would have no reserves about staying here again.

Our stay at this delightful and extremely comfortable home was made even more pleasurable by the presence of Suzanne and Jan. They made sure we didn't just stay in 5 Star accomodation, but they made us feel like 5 Star guest. Their attention to details was impressive, nothing was overlooked, it could not feel more like a home if it were our own home. We highly recommend this Mt Dora gem, will certainly be returning. I enjoyed Robin's place. Very peaceful, relaxing, tidy, and organized. Thoughtful amenities, and good communication. I'd like to visit again.

Home is in a quiet area with lots of privacy. Exactly as shown. Very clean and the Hosts are very responsive. We would stay again.

We stayed at this home with our family of 6. It had all the games, toys, and entertainment a family with four young kids could ask for! We had friends come over and visit us while we were there, and the big backyard with all the entertainment and the pool enclosed from the rain kept our two families happy while they were there with us. Night time, the backyard has lights, as well as the pool, there’s an electric fireplace that could warm us back up quick in the in betweens from our pool time. Just so well thought out how they put seating in every nook of this home, so no matter where our kids wondered, we had a place to relax while they played. We visited a couple springs about 30/40 minutes from our place (that require reservations online now - heads up), and even went to Sea World, and the beach a couple days. All only 1 hr - 1.5hrs from the house. The house felt like home away from home! Thank you for the wonderful home!

What an amazing 2 weeks with family!! Don’t hesitate to book this GEM of a home! It’s beautiful, peaceful (on a culdesac) SUPER QUIET at night, great spots to eat at the waterfront and all around Minneola in general. We had an issue with warming the spa and both were very responsive, ordered the part and within 2 days its was perfect. This house had EVERY amenity you would need and then some…games indoor and outdoor, kids books, fire pit, swing, blankets to cozy up on couch, dog bowls, leashes, toys etc. They truly make you feel like it’s home. We can’t rave about it enough!! We were only a short half hour drive away from Disney also. Our 2 small dogs absolutely LOVED chasing lizards and frogs around the pool area! We would LOVE to come back if they would have us! Thank you again for being such great hosts! All you do to make your guests feel comfortable at home does NOT go unnoticed! This was our second stay at the Butterfly Cottage and it was perfect for our family! Very cute with vintage charm, private, lots of space, and my kids loved the toy kitchen and dollhouse at the property!

Me and one of my men were there for work. We booked last minute, and they were, it's extremely responsive professional and the place was immaculate.. for the price, i'm surprised it's not booked every day

The house was extremely clean and nicely decorated. We forgot some toiletries and they had some complimentary items in the closest. But the best part of the stay was the adjustable king size bed!! Awesome rental

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mike's place in Orlando! From the moment we booked, Mike was an exceptional host - incredibly communicative, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend his place to anyone visiting Orlando and will definitely be back on our next trip!
