amazing visit! Checking in was super easy and the room was more then advertised. very friendly and cozy. was greeted with genuine smile. it's the perfect place to stay when visiting. super close walking distance from local downtown shops and restaurants

The Victoria is well located in Bentonville—near everything downtown and a 15 minutes walk to Crystal Bridges along a beautiful wooded trail. The Queen Anne suite was huge, bed comfortable, and the bathroom very well appointed with tub, shower and a huge closet. I didn’t take advantage of the pool and hot tub but they definitely looked inviting. I also had a great breakfast in the morning. Would gladly stay at The Victoria again in the future.

We loved our time here! The hospitality was great, breakfast was delicious, location is PERFECT and the room/amenities were plentiful! Can’t wait to come back for another weekend getaway!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was bigger and COZIER than I expected. Even though the structure is built like a hotel/motel room (which I believe it was) I didn’t feel that at all. It felt super HOMEY! The vinyl player and the warm toned lamps added a nice touch. I also really love the free snacks and two bottled water. We originally went for Silver Dollar City which is very conveniently close to Jacobs place but the weather wasn’t great that time so we opted for the showboat and it was about 15mins away. The downtown area and the landing is also a few minutes away. Everything’s pretty close! The place has access to an outdoor pool and a laundry area. The parking was right in front of the room. The only thing I noticed and had a small problem was getting into the building at night. There were no lights, it’s very easy to miss but I’m not sure if the host has any control with that. The host and the housekeeper were helpful and responsive to our needs. Overall, I loved my stay ALOT!

So much enjoyed my stay at this cozy little studio cottage - it was clean, comfortable, and perfect for my quick getaway to the area! Loved the location and walked to great shops, restaurants, and art museum. Downtown was a really quick and easy car ride away. The host was friendly, communicative, and checked in to make sure all was good - I really appreciated his kindness and flexibility for check in as well. I would most certainly stay here again when visiting Eureka Springs!

Thank you so much for the beautiful room at the lodge. Not only did we thoroughly enjoy the comfort of the bed, but having a couch and sitting area truly made us feel at home. We appreciated every thoughtful detail and felt relaxed and welcomed throughout our stay.

This place was perfect for what I needed for my weekend in Eureka Springs! The host was very nice, communicative and helpful! Everything was clean and just a few minutes from historic downtown. I will definitely be back!

This place was very secluded and clean. I’m super impressed with the remodel of this Motel. We had a wonderful weekend and felt very safe coming back to our room. The only downside was that we were super excited to use the pool, they said for maintenance but it had water in it. I would make sure if that is part of the reason for your stay you just verify that with the host! Michael was super friendly but we had to get ahold of other people that were in the office to find our key to our room. They were also very kind to us. We would definitely stay here again knowing how it all works down there now! 😊

We unfortunately had to cancel our trip last minute but Steve was great to deal with! We’re hoping to be able to stay on a future trip.

Great spot for a last-minute getaway. We’ve eaten at the restaurant before and love the food. Enjoyed coming back to our room after a long day sightseeing and then walking over to have a nice meal. The room had everything we needed and loved the decor.

exactly as described. was so nice having things like towels and dishes to use. I realized on the day of our trip I had booked for the same date next month on accident. they made it possible to cancel and reschedule promptly so that we could check in on time. we loved the quietness and beautiful location.
