Villa holiday rentals in Étang de Thau

We had a wonderful stay at the casa. The house and its exteriors are even more pleasant than in the photos, the details are very neat, it feels like home. The pool is fabulous! An outdoor shower is available, which is perfect for hygiene. We are a 5-minute drive from the beach, 5 minutes from the center of Vias, 15-20 minutes from Cap d'Agde (bikes are also available). Melanie was very responsive and available. You can feel through the decoration of the house and in the exchanges that the hosts are open and caring. A welcome booklet was waiting for us when we arrived with a lot of advice and special touches (candies, hair ties, drinks). We were a family of 6 and everyone was able to find their place and have their space, we recommend 100% the accommodation that appealed to young and old.

Very nice place where we stayed a we with friends. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Pierre welcomed us warmly and our exchanges were nice before and during the stay.

Nothing! That's what's missing in this accommodation! Angelique's welcome was perfect, she was available and very adaptable for us. The accommodation is impeccable and everything is there to have a great time with family or friends. The cold drinks on arrival were very much appreciated. Everything has been thoughtfully and superbly decorated. The exterior is splendid, between the pool, the jacuzzi, the trampoline for the children, everyone finds something for themselves. The environment is very quiet and you can go for short walks from the house. The icing on the cake was that our dogs were welcome.

Attention the address is 45 TER!!:) The garden is not as large as it appears on the listing but the villa is as beautiful as in the photos. We had a dream weekend by the pool, thanks for everything!

A very big thank you to Chantal and her husband, it was as if you had been away for a very long time and are coming home. She is very accommodating, helpful, charming and very well organized. There was a great introduction to the house & surroundings, lots of information about restaurants, places to see. The house is incredibly clean, well-maintained and equipped with a lot of love. Attention is paid to sustainability and there is really nothing to complain about. Everything functional. The surroundings especially the beach very large and beautiful. We were 8 people in the house and it has enough space not to step on each other's feet. The pool is very nice, heated and the hot tub absolutely great. Extra accommodation both in terms of quality and location. Sandrine and Pascal are wonderful, welcoming and so simple people. Their rental is exceptionally clean and furnished with taste and quality. The massages are a real plus not to be missed!!!

The house is supernice, the garden and pool is beautiful and Isabelle and her husband is a delight. The couple are very friendly and answers quickly any questions. It felt like meeting family 😊 We didn’t know that the downstairs of the house would be rented out to others until we got there. It is not very soundproof between the floors. Still it is quite private outside. We traveled two friends with our 6 kids and the house was spacious for all of us. Some felt the mattresses were too hard, but that is a matter of opinion. They even gave us two extra mattresses we could put on the floor to make room for 3 in two of the rooms. The pool area is very nice and was used extensively 😄 There where plenty of towels in the bathrooms to use in the house and by the pool. We were well taken care of. The small town is sweet and have some restaurants and a shop, but it’s good to have a car if you’re going somewhere else. Thank you both for a wonderful stay and we hope to see you again 🤩

We had a lovely week in this well appointed villa Sinan is a kind, attentive and responsive host. We had no issues at all during our stay but every message was responded to quickly We were very impressed with the villa. It is exactly like the photos. It was immaculately presented with beds made and towels laid out. The beds were comfy, we often find them too soft. The villa is beautifully appointed and very modern. Upstairs, there are 2 double rooms each with an ensuite shower room and dressing area. There is loads of storage and hanging space. There is a further double room downstairs accessed via the room with bunk beds in. This has its own shower room. Sinan thoughtfully provided dishwasher tablets, bin liners etc. Shower gel, shampoo and handwash are provided. There is more than enough glassware etc. Appliances were modern and spotless. Everything is new and no expense has been spared. WiFi is excellent. Highly recommended. Thank you Sinan!

We had a perfect stay at the villa in Marseillan. The location was beautifully close to the sea, the local market and bakery. The house itself was wonderful. It looked great and felt great. It was clean and it had all the utilities to have a perfect week together with our group of twelve friends. I highly recommend this accomodation as Laura, the host, was great in communication and supportive when we needed more information.

We had a great time at Marie-Anne's! The house is very well suited to meet friends. Many spaces and activities (billiards, ping pong, darts, swimming pool, pétanque...) that make it possible to occupy young and old, even in rainy weather! On the night side, it's very functional, with a room where all the children were able to sleep together and create memories. Thank you so much for your kind hospitality 🫶🏼

Excellent villa , great hosts and good communication. Great way to celebrate family birthdays . The villa was just like the photos advertised . Extremely clean and well stocked . Only small disappointment not many local restaurants that are walkable to eat in the evenings .

Simply awesome!! Christophe took the time to explain everything I needed to know. He is very welcoming and friendly. the accommodation was really clean, very well equipped and functional (1 bathroom per room!!!) the rooms are quite independent from each other and from the living room. the bedding is great. several lounge areas are available to sit even better than in the photos!! the value for money is truly unrivaled. in short, if you are still hesitating, this is the right choice!!

We really enjoyed our time in Sete. The house was very clean and well equipped and the location was very peaceful. We chose not to hire a car and managed fine. The house is on a hill, which is great for the views and quiet, but quite steep to walk up. The air con was welcome. We particularly enjoyed using the outside space: terrace, pool, cabana. We could walk to the local shop/restaurant (15 mins) and the beaches with sun loungers for hire were a 20 min walk. Worth knowing the local shop delivers via Ubereats. We took a bus to central Sete and a train to Montpellier for a day trip. We visited Mt Saint Clair and the Forest of the White Stones too. Our group was 3 adults, 3 teenagers and a child. The house was spacious and welcoming. One thing to be aware of is the mezzanine bedroom is only accessible by a tight spiral staircase. Which was ok for us. A truly wonderful and relaxing week. We loved it! Thank you for our stay.

Clean villa in a peaceful setting! The 2 suites on the ground floor are spacious and comfortable, which is less qualitative on the bedroom and bathroom on the lower level. Note: with small children, be aware that the pool protection curtain is not functional. We felt at home! Christel is a friendly host and the house is wonderful. It is lovingly furnished and in great condition. Homes like Christel make vacations memorable. A perfect stay in a beautiful villa! We were a group of 10 people and everything went very well. The house is spacious, clean, well-equipped and in line with the listing. The environment is quiet and pleasant, ideal for relaxing. Chloé was very responsive and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We recommend this villa with our eyes closed and will be back with pleasure! We will come back without hesitation!

Great place, the villa is spacious, comfortable, it feels good. Nothing is missing, it is very well equipped, well arranged and with a beautiful decoration. It is possible to park in front of the house. The tram is close by. Communication with Ludovic was fluid! To be redone

This house is a dream! We had a very nice time here. The house is in a very quiet environment. The garden, pool and all the amenities in the house are perfect. Nothing is missing, it is especially great with children, because it has many great toys and much more (changing table, high chairs, learning tower, baby and crib). The house is very nice and lovingly furnished, so you feel very comfortable right away. Everything is very clean and the rooms have plenty of storage space. We definitely recommend this house! Communication with Maxime was very easy. He is very friendly and always responded very quickly.

Paul is a great host. Fast responses on questions and has good and useful information. The house is in a beautiful surrounding and is equipped with everything you need..and more. Some minor defectives here and there which could be a point to improve even further on. The pool was very clean and had a nice temperature, even in april/may. To bad, the last few days there was a bit of a sewage smell around the pool area which couldnt be fixed in time before our departure, but overall we were happy it was not from day one. The sunsets, the nature surrounding the house. Listening to the variaty of birds in the morning. very relaxing experience and we had a great time. Thanks Paul.
