The ground floor is the day area, with cozy hallway, kitchen and spacious living room with fireplace, extendable table, comfortable sofa, TV and bathroom. The upper floor with two bedrooms, games room/study, full bathroom and laundry room with washing machine.

Studio ideal for couples, with kitchenette, bathroom with shower and dining room with sofa bed on the ground floor. Double bed and walk-in closet in the mezzanine, access to it is by a wooden ladder type of boat. The ceiling over the double bed is lower, it is necessary to lean. Not advisable for people with reduced mobility. It's okay if you fall asleep on the sofa bed on the ground floor. Access from the street is by wide metal stairs.
